The most pleasant aspect of my stay was definitely the hotel's service. The front desk staff were warm and polite, making check-in efficient and quick. They even thoughtfully provided information about local transportation and dining options. The housekeeping staff were meticulous and attentive, proactively asking if I needed more bottled water or toiletries. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options and was light and delicious. Overall, it's excellent value for money, with a quiet and comfortable environment. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city, and I highly recommend it to any friends traveling here!

When I reached hotel first the reception executive refused to give check in telling that they don't allow foreigners. Then with effort by showing booking voucher she went to discuss with someone. Came back after about 3-4 minutes and gave room. I felt that the room I sected was not of the same category I got. Room was very small. Breakfast was OK for me as I usually eat few fruits only. I won't prefer to stay again in this hotel.

Tianyue Grand Hotel is definitely going into my list of top hotels i’ve stayed at thus far. The ambience of the hotel was great, the environment was nice, breakfast had a good spread & more importantly the service and hospitality here was incredible. The staff who attended to me went above and beyond to make this stay feel like home & I’ve really not come across any hotel with such service. Moreover, there are also complimentary fruit bowls, light snacks & wantons provided for guests throughout the duration of your stay. After checkout, the staff also gave some light snacks and drinks as a gesture of appreciation. Overall, it was a memorable stay & I 10/10 would recommend this hotel to any travellers coming to Cangzhou.

I stayed at the Feifan City Hotel while visiting Nanchuan Old Street and was very satisfied. The young and handsome receptionist provided excellent service. The room was clean, well-soundproofed, and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was convenient, of course. The breakfast was quite unique; the wontons and noodles were cooked on-site, taking about two minutes to arrive at the table. Other side dishes and noodles were available for immediate consumption. The service was very attentive. I'll definitely come back for the May Day holiday.

First and foremost, I will remember the friendliness of the staff. The building is a bit old, but passable. It is located out of the city center and within an industrial zone, but I became satisfied with the location when I found out that just a few hundred meters away is a street with many busy restaurants. Hungry tummy approved. I did not go, but there is a club just next door which must be convenient if you want to party. The parking is spatious, so if you come by car you shouldn't have problems.

The room was spacious, odor-free, and fully automated. The receptionist was very pretty, spoke gently, and had a great attitude! The hotel's location is also good; there's a shopping mall and a night market next door, but I didn't have time to shop because of my business trip. I'll definitely choose Zhefei again next time I'm on a business trip.
