The service was great! They offer complimentary popcorn, tea, coffee, drinks, and candies. There's also a small convenience store inside, perfect for grabbing travel essentials. The room was spacious, quite a long rectangle – it felt like a little trek from the door to the window! The shower pressure was excellent, and the washing machine and dryer were both brand new. Plus, there's a swimming pool for kids to enjoy. There aren't many dining options nearby; you'll need to drive about 7km to the nearby Pingyuan Ancient Town for food. We went to Zhijin Ancient City for a 'laoguo' (hot pot), and there's also a Temple of Wealth to explore. It's a decent choice for a stopover on the way to Zhijin Cave.

Must praise this service! The staff is gentle, not familiar with the things, ask questions in time, the waiter is very patient, there is free freshly ground coffee in the lobby. There is also a self-service laundry room and a dryer, washing and drying is too suitable for travel. Very convenient, clean, the room is dry and wet, the bedding is soft and the mattress is very comfortable, like my home, it is very quiet at night, I slept well all night, there is a demand response super fast, come to Luxi to live in his house without stepping on thunder, next time I will choose his home

On the second day of the New Year, a family of four went to Yunnan to travel, specially set a family suite, the hotel is newly opened, the lobby is not big, there are not many rooms on each floor, but the environment and sanitary conditions are good, the price is very high, and breakfast is also included. The children are also full of praise, saying that they must be five-star praise. It is the most cost-effective choice during the Chinese New Year. Picture one is one of the rooms in the parent-child suite, and Picture two is the public area of the lobby on the first floor.

The hotel's hardware is excellent, but its service and management get a zero. We checked in after 4 PM, and the room wasn't even ready yet. After it was finally cleaned, I walked in to find the previous guest's socks still sitting on the bedside table, as shown in picture one. It made me seriously doubt if they even cleaned it properly. The hotel's swimming pool is an Instagram hotspot, but because it's outsourced, the actual experience was a zero. There are no lockers! The entire changing room is as small as shown in picture two – that's it! The floor was covered in water and trash, and no one was cleaning it. There were no towels unless you paid 10 yuan for a disposable one, and no slippers unless you paid another 12 yuan. The breakfast was terrible, with very few options and no local specialties. Compared to other state guesthouses like the Wuxi Taihu Hotel, Nanjing Dongjiao Guesthouse, or Wuhan Donghu Hotel, the breakfast here was basically on par with a county government guesthouse. All in all, it's absolutely not worth the price. Booking the Zhijin Hotel was definitely the biggest regret of my Guizhou trip.

This hotel is really great! The room was clean and tidy, no smell, comfortable bedding, good sound insulation, and rested at night. The front desk service was warm and patient, responsive, and made people feel very warm. The whole process from check-in to check-out was smooth and comfortable. Good location, convenient travel, quiet and comfortable environment, high cost performance, whether it is a travel or a business trip is very suitable.

房屋周邊的環境非常好，適合小朋友抓魚捉蝦，周邊還有蠑螈，有點像青蛙。老闆是兩個來自成都的年輕人，為了熱愛開民宿和為了賺錢開酒店是完全兩回事。最後，老闆的川菜做的真的非常非常好吃，而且價格非常親民，絕對推薦。

Very satisfied! First of all, the service. Upon arrival, the front desk lady carried our luggage to our room. She gave the children disposable slippers and toothbrush sets, and also delivered free laundry to the room. Bathrobes were provided for the hot spring bath, and mineral water was offered on the way out. The service was excellent. Secondly, the environment met all my expectations for a B&B: running water along the path, relaxing seating, a courtyard, and even adorable kittens! Breakfast was a little simple, but delicious! The private hot springs are a big plus. The price is reasonable, the service is excellent, and the kids had a blast. We booked three nights and didn't miss out. Traveling with kids for a long time, they have high expectations and requirements for accommodation. 😄 Ta Ta Mi is perfect for our two kids. I'll definitely stay at your place next time I'm in Bijie! I'm planning to come alone with my husband next time. 😁 I was busy taking care of the kids, so I'm sorry for the lack of photos!

once I arrived in hotel for the check in, I got the suggestion to move in the new room, little bit expensive but it worth. I got married here in 2021 here and the new rooms have a great upgrade. the only thing negative, every time we took the shower, there was water in the room and also under the bed, I believe it's necessary to fix to avoid biggest problem in the future

We arrived in the afternoon and the hotel's exterior was very grand. The facilities were also great, with a heated pool and a gym – I tried the pool and it was quite good! We sat in the hotel's central garden for a bit and ordered a snack platter, which was a very pleasant experience! Across from the hotel is a small wetland park, and I heard there were going to be singing performances recently. We had planned to go check it out later, but then it started raining! So we just stayed in our room. As for the hotel itself, it's very neat and tidy, and the cleanliness was good. The hotel is conveniently located near scenic spots, making dining and shopping very accessible. It's perfect for leisure and vacations, especially for those who are driving. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I enjoyed my first night so much that i extended my stay. Rooms and service were still top notch. When i left the hotel and arrived at my next destination, 200kms away, i noticed i forgot my passport and wallet with cash inside. My heart stopped and i started panicking. Fortunately, the staff quickly found my passport and money. They ordered an SF, to ship overnight express my passport to my location and it arrived promptly. My cash couldn’t be sent. So the hotel staff sent me the money electronically. I would’ve been stranded and living on the street unsure of what to do, but the staff at 水西 calmly guided and resolved the issue. I’ll never forget how much they helped me. 10000 stars!
