Amazing
Everyone, from the host couple to their brother, was so kind and gentle, and I'm so grateful for how they treated me so warmly, like family. The lovely house, garden, room, amazing bed, pet dog and cat, delicious homemade food, herbal tea, view from the window, farm, and the expansive ocean - everything soothed my soul. The other guests were also all so nice, and I felt so comfortable. I'll never forget how kindly they greeted me when I arrived late at night. I was very tired, but I felt at ease when I arrived at the house and met Melita. If you come to Punta Arenas, be sure to stay here. I highly recommend it. I'd love to stay here again. Thank you so much.

The hotel is a stand-alone building, very unique, the location is very convenient, the room is warm and clean, the heating is sufficient, and the breakfast is also very good. It is my first time to stay and the experience is very good. I highly recommend it.
