Even though we arrived late at night we were greeted with a bright smile. The staff are friendly, relaxed and helpful. The view is stunning. Breakfast was simple and good. There was no elevator where we were but staff were happy to help carry our bags if needed.

The hotel is located on the north side of Victoria Island. It takes only 5 minutes to drive to the beautiful small city of Sidney after getting off the ferry. The surrounding restaurants and supermarkets are well-equipped. You can walk to the beach for a meal in a few minutes. It is suitable for a leisurely vacation. There are plenty of parking spaces, and the staff are mostly white. They are enthusiastic but not rushed. Coffee, hot chocolate, fruit, cookies, and lemonade are placed in an orderly manner. After entering the store, you feel like you are back home. The facilities are of the standard of old Western hotels. They are not luxurious, but neat and clean.

The location is close to the airport and pier, making it easy to catch your trip the next day There is only one elevator in the entire hotel. It is very difficult to wait for a seat to get in and out during the morning rush hour. It is especially difficult to take the stairs when checking out with luggage.
