Guest UserWe enjoyed our stay in Dec 2024. Front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful with information about the area. The hotel has free parking and a decent size pool. There's a gym and facilities to do paid laundry. Breakfast was lovely with various options and the hosts there were awesome!. We stayed on the 5th floor, and the room itself was clean and fresh and the beds were super comfy. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Kingston.

Hôtel bien situé proche des commodités. Situé sur Princess street, à 15minutes en voiture du centre ville de Kingston. Parking disponible et gratuit. Petit déjeuner compris. L’hôtel est propre, la literie est confortable, chambre et salle de bain lumineuses et spacieuses. Le personnel est globalement accueillant mis à part une dame à l’accueil. Bonne adresse pour une escale à Kingston.

We got a nice room with Harbour view which was nice. The room plus kitchen was excellent; we could cooked our dinner like we were at home. All essentials kitchen tools were there. The breakfast was great with friendly staff. The parking was a bit expensive: we paid about 50 CAD for parking for one night stay.😳

The cleanliness and service of the room are average, and the location is superior. There are outlets, McDonald's, KFC, gas stations, and movie theaters next to it. It is about an 8-minute drive from Kingston. Free parking is available. The breakfast at the Starbucks downstairs is delicious.

A very special small hotel, the service staff is very warm, parking is convenient, that is, the girls with large luggage should pay attention to the luggage upstairs, because there is no elevator. The room is relatively small but the facilities are complete. There is also a small kitchen, a refrigerator with a freezer. The breakfast is also rich, but the breakfast time is relatively short, from 6 to 9 in the morning. There is no swimming pool. The location is good and it is right after getting off the highway.

A TrefzgerPerfect location, lovely room and very clean. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the dining area was bright and pleasant. I had asked for a desk and ended up with a corner room , a lovely view of the harbour and a spacious kitchenette. The staff were always friendly, and helpful when I needed to go to a pharmacy.

The location is great, easy access to restaurants and everywhere I needed to go.
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall convenience and comfort of my stay.

YONGQINGMaybe we don't have enough credit rating on Ctrip.com, or the hotel doesn't trust Ctrip's users. We have received a deposit of 100 CAD (50 CAD/day). According to the Ctrip online, it will take 1-3 months to return. The amount of Xin’s loss is not big, otherwise I will delay my short-term investment.
