We enjoyed our stay in Dec 2024. Front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful with information about the area. The hotel has free parking and a decent size pool. There's a gym and facilities to do paid laundry. Breakfast was lovely with various options and the hosts there were awesome!. We stayed on the 5th floor, and the room itself was clean and fresh and the beds were super comfy. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Kingston.

Stayed at the DoubleTree Kingston and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast at Cannery Kitchen was excellent. Loved the warm cookie at check-in! Only downside was some hallway noise, but overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

A very unique small hotel, the service staff is very enthusiastic, parking is convenient, but girls with large luggage should be careful, they need to carry their luggage upstairs by themselves because there is no elevator. The breakfast bread is very delicious, and it is about 100 meters away from the lake, which is very suitable for leisure travel.

Nice modest hotel with all basic amenities and services. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Would have rated their service level higher if we could have been allowed to check in just 1 hour earlier than the standard 3pm (instead we were told that it would cost us $40 for early checkin).
