Thank you for choosing Wyndham Gatineau-Ottawa and Conference Centre.
"The property was ok. But I just want to add that the bed and pillows was horrible to sleep on .. Had an important exam the next day and couldn’t sleep at all all night ..
I do not know how someone can sleep like that it was just too soft and caves in when you sleep creating an Ackward arched back that it feels so sore to sleep .. the pillows again the same too big to sleep on and all the same size .. they are good size if you want to put them behind back and watch tv but not to sleep .. Had to put towels under my head to sleep as I simply couldn’t use those pillows .. whoever’s idea is that I wonder if they tested them before using it for customers ..I wonder if they could sleep on the bed and those pillows . Good luck .. rest no complaints at all ."

I had a short one-night trip to Ottawa and stayed at the Best Western Plus Ottawa-Gatineau Downtown. The location was great—close to Ottawa’s main attractions, yet in a quieter area across the bridge, away from the busy downtown. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing.
However, the room amenities were quite basic, which matches its more affordable price. Still, there are some convenient options on the RC floor, like access to water, hot water, coffee, and a microwave.
Overall, it’s a good choice for a short and budget-friendly stay near downtown Ottawa.
The Stay was good the City was doing a lot of construction and due to that we were unable to find a suitable diversion route to the hotel as all the signs and streets are in french. For visitors it becomes inconvenient. The building elevator was down the second day which was inconvenience. Other than that everything was awesome for a family of five.
We were so happy for our night of staying in this hotel. The room was amazing, not to mention the beautiful bi-level room that we got. The facility was so clean, the bath, the beds, the crews all were amazing. Looking for our next trip and staying in this hotel.
Totally happy to recommend.
