The bed linens were stained or dirty and there was hair on the pillowcase.
The breakfast is good, but some items are of very low quality. The cheeses listed as Prato and mozzarella were not cheeses, but processed cheeses. This is the first hotel I have seen that serves processed cheese as if it were cheese. You don't even see that in very cheap hotels.

Wonderful hotel, the facilities are modernized and updated, and the breakfast is delicious. A great view of the beach and all at an affordable price. This hotel is a gem of Santos. Thank you!

Os quartos bem limpinhos, com limpeza, arrumação e troca de toalhas todos os dias, café da manhã muito bom e com bastantes variedades, o bom tb que o restaurante tem almoço e janta num preço justo, no geral nossa estadia foi excelente os funcionários bem atenciosos e prestativos.
