Lathe staff was nice. The rooms are good enough. The breakfast an amenities needs to be improved。

I and my daughters stayed in a wonderful room, a very pleasant experience. In particular to the official Arthur who makes the tapioca, smile, sympathetic and attentive .All the sympathetic staff. Impeccable cleaning. Marvelous breakfast with panoramic view of the sea. Impeccable cleaning. I'll certainly come back more times

The hotel is fantastic!! Great service, the rooms are cleaned very quickly and the food is phenomenal. I went with my family, everyone loved it, there is a small, super heated pool (great for cold days) and the other pools are very good. The recreation was also very good and the prices are not that expensive. There were even people who were not staying at the resort, but went to the restaurants because of the cost-benefit.

O hotel é agradável, a recepcionista é extremamente simpática e atenciosa. O café da manhã não é dos melhores, frutas vezes e todos os pães tem o mesmo sabor, o que salva é a Gerusa com suas tapiocas maravilhosas. A piscina é maravilhosa.

The hotel is well suited to the guests' needs. Breakfast is well satisfied and the staff are attentive. The location is very good and the rooms, although small, are cosy. The garage is free, it is a great advantage but very impressed. I liked to have been hosting in that hotel!

The hotel was very clean, but there were a few things that made it from good to average . 2 things stuck out,1st was the sensor to turn on and off the ac was hanging in a weird location, so at first it took me a few minutes to turn on and off the ac.it was annoying. The second was a very thin door between my room and the room next to mine, I could here the neighbors very clearly, which wasn't there fault, just a thin door. Every thing else was great, customer service, breakfast, location, and great value.

Then the quality of the establishment as the attention of all the staff very good breakfast excellent reception and all the staff very careful are of congratulations . The only thing I do is we know that the development is not for and the acceptance for electric car is growing every day that passes would be good the hotel coordinators think to do is improved putting points for load on cars in the garage is simply a take of 10 or 20A. But the staff got a point for loading my car thanks to everyone.

Hotel com ótimas instalações e atendimento pelos funcionários, porém ficar atento na hora de reservar somente com pensão completa, pois tudo é muito caro se for pra consumir nos bares e restaurantes. O único ponto negativo foi o péssimo atendimento na Pizzaria Santorégano.

Hotel with large divisions, but with a service that is far below a four-star. One of the air conditioned was particularly noisy and the clothes is a typical open structure of a hostel. As regards the service, it was necessary to ask three times in different days at the reception to have a drink in the room, because of the first two times they said they would take and never took. The next day they provided one the cleaning staff took! Speaking on cleaning, one day they did not clean, and had to ask for it, and another day they cleaned, but left no bath towels. Too many failures for a alleged four stars in 5 nights of stay. At breakfast, not all dishes/food are identified, which makes a tourist who doesn't know the local gastronomy know what is available. Nordestine sympathy is welcome, but does not replace training and organization.
