The environment of the manor is excellent, the proprietress has a great temperament, home appliances and facilities are all available, and the family breakfast is delicious. It is a little regrettable that the check-in time must be earlier. In addition, the address navigation seems to be not accurate enough. There is no street light in this area after dark, which caused me to get lost by driving. I also knocked on the door of the manor next door. It was very dangerous. The owner did not come out, and the dog did not bark at me.

The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, handling check-in and check-out efficiently with a gentle and polite attitude. The room was clean and tidy, with a logical layout, soft and comfortable bedding, and great sound insulation, ensuring a very quiet night's rest. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, all toiletries were complete and clean, and there was ample hot water supply. The overall environment and hygiene were well-maintained; there were no unpleasant odors in the hallways or public areas. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including meat, vegetables, desserts, and drinks, all tasting homely and offering good value. The hotel provides great value for money, with comprehensive facilities and attentive service, leading to a wonderful living experience. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone.

A very decent motel. Because it was already 18:30 when we arrived at Melbourne Airport and it was 20:00 to pick up the car, we were heading to the Great Ocean Road the next day, so we chose Geelong to spend the night. Surprisingly, there is a microwave, two refrigerators, and some tableware in the room.
