I don't often stay at Ramada hotels, but I remember them as a more established brand. This time, I made a last-minute decision to visit Taizhou for two days, and my stay was very good with excellent service. The downside is probably that it's co-located with a Wyndham, so the breakfast, gym, and pool are all shared and require a bit of a walk. The bedding wasn't very comfortable, and the TV couldn't cast content. Although it's an older brand, it really needs to keep up with the times. However, the breakfast was quite good.

Choosing this hotel for my business trip to Taizhou was a great decision and saved me a lot of hassle. The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Yang, was very patient. The hotel also offers a free pick-up service from the station, so I could just hop on the car directly without having to drag my luggage around and find my way, which was a real lifesaver on a hot day. The hotel's common areas are very clean; the lobby and hallways are bright and inviting. The breakfast was also good; while the selection wasn't huge, the quality was excellent, and I left feeling satisfied. There's also a self-service laundry room, which is really practical for guests staying multiple days. Overall, my stay was very comfortable and I have no complaints.

The unexpected upgrade to the Tingxiang King Bed was a delightful surprise on my trip! Stepping into the room, the bright and airy space instantly soothed my travel fatigue. The oversized bed with its soft, luxurious bedding felt like being enveloped in clouds as I drifted off to sleep. The supportive mattress provided excellent comfort, allowing me to relax completely and sleep soundly through the night.

The room details were impeccable. The bathroom, with its separate shower and toilet, was spotless, and equipped with all the necessary smart features. A special thank you to Elena at the front desk; she was incredibly warm and patient throughout the check-in and check-out process, answering all my questions with professional and thoughtful service. This stay was exceptionally good value, perfectly embodying quality and comfort. It's now on my must-have travel accommodation list, and I highly recommend it!

Staying at the Grand International VIP Building was a fantastic experience. I initially thought the hotel might be old and dated since it's been around for a while, but the new Chinese-style decor was elegant and grand. The room was spacious and airy, with a large balcony. The bathroom was fully equipped, and they even provided traditional Chinese medicine bath sachets for a relaxing soak after hiking and exploring the old town. The afternoon tea offered coffee, fresh juices, and a variety of small pastries, which the kids absolutely loved. Check-in at the VIP Building was handled separately, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. The location was convenient for getting around, with Ziyang Street and the Jiangnan Great Wall just a short drive away. The butler service was excellent; following the little host for a tour of the prefecture city was interesting and not tiring. The kids said they want to stay here again next time.

The VIP building and the main building share a common area and a breakfast room, and the accommodation buildings are separate. The rooms and corridors of Building B look like five-star hotels and are very comfortable.
Let's talk about the service first. There is basically no problem. There are staff on duty in the morning in each building. It is the New Year, and the service staff all wear red scarves. They are very good and will take the initiative to say hello.
The seafood noodles for breakfast must be tried, and there are also mantis shrimps and prawns, which are very good. There are also glutinous rice balls and seaweed cakes. The breakfast is basically very comprehensive.
The most surprising thing is that I stayed for two nights and was given a free minibar every night, which is generally given for one night in hotels. Fruits will also be replenished, and good night porridge is given when the bed is turned on at night.
In short, both the facilities and services are great.

The room was spacious, especially the ensuite bathroom. The breakfast buffet had a rich selection of Taizhou specialties. There's really no need to follow the trending online food posts; they don't really reflect the experience. It's best to just have breakfast at a local hotel. My two-night stay was very comfortable. The only problem was the pool, which was probably closed to the public, wasn't very pleasant. There were a lot of children learning to swim, and the pool itself was small, so it felt a bit crowded.

Staying at this hotel was really unexpectedly comfortable. The front desk lady Xiaoyu took the initiative to help with the luggage, and she was casual, but she received a smiley face and a warm response; Xiaolong and Xiao Zhou were busy at the front desk, but they were softly spoken, busy and orderly. Entering the room was even more pleasant. There was a large floor-to-ceiling window on the front, and I looked up and marveled: this view is too vast! After walking through the mountains and rivers, such an open window view has never been encountered. In front of you, the mountains are lush and green trees, slowly extending and spreading forward; The mountain is a little uplifted, at the end of the line of sight, like a thick green undulating natural barrier, is this coming to the legendary ”Bitan”? At present, it is the green water of Yongan stream floating in the heavy pile before, quietly flowing. ”Zhejiang Province the most beautiful green road” - Yonganxi Park, in this thick shade of green forest leap into the eyes, come so light! The beauty in front of me was too healing. The tired body and mind of the journey seemed to be comforted at once. The footsteps in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows were really reluctant to move away... It was so rare to meet, so rare, dial the front desk phone, I decided to stay for another day for its beauty.

Hotel environment: It's quite nice, with many camphor trees planted, just like on the streets outside. It was the season when camphor flowers bloom, so walking around the hotel was quite pleasant. The greenery on the hotel's back hill was also well-maintained, and some cherry trees were still in bloom.

Facilities: Average. The curtains were electrically controlled, but some parts needed replacement. The bedside outlets were very loose, and plugs would just fall out.

Service: The hotel offered a free room upgrade and proactively gave us two key cards. The front desk staff and bellhops were very friendly. However, the room service response was poor. We needed a staff member to pick up our takeout. I called twice, and they said they'd handle it, but no one did from evening until check-out the next morning.

Hygiene: Generally acceptable. A blind spot was a cooked prawn leg found on the window seat cushion.

The hotel's amenities far exceed 3-star standards; they could easily be rated 4-star.

The entire hotel is brand new, with a simple yet tasteful decor. The in-room facilities are all smart and easy to use, and the cleanliness is impeccable—I couldn't find a single flaw.

As for the room size, I booked a Deluxe King Room, and it was incredibly spacious for one person. There was plenty of room to lay out my luggage without feeling cramped. The layout is very well-designed, preventing any sense of confinement, making for a truly comfortable and relaxing stay.

What I want to praise the most is the front desk service! Check-in was very efficient, and the service was thoughtful and warm.

I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome fruit upon arrival. The fruit was fresh and varied, and after a long day of travel, having sweet fruit really showed how much the hotel genuinely cares about its guests.

Overall, my stay was excellent and offered great value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hongqiao, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!
