The room was very spacious, clean, and new. The service was also excellent, and the front desk staff could speak Chinese. However, the check-in process was a bit slow. The toilet would splash when flushed, making it hard to use a toilet seat cover, and the sink would spray water, which was a bit inconvenient!

The room was clean and the buffet dinner was excellent. The location is unbeatable, within walking distance to all major attractions. The room was tidy and quiet, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. This is my top choice for accommodation when visiting Singapore. Perfect location near downtown. The room is clean and quiet with great service. Highly recommend this Carlton Hotel.

The price is quite high, and the flexibility for changes or cancellations is extremely poor. I wasn't allowed to change/cancel the room even within 24 hours of booking, and over a month before check-in. The hotel was completely uncooperative, and even multiple attempts by Trip.com to mediate didn't help. Think very carefully before paying! I booked a four-night stay for over ten thousand yuan, and it didn't even include breakfast. The main issue is that the accommodation is in a separate building, requiring a buggy ride to get there, and it bears no resemblance to the grand-looking main hotel building. Overall, it's not a good value for money option.

Clean and well maintained hotel.  Staff are helpful and friendly. Located at centre of HCMC, easy walking to many places of interest and shopping.  However, traffic around the hotel is very congested, it takes quite a long time to use taxi/grab to get out and get into hotel

Excellent stay. Reception at check in was great, bed was super comfortable, room clean, decent bar and pool, and it’s well located. Would definitely stay here again.
