First off, the location is incredibly convenient. Getting around is a breeze, and we could walk to most attractions. Even after a concert at 11 PM, we could easily take the subway back, and the walk felt very safe. Secondly, the room was bigger than expected, which was a real treat in high-density Singapore. The facilities were new, and they provided complimentary bottled water. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful – so warm and attentive. The hotel's overall environment was fantastic too, very quiet and clean. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Singapore. Five stars!

Definitely loving this hotel so much!
Book for my kid and daddy for a ”men's” relaxing staycay.
My husband was pleasantly surprised with the room he gets. Very fortunately, the staff also gave them a high level room. My kid is the happiest as he gets all the views. We love the room layout as the kid can have waterplay by himself while he look in from the outside.
Breakfast room service is also wonderful and reasonably priced. Delicious food as well. Ordered for 9.30am and it came right before, allowing food to be fresh and ready to eat once our kid woke up.
Our kid loves his breakfast and finished the whole set by himself! Will definitely book again if we are looking for a place for staycay!

The location is excellent, very close to Orchard Road with many shopping malls nearby. You can also pop over to the Far East Plaza next door for breakfast. Newton MRT station is within walking distance too. It has a villa-style vibe and offers great value for money. However, there's no smart toilet, and the hardware facilities aren't particularly up-to-date.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Vietnam. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff provided exceptional service and made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of both local and international dishes. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would gladly return on our next visit.

Came for an event at P7 Arena. Location wise, amazing. Hotel is great, staff are friendly and very welcoming 😊 only downside is that they don’t have a smoking room 💔. Room food service, definitely on the costly side for what you’re getting.
Everyone who attends events at P7 are maybe 80-90% smokers and P7 has been having amazing events. So I think that is one of the things they should consider.
Overall, our stay was amazing. Only downside is that u are not allowed to smoke inside the room lol.
