Pros:
1. The airport bus goes directly to the hotel entrance, with direct routes from both Haneda and Narita airports, which is incredibly convenient! It saved me the hassle of lugging suitcases up and down stairs on the subway.
2. The breakfast was delicious, and the view from the 25th floor was absolutely stunning! Highly recommend!

Cons:
1. The room was extremely small. Staying alone, I could barely open one carry-on suitcase, and it was difficult to even turn around.
2. The room's air conditioning couldn't be adjusted. It's centrally controlled by the building, and the room only had a ventilation option. The more I used it, the colder it got, so I ended up just turning it off. Luckily, the bathroom had heating, otherwise showering would have been a problem.
3. Staying for 3 consecutive nights, the sheets weren't changed. They only replaced one towel daily, provided a pair of disposable slippers, and one bottle of water.

Summary: Suitable for solo business or leisure travelers. The facilities are decent enough.

I overpayed for this hotel (30.000 JPY per night) for a twin room. The breakfast is an exorbitant 3000 yen per person per day which seems insane when the hotel also features a McDonald’s where you can get breakfast for just 500 yen.

Having said that, this is one of the best hotels you can get in Tokyo Bay area. It’s right next to the Tokyo Big Sight convention center. There were just so many things to do in the area. 

You can find this for a better price than I did then I 100% recommend it.

twin room was way bigger than the double room, so just book the twin room no matter a couple or not. because the double room's bed was also rlly tiny. one of the bed sheet had blood stains on it but it was quite small.. i guess we could close a blind eye we didnt really want to think much about it. otherwise, room was clean. bad thing was the aircon's temperature cannot be adjusted because its a centralised system by the hotel. some days we were really cold and some days pretty hot but they gave an air purifier / portable fan so you can warm up / cool the room down with it just that it gets a while to get used to decide what setting you want. nothing exceptional about the service all basic amenities were provided.

We chose this hotel during the National Day holiday to fulfill our child's anime dream. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to explore Akihabara, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Getting around is also a breeze, as the subway station is right downstairs, connecting you to everywhere. The only minor downside is that the rooms are a bit small, but that's typical for hotels in Japan. If we're ever back for more anime adventures, we'd definitely pick this hotel again.

The service is great, the hotel staff is very polite, patient and attentive. The breakfast variety is also very rich, the hotel hygiene is also quite good, a very satisfactory accommodation experience!

Great location, but overall underwhelming
The hotel’s location is excellent—right next to the station, which made getting around very convenient. However, aside from that, the experience was average. Cleanliness was okay, but not exceptional compared to other hotels in Japan. The Wi-Fi was unstable and slow, which made working or streaming difficult. Breakfast was disappointing; even at 1,000 JPY, it didn’t feel worth the price. Overall, the location is the main highlight.

The hotel is located in the city of Yamagata. You need to transfer to the JR station to get there by bus. If you arrive too late, you may not be able to take the bus to the city. It is recommended for self-driving tourists. Although the hotel is quite historic, the rooms are clean and the facilities are good. There is a lawson and a hot spring for guests in the basement. There is also a hotel-only indoor parking lot next to it, which costs 700 yen per night. If you just want to park overnight, there are other cheaper parking options nearby. There are also many restaurant options nearby.

The room was small but incredibly clean; there wasn't a speck of dust on the carpet. I've always been so impressed with the cleanliness of Japanese hotels. For a solo traveler, this place is perfect, especially for visiting the outlet mall. And the nearby sea is absolutely beautiful!
