I booked this hotel because I needed to catch an early morning express bus from Shinjuku to Lake Kawaguchiko at Mount Fuji. Although the room was small, the location was convenient, with Shinjuku Station and the bus terminal within walking distance. There's also a FamilyMart convenience store and a drugstore right downstairs. Finding places to eat nearby was easy, and the area around the station offers great shopping. The hotel also thoughtfully provides a good selection of self-service amenities, including drip coffee, face masks, and toiletries.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk to the Tokyo Big Sight International Exhibition Center and 10 minutes to Ariake Garden. It also offers convenient access to Ginza and Haneda Airport. The renovated rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options in a spacious and clean dining area. A truly wonderful stay!

Location:
Located in Shinjuku but it is too far from Shinjuku central that took about 10-15minutes walk to city centre Shinjuku. Caught in rain and that it, the only pros is there is a limousine bus stop here. Location is a deal breaker that make me regret booking this hotel.

Cleanliness/room:
The room is too small for 2 person, can only open one large luggage. Their washroom is small as compared to average japan size, the toilet bowl is tiny to the extend that it look like for kid. There is pungent smell in the toilet when check in..although property state hotel is renovated but only partially is renovated as our friend got the renovated room.

Service:
The counter requested for room number when we like to collect extra drink bottle, this is the first time that counter requested to check until so strict. And on the last night they just outright rejected our request for extra drink bottle.

Amenities:
There is sufficient amenities that is available for collection at their lobby. Wide collection of amenities from toothbrush to face mask which is rare at other hotel.

This hotel is turning out to be my go-to as it is my second time staying there out of my 3 times visiting Tokyo. Very conveniently located, just a short 2 stops away from Tokyo station, and at the mouth of the vibrant and exciting Akihabara Electric Town, it was a cozy home away from home. This time round though, I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor, just off the reception and I was afraid that it would be noisy, but it was well off the main area so it was still fairly well contained. Room was as usual, cozy and comfortable and had a bigger desk area than my previous stay. Walking distance to Aikihabara, and many abd eateries, kobinis, and a minute away to Akihabara Station, really the location takes the cake. Nothing much negative to say, and definitely will be top of the list for subsequent Tokyo visits!

The hotel is very clean and conveniently located right next to Tachikawa Station and Tachikawa South Station, making it easy to find. The lobby offers complimentary coffee, juice, tea, and hot water, which is perfect for Chinese palates. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Located on the top of a business building linking to the Yamagata station.

You won’t have to be worried even if it’s snowing or raining.

A side note to travellers from the hotter climate, the hotel doesn’t supply air conditioning during winter. Instead it has a small webbed facility that allows outside air to flow into the room. This slight chills the room. However during the day, the room will be super hot.

Initially we had a room facing the sun and when we checked in, the room is super hot. Called the customer service only to find out they didn’t have air conditioning during winter and we have to rent a fan from them.

After a slight communication, the customer service is kind enough to upgrade us to a bigger room which is slightly cooler. Big props to the customer service lady! 5 stars service !

I used this hotel as a base for my trip to Yamagata.

It's about a 15-minute walk from Yamagata Station, but it's within walking distance. If you have a lot of luggage, a taxi will get you there quickly, so don't hesitate to take one if you're concerned.

Nanokamachi itself is a tourist area, and you can enjoy walking around the town. I was surprised by how impressive the municipal hospital behind the hotel was.

There are many delicious restaurants near the hotel, so you'll have plenty of choices for meals.

There's a Lawson convenience store on the first floor of the hotel, which is convenient.

The building itself is old, but it's well-maintained, and I had a comfortable stay with no issues regarding cleanliness or security.

A spacious public bath is one of the highlights of traveling.

The location is super convenient! The cleanliness was okay, not as bad as some reviews made it out to be. There's a huge duty-free shop right across the street, plus a 24-hour convenience store. FamilyMart is next door too. It's really close to the subway station, and it's only one stop to Kansai Airport. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, but when we arrived, our preferred time was fully booked, so we just took the subway, which was also very easy. You can even see the ocean from the window!
