the location is pretty good, it’s walkable to shinjuku station but far enough from the noise. theres also airport bus available outside the hotel which saves so much time and trouble from lugging our luggages to the train station. the only downside is the room size, so so tiny. hardly have enough walking space if you had to open up your luggage especially for families. toilet is insanely small as well, but is equipped with the necessities.
for breakfast, be sure to go early as the crowd starts forming pretty quickly. if you’re sat at the main dining area, you get to have a pretty nice view of the buildings opposite the hotel. pretty great way to start the day!

The room was small, which is typical for single rooms in Japanese hotels. But it was very clean and felt new, and the central air conditioning worked great and was quiet. I booked this hotel because I didn't want to deal with crowded subways after a concert in Odaiba. The location is excellent, close to the station, and there's a convenience store and McDonald's downstairs. For Odaiba hotels, it offers great value for money. I even regret checking out and moving to another hotel after the concert.

The Washington Hotel Annex is actually a separate building, with a dedicated landmark on the ground floor of the main hotel. It's easy to find by following the signs. The annex is next to the main building and is considerably quieter. The front desk is on the second floor, where you can check in yourself or with staff assistance. The hotel boasts excellent facilities, an elegant atmosphere, and generously sized rooms with attentive service. The lobby offers complimentary items like facial masks, cosmetics, and toothbrushes, and services such as luggage storage, a laundry room, and microwaves.  There's an airport shuttle bus stop right downstairs, but tickets need to be purchased in advance. You can buy them on the first floor of the main building or by scanning a QR code at the bus stop – Alipay and WeChat are not accepted, only cash or bank cards.  The hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants and supermarkets, making it very convenient.  It's also very close to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, where you can enjoy a free sunset view from the observation deck in the evening, as well as a beautiful light show.  The room lighting isn't very bright, and the bedside lamp takes a while to turn on after pressing the button.  The hotel is a bit of a distance from the subway and train stations.

Really amazing hotel breakfast, for me one of the best. The room maybe is small by some standards, but other hotels i’ve stayed in in Japan had smaller rooms so i was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean! The location is great, really close to supermarkets and lively streets. We loved our stay here and would stay again! The only thing that could improve is the washing machine and dryer - not great for washing a weeks worth of clothes, also only three pairs available for the whole hotel.

The hotel is very clean and conveniently located right next to Tachikawa Station and Tachikawa South Station, making it easy to find. The lobby offers complimentary coffee, juice, tea, and hot water, which is perfect for Chinese palates. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I think this hotel is in a great location and offers excellent service. However, it's a 20-30 minute walk from Yamagata Station, so if walking is too much for you, I recommend taking a taxi.

It's a short walk if you stroll around town while sightseeing, so don't worry about that.

Also, there's a hot spring on the first floor, but it's open until midnight, so if you want to take a night bath, there's a slight chance you might miss it depending on what time you get home. Of course, there's a regular shower room and bathtub in the room, so you can wash up there.

In addition, the morning bath is open from 6am to 10am, so it's no problem to take a leisurely bath. With a hot spring, this was a great hotel that I'd like to return to. There's also a Lawson on the first floor, so you can buy something to eat and relax in your room.

You won’t have to be worried even if it’s snowing or raining.

A side note to travellers from the hotter climate, the hotel doesn’t supply air conditioning during winter. Instead it has a small webbed facility that allows outside air to flow into the room. This slight chills the room. However during the day, the room will be super hot.

Initially we had a room facing the sun and when we checked in, the room is super hot. Called the customer service only to find out they didn’t have air conditioning during winter and we have to rent a fan from them.

After a slight communication, the customer service is kind enough to upgrade us to a bigger room which is slightly cooler. Big props to the customer service lady! 5 stars service !

I stayed at two Washington Hotels under the same group this time, and the Kansai Airport Washington Hotel offered great value for money. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Kansai Airport Premium Outlets, and there's also a Don Quijote store, electronics stores, and cosmetic shops nearby, making shopping very convenient. On the second floor, there's a FamilyMart convenience store and a restaurant, where guests can enjoy a 10% discount on meals, which is a thoughtful touch. The rooms are larger than those in city hotels. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to and from the airport. Unfortunately, I couldn't understand the shuttle schedule and waited for a long time without success, so I ended up taking the Nankai Line instead. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of options and was excellent value for money. All things considered, I highly recommend this hotel.
