Exiting Shinjuku Station, you can walk through an underground passage for about ten minutes and directly reach the hotel's B1 level. This is a huge convenience on rainy days. However, the sheer number of exits at Shinjuku Station can be a challenge for first-time visitors.

Check-in at the front desk was quick and easy. They also offer a variety of complimentary daily necessities like toothbrushes and toiletries, which guests can choose from according to their needs.

My room on the 21st floor offered an expansive view.

Top-notch, absolutely top-notch! The hotel is really close to the exhibition center, and the bathroom was spotless. There are also plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It's super close to the subway station too. Highly recommend for business trips to exhibitions. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, and there's even a mini-fridge in the bedroom.

The room was clean and had everything except a safe. Although not large, the bathroom facilities didn't feel cheap, and the bathtub was a normal size. The location is excellent, perfect for shopping in Akihabara, which is why I booked it. The Chinese-speaking female staff at the front desk were enthusiastic and patient. For breakfast, the beef has been replaced with pork, but all the other dishes are good. It's great value for money for a business hotel of its kind, directly facing Akihabara JR Station.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a direct bus from Haneda Airport stopping right at the doorstep. It's also very quiet, being close to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. We booked several day tours, all of which met at Mode Gakuen, just a 12-14 minute walk from the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. There's a Matsuya restaurant just a five-minute walk away, where the food is cheap, delicious, and it's open 24 hours. While the room is small, the location more than makes up for it. Downstairs, there's a laundry room and self-service luggage storage, so you can do laundry or store your bags anytime. The rooms don't have toothbrushes, but you can pick up toothbrushes, face masks, cleansers, tea bags, coffee, and more from a dispenser next to the front desk, which is a very thoughtful touch.

The counter service is friendly and helpful to us that cannot speak Japanese. Even though their English is not fluent, but at least understand what we need. Their breakfast dish consider very good, a lot of choice for other. But slight crowded at early morning 630am.
There is also free drinks session from 5 to 9pm. Good to taste different drinks in the Hotel.

Had another enjoyable stay at Yamagata Eki Nishiguchi Washington Hotel. This time I especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel was, making it easy to get a proper rest even after a long day of travel.
The room was clean and well-kept, with everything functioning properly and arranged in a practical way. It’s not large, but it feels comfortable and efficient for solo travelers or short stays.
What stood out on this visit was the consistency of service—staff were still very polite and attentive, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The location near Yamagata Station continues to be a big advantage, especially for early departures or late arrivals.
Overall, a dependable and restful hotel that delivers consistent comfort and convenience. A solid choice whenever staying in Yamagata.

The location was excellent; it was only about a 30-minute drive to Yamadera Temple.

I liked that there seemed to be more restaurants than near Yamagata Station.

Exiting the subway station, there's a second-floor walkway that leads directly to the hotel. Check-in on the first floor was very smooth. There's a shuttle bus to Kansai Airport, but it operates on a fixed schedule, so you need to book it with the front desk staff. On the day of departure, you just show your reservation slip to board. Don't worry if you can't get a reservation or forget to book; Kansai Airport is only one stop away. There's a large drugstore nearby. The duvet in the room was a bit pilled and slightly scratchy... The soundproofing in the room was a bit poor, but everything else was quite good.
