Great location, right next to the Garment City. The facilities are luxurious and spacious, with large rooms. The surrounding area is very convenient, and the service is warm and friendly. The price was also excellent.

The facilities are a bit outdated, but the service is still top-notch. The service industry requires both tangible and intangible improvements; hopefully, the hotel will strengthen its hardware management in the future, improving both aspects simultaneously, so that hotel management will continue to improve!

The decor is rather old-fashioned. The windows and other fixtures are quite small. The breakfast selection is limited. Parking is also scarce; there's practically no parking available, and the hotel expects you to find your own way. In short, lower your expectations.

Staying at the Oriental Wanjia Hotel, you can feel the meticulous attention to detail everywhere, from the public area landscape and room specifics to the buffet breakfast. The rooms are brightly lit and airy, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views. They come with an independent bathtub, a walk-in wardrobe, a safe, and a tea set, all fully equipped. The buffet breakfast offers a rich variety, with freshly baked bread, fruits, and specialty snacks all available. The public areas feature elegant New Chinese-style landscaping. The overall stay experience is comfortable, making it an excellent choice for both business trips and family vacations.

Facilities: Relatively complete, but the TV cannot be cast.

Cleanliness: Okay, the visible areas are not dirty.

Environment: Very noisy. I was prepared because the note mentioned a KTV downstairs, but I didn't expect the loudspeakers from the park across the street to be the real culprit. They played music for over five hours, from 4 or 5 pm to past 9 pm.

Service: Okay.

The facilities are OK and the location is very convenient. There is a supermarket next to it where you can buy daily necessities and a restaurant. There is also Starbucks coffee, which is very good.

The hotel lobby is spacious and quite grand. The front desk staff are very welcoming, and they even offer complimentary fruit and tea, which is a thoughtful touch. The room was large, and we received a free upgrade to an executive room. It was very quiet and impeccably clean. Whenever we met staff in the hallway, they greeted us warmly. The breakfast spread was excellent, featuring local Minnan-style noodle paste, which was delicious, and freshly cooked noodles that also tasted great. The best part is having a Cotti Coffee right in the lobby; it's incredibly convenient for daily coffee drinkers, as you can get your coffee in minutes without waiting for delivery. Wudian City is also very close, within walking distance, and there are many good restaurants at Wanda for meals, which is very convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this stay and would definitely return if I have the chance.

Fresh fruit, complimentary tea: The fruit was fresh and delicious.

Very close to the airport. Nearby is the Sunshine Night Market. It is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun.
Facilities: relatively complete. The hotel has a high safety factor. The floor plan is medium. It is good for sightseeing at night.
Hygiene: Good hygiene conditions
Because there is a KTV upstairs, I was upgraded to the presidential suite for free. Very considerate.

The hotel environment is super comfortable, the sanitation is spotless, the details are very clean, and it is especially safe to live! , The service staff is warm and polite, responsive, and the experience is very good

Facilities: Complete facilities, the room is very soundproof, but the air conditioner in the room is very loud. This is a common problem with all central air conditioners
Cleanliness: Very clean
Environment: The hotel is in a university, the surrounding is very quiet, and the environment is very good
Service: The attitude of the waiter is okay

Overall, the decoration in the room is pretty good, close to the four-star standard, but the environment downstairs is not good and the commercial facilities are not mature. I think the good aspects are all deserved. Today I will only make suggestions. 1. There is a sense of frustration and dizziness during the rotation of the revolving restaurant of Wanjia Hotel. I have not compared it with other revolving restaurants and I don’t think it can be felt. It may be that there is a problem with the rotating guide rail. 2. The lack of a desk in the room design is a very serious matter. As a must-have item for business trips, it is incomprehensible that there is no desk in the room. 3. The room area is large enough, but the bathroom and shower room are not designed. It is as small as a small box. One person can’t turn around in it. There is no place to hang clothes in the shower room, which is very inconvenient. 4. The waiter is very polite, but the management is stingy, and there is a suspicion that the room is not sold well first. When checking in, I specifically asked to choose a quiet room, but I was arranged to a room next to the elevator. I immediately asked to change the room, and the male waiter arranged to change it to a trapezoidal room with a shape close to a triangle, which feels worse than the original one. Later, I learned that this was the only irregular-shaped room on the entire floor. With such a low occupancy rate and so many good room prices, why are they unwilling to give guests a good experience? 5. There are many small items missing in the room. For example, pajamas, shoe towels, shoe horns, etc. 6. I would like to praise the mattress for its good quality and comfortable sleeping. However, the bed frame is not good and sometimes makes strange noises.

Three star prices, five star accommodation. The hotel has an underground parking lot, the hotel lobby is grand and the rooms are all equipped with full intelligent services. After arriving at the store, the front desk upgraded me to an executive room for free. The view on the 20th floor was great! The room is clean and hygienic, with no odor! The room is spacious with plenty of space. The only drawback is that the clarity of the TV needs to be improved.

The hotel is in a good location, not far from the shopping plaza and supermarket, very close to the museum, memorial garden, Hongjing and other scenic spots, and only ten minutes drive to Yeping Scenic Area. There is a parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, there are more parking spaces, parking and access are very convenient. There is a free self-service laundry and drying service, but there is a queue. The room is generally hygienic, the carpet is dirty, and the lancore left by the guests after eating. The bedding is comfortable, the bathroom is dry and wet, but the bathroom is not easy to use. Originally, the bathroom was not small, but the large space behind the door (see Figure 4) was wasted. The door can be opened to that position, which is equivalent to the whole space shrinking by three points. When washing things, you can go in alone, otherwise you will accidentally touch the door when you turn around. In addition, as a high-end hotel, there are too few disposable items, not even standard cotton swabs, and no hand sanitizer or hand soap. In addition to the relatively superior location of the hotel, the hardware is similar to that of a low-grade hotel. Moreover, the front desk and room staff need to strengthen training, especially the front desk, should have more smiles, and be used to using polite language. You must know that the front desk is the facade of the hotel, the service is good, and first of all, it affects the mood of the guests. If the front desk service is of good quality, even if the room is a little problem, the guests may ignore it. But if the front desk service is not good, those problems may be magnified. In addition, this hotel has a strange rule that it is necessary to check the room status every day, regardless of whether the guests need to clean or supplement. The first night I stayed was still good, but when I renewed my stay the next morning, I explained to the front desk that I didn't need to clean and didn't need to enter the room. But the front desk replied that I had to add water to the room, and I said no. The front desk then said that the company stipulates that the room must be checked every day. I said that this is not an infringement of the privacy rights of the guests? In desperation, the front desk agreed to wait for us to come back to check when we came back in the room. It's incredible! I have stayed in so many hotels and encountered this situation for the first time. This hotel does not respect the privacy of the guests.

The hotel is located in the central area of Nankang. It is very close to the home town and the future square. The location is excellent. It is very convenient to travel and the hotel is fully equipped. The hair dryer is particularly easy to use. Every day, I will continue to live. I will ask if I need to change the sheets. The front desk service attitude is also Very enthusiastic and professional, any needs can be responded to as soon as possible
