Staying at Wanda Reign Chengdu this time was an absolutely stellar experience, I just had to write a detailed positive review! First off, the check-in process was excellent; the front desk staff were efficient, so there was no long wait, and they were all friendly and professional. Throughout my stay, I had a dedicated butler providing attentive service – whether it was directions, room requests, or dining reservations, their responses were incredibly prompt, truly showcasing a high level of premium service. The room itself far exceeded my expectations; it was meticulously cleaned, every corner spotless, and the bedding was fresh and odor-free. The mattress had the perfect balance of softness and support, allowing me to completely unwind after exploring Chengdu's streets and alleys, leading to truly restful sleep. The hotel's facilities are also comprehensive. The underground parking has ample spaces and easy access, making it stress-free for those traveling by car. The heated swimming pool has clean water and a serene environment, and the gym is well-equipped, creating a great workout atmosphere – it was a real pleasure to relax and exercise during my free time. The dining was another major highlight. Breakfast runs from 6:30 AM all the way until 1:30 PM, which was incredibly convenient for someone like me who enjoys sleeping in! The variety was extensive, offering everything from Western pastries and live cooking stations to authentic Sichuan snacks, freshly made noodles, and specialty bites. I left feeling completely satisfied and happy. The afternoon tea on the 41st floor boasts an amazing view, overlooking the city and offering a panoramic sight towards Jiuyan Bridge. Both the sweet and savory treats were exquisitely crafted, creating a wonderful ambiance. For dinner, I chose the Pin Zhen Chinese Restaurant. The dishes were authentically flavored, with the Sichuan cuisine being fresh, fragrant, and rich in taste. The private rooms offer great privacy, making it suitable for both casual gatherings with friends and business dinners. From the meticulous service and room comfort to the dining and recreational facilities, every aspect was impeccable. Its excellent location also made sightseeing convenient. It truly lives up to its reputation as a benchmark for luxury hotels in Chengdu. I will definitely choose Wanda Reign again on my next visit to Chengdu, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

Wanda Reign Hotel is consistently satisfying, as always! 👍

From the handsome guys who help with luggage and open car doors at the entrance, to the ladies at the front desk on the first floor, the lovely staff on the 28th-floor executive lounge, and the big sisters from housekeeping – everyone is incredibly friendly and polite! 👍

Getting a taxi at the entrance is super convenient, and you can wait comfortably in the lobby sofa area. The Shuiguohu subway station is just to the left when you exit, making metro travel easy too! 👍

Highly recommended!

I was very happy with the standalone villa. The hotel has a unique style, a quiet and relaxing environment, and is close to the beach. The facilities are complete and well-equipped. The semi-buffet breakfast runs until 12 PM, offering plenty of time, and the menu changes daily. The privacy is excellent, and it comes with a private pool. The coconut grove and beach views are beautiful. Every staff member is attentive and professional. The butler service was warm, thoughtful, and offered great recommendations for dining and entertainment, which I was very pleased with. They were always responsive and provided excellent service.
