The hotel is very conveniently located near the airport. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of delicious options, and the dinner was also very good. I'm so grateful to Xiao Xi, the lobby staff member, for upgrading me to a superior twin room! 🙏

The hotel is conveniently located to our relatives and have great restaurants on site, rhe breakfast has lots of selections! The only issue for us is the AC not sending cold air since we stayed at the top 17th floor? The staff sent us a portable AC fun that helped.

The lady at the front desk had a very good service attitude. I asked if it was a child. The answer was two. She prepared two snacks for the child.
Welcome fruits are also prepared in the room. Breakfast is only charged if you are above 1.4 meters tall, which is very user-friendly.

My stay this time was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's decor is elegantly luxurious and grand. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The service, in particular, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the prompt room service, every single detail was flawless. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring both Chinese and Western cuisine, and everything tasted excellent. The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for both getting around and shopping. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

The 32-square-meter room is not as big as expected, and the bathroom is also very compact, but the smart toilet is a highlight. The toiletries are also in large economic bottles. The sanitary conditions are good, but they don't feel very new. There are welcome fruits and the breakfast is acceptable. It is better than an economy hotel, with more gym facilities. There are private residences upstairs and hotel restaurants downstairs. Although credit cards are accepted, there are still people coming and going.

The room is spacious and bright, the key service is very good, a small detail, the power card has been plugged in before check-in to turn on the air conditioner! It's really warm ❤. I booked a room with free breakfast and free lunch in the hotel, and it was the first time I tried this experience! Great! ! !

I booked a hotel for a family of good friends at this price. The hotel is quite cost-effective because I arrived early and booked a room before I checked out. The lady at the front desk helped me upgrade the room for free to avoid a group of us waiting. The service was great and there was a small playground bridge nearby. It's very comfortable to take a walk at night. There are places to eat, drink and have fun nearby, and transportation is very convenient.

I remember that the last time I stayed at a Hilton hotel in another city, the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. But this time when I stayed at this hotel in Nantong, I felt the bed was quite comfortable. I don’t know what’s going on. Are the beds in different Hilton hotels different?
