Located in Shenzhen's iconic landmark, KK100, the hotel boasts an exceptional location with convenient transportation and comprehensive commercial facilities nearby. Situated on the 96th floor, the lobby offers panoramic views of the entire city, particularly the full vista of Shenzhen and Hong Kong, treating guests to breathtaking high-altitude scenery. Whether it's the sunrise or the night view, the visual impact is stunning, making it an ideal spot to experience the bustling prosperity of Shenzhen.

I always choose high-end hotels for my travels, and this stay at The St. Regis Shenzhen truly offered an even higher level of quality and service. First, I particularly want to commend my butler, Pierre, for his excellent service! It was my wedding anniversary on the day of check-in, and I mentioned it to Butler Pierre when he called me. The check-in process was swift, and upon entering the room, I was delighted to see the thoughtful decorations and a handwritten blessing on a card. I'm very grateful for Pierre's considerate preparations. Second, the hotel boasts an elegant environment. From check-in to quick processing and room service, you can feel the warmth; every service staff member I encountered in the restaurant was full of smiles. The hotel's service response is incredibly fast; from the moment you call to order coffee to your room, it's very prompt. They even offer 24-hour complimentary coffee and tea delivery to the room. Having stayed in various five-star and even seven-star hotels both domestically and internationally, if I could rate it, I would give The St. Regis Shenzhen a ten-star rating, because both the facilities and service completely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again and hope you continue to improve!

This was my second stay here, and the experience was just as wonderful. My butler, Max, was polite and attentive, properly coordinating and handling all matters, big and small, and even provided a complimentary pressing service for my suit jacket and trousers 👍. On the evening of October 8th, the housekeeping attendant on the 58th floor provided fantastic turndown service—I forgot to ask her name, but when I mentioned I liked decaf coffee, she provided me with plenty of decaf coffee capsules and even came back to help me take away my empty takeout boxes. She was efficient and emotionally intelligent! 🌹

The St. Regis Shanghai Bund boasts an excellent location, making it very convenient for getting around and exploring. Our butlers, Bonnie and Amber, were incredibly responsive, quickly answering messages online and treating us with thoughtful attention. Their service was thorough and reliable throughout our stay, providing a full and satisfying butler experience. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The 24-hour drink service was also very prompt, and the service truly was exceptional.

An excellent experience! The hotel has a great location and a wonderful environment. Plus, the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, and they even offered a breakfast to-go service.

The location is super convenient, right by the subway entrance, offering plenty of transport options. The staff are all great, and the room was very comfortable. The high-rise night view is absolutely stunning, and the cleaning service was very thorough; the room was spotless. The lighting was also very soft, making for a really comfortable stay. You can give your license plate number to the concierge for free parking. All in all, it's excellent, definitely the best Marriott hotel in Dubai.
