The car service was great, and the room was clean and tidy. There's also a coffee bar downstairs, and getting around is very convenient as you can hail a taxi right to the entrance. Overall, a pretty good stay, definitely recommend it!

The only downsides to this room type were its small size and lack of a window; otherwise, everything was perfect. The room was clean and hygienic, hot water was plentiful, the bed was comfortably firm, and the free breakfast was extensive. All the hotel staff were incredibly warm and hospitable, providing great emotional value. Plus, the nearby old-school restaurant, Huayang Restaurant, has amazing food! 👍 Next time I'm in Shenzhen, I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel offers great value for money and is very close to clients, just a 5-minute walk away. It's also close to the subway station, about a 15-20 minute walk.

Far exceeded my expectations! The room was great, and the front desk service, from check-in to check-out, was excellent and very thoughtful. They even reminded me about meal times when I checked in and asked about parking at check-out. The room itself was clean, tidy, comfortable, and cozy. The hotel's location is also fantastic, making travel very convenient. It's close to Central Park and not far from Vientiane City. The breakfast had a good variety, with fruits, pastries, noodles, and more – all tasted really good! 👍

The hotel booked temporarily on a business trip is directly full of experience, which is very suitable for business travel. Check-in at the front desk is fast and professional, and the service is courteous and proportional. The layout of the room is simple and practical, the desk is spacious, the network is stable, and the office is completely unaffected. The whole house is meticulously cleaned, the towels and sheets are clean and dry, and the water pressure in the bathroom is stable. The hotel is very quiet, and the late night rest will not be disturbed, which is very good to relieve fatigue. Convenience stores and restaurants downstairs are very convenient for eating and purchasing. Cleaning is regularly cleaned, and the demand response speed is fast. The supporting facilities are perfect, the elevator waiting time is short, and the overall management is standardized and orderly. The price is reasonable, the comprehensive cost performance is super high, and the local office will be preferred in the future, and it is recommended to friends on business trips!

This hotel used to be a hotel I like very much. I stayed last year and felt very good. I came to Ruijin this year and chose it without hesitation. But, I was very disappointed when I first checked in. The waitress at the front desk was cold and **-faced. The male waiter at the front desk performed well. The front desk on the third day of the next day was good. The smile was warm and responsive. The first night I felt that the room smelled of smoke and didn't rest well. The next day, the front desk took the initiative to arrange the aunt to remove the smell of smoke and change the bedding. But the third morning, the accident came again, the bathroom ceiling paint fell, the back...

The hotel was a pleasant surprise overall. The pickup driver was very responsible, contacting us in advance of our arrival. The front desk staff was also great, accommodating our request to change rooms. Our room was clean and tidy, and the buffet was plentiful and delicious. The hotel's location is also fantastic, very close to the fountain and Taiping Ancient Street. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. As the pickup driver said, once you stay here, you'll want to come back. Everything was indeed excellent, and it offers great value for money.

The room facilities are complete and the hygiene is very satisfactory to me. The service is attentive and fast. The environment is atmospheric. After entering the lobby, the front desk welcomes loud and warm.
