The room is clean, complete with facilities and the toiletries look elegant and expensive like the 5 star hotel. I really felt that the money I paid for was so worth it. They also provided children amenities. Special thanks for the staff Anna, Wawa and KK for a great service. Even though they cannot speak English they tried their best to communicate with me and help us with our needs. I will highly recommend this hotel

The only downsides to this room type were its small size and lack of a window; otherwise, everything was perfect. The room was clean and hygienic, hot water was plentiful, the bed was comfortably firm, and the free breakfast was extensive. All the hotel staff were incredibly warm and hospitable, providing great emotional value. Plus, the nearby old-school restaurant, Huayang Restaurant, has amazing food! 👍 Next time I'm in Shenzhen, I'll definitely stay here again.

在瑞金縣城來説不管是配套設施，還是酒店服務水準，在當地來説屬於高端的，畢竟是小縣城跟一線城市的四星級酒店肯定沒法比，但是按這個價格定位來説，個人覺得性價比很高。停車場很寬敞，對於自駕遊的遊客來説是極其方便的，晚上週邊有金瑞灣公園好散步。環境很不錯，房間寬敞，客房乾淨衞生，前台服務特別熱情，周到，服務到位。

Great location, very clean lobby and room, friendly staff. The only gripe I have is smoking is somewhat allowed. The initial room I was given smelled strongly of cigarette. However front desk staff quickly help changed a room, which still has a tinge of cigarette smell but was much better. The bar fridge is switched on only when needed. But when I open the fridge, the super strong cigarette smell came out and hit me instantly. There are also guests who smoke at the walkway and at lift lobby. This alone is bad. Everything else is great, no complaints.

The top recommendation for local hotels, but the experience is average.

The sound insulation is poor, normal conversations outside the room can be clearly heard, drainage sounds can be heard from time to time in the shower room, and construction noise from the construction site outside the window can be heard in the room. The toilet is clogged.
