My stay at Grand Skylight Reading Hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the warm and attentive service from the front desk staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Check-in was efficient and seamless. The room itself was spacious with excellent natural light, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The hotel's breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious local dishes, and the location was incredibly convenient for getting around. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure vacations. I highly recommend it to anyone still deciding!

Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The hotel's surroundings are quiet, and the room was spotlessly clean with no dust accumulating in any corners. All the facilities worked perfectly, and Xiao Chen at the front desk was very polite and gentle. The breakfast offered a decent variety of homestyle dishes, enough to fill you up. I felt very comfortable and at ease during my entire stay.

The room was fine for a night. The bed was comfortable. But the smell in the room was not good, not fresh. The air is stale, the room should be ventilated. The toilet door could not be closed entirely. The breakfast buffet was okay, could be better. They didn't have enough cups for coffee in the dining room. They offered glasses instead, which we found unusual. All in all, the hotel is good for a short stay.

Not to mention anything else, this hotel starts from the moment you enter, to breakfast, to the cleaning sister, to the breakfast staff, including the sister who cooks noodles and flour to make sunny eggs. She has to complete four or five tasks by herself. I can still be so warm and gentle, I feel very warm! The service staff are also very good, down to the robots, they are all very, very, very polite. At first glance, it seems that they have received standardized training, especially the laundry service. The clothes were washed and dried in a short time! Thank you so much

The price/performance ratio far exceeds expectations, the price is close to the people, and the overall is beyond expectations. It is as warm and comfortable as living in the home. The overall layout is soft and healing, and the details are full. The room is lighted and transparent, the cleaning is spotless, the soft decoration is exquisite and warm, and the bedding is soft and sleepy. The staff is kind and easy-going, responds promptly to needs, the decoration is minimalist and beautiful, the layout is neat and transparent, the environment is quiet, the shading and sound insulation effect is very good, and the design of the public area is very suitable for punching in and taking pictures. The supporting facilities are perfect, the network speed is smooth, the stay experience is trendy and comfortable, and young people are worth punching in.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise overall. The pickup driver was very responsible, contacting us in advance of our arrival. The front desk staff was also great, accommodating our request to change rooms. Our room was clean and tidy, and the buffet was plentiful and delicious. The hotel's location is also fantastic, very close to the fountain and Taiping Ancient Street. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. As the pickup driver said, once you stay here, you'll want to come back. Everything was indeed excellent, and it offers great value for money.

The room is very clean, the breakfast is quite good, there is a robot at the front desk to deliver groceries, the lady at the front desk is very good, and she will remind me about the construction in the future.
