The room was clean and had a separate wet and dry area. Parking was free. Anna provided excellent service, very good! It was easy to catch a taxi right outside the hotel. Downstairs, there's a coffee shop and restaurants, which was really convenient. Food delivery was even handled by robots. Plus, a hospital was very close by.

Great value for money. Located at a very local area with great food choices. Walking distance to METRO and Sea World. The breakfast was decent and enough to start your day. Front office staff was helpful and check in was smooth.

Business trip, very comfortable stay, the front desk check-in was fast, the front desk Xiaowen service was very good, the hotel facilities and equipment are complete, the environment is very good, the sanitation is very clean, business trips often choose here, the breakfast is also very good.

帶家人國慶來贛州玩，訂了格蘭雲天酒店，真的選對了呢，尤其是他家的早餐，直接把我吃嗨了

先説吃的，種類也太豐富了！西式的有薯條、香腸、各種麪包，還有我最愛的玉米，啃起來又甜又糯。中式有餛飩，河粉，熱菜燉得特別入味。還有好多新鮮水果，火龍果都特別甜，現做的點心也很絕，那個小蛋糕入口即化。關鍵是食材都很新鮮，吃着就很放心，不管是長者小孩還是年輕人，都能找到自己愛吃的，我家娃在甜品區就不肯走了，拿着小夾子選得可開心了～
環境也乾淨，餐廳裏的大理石枱麪鋥亮，餐具也都跟新的一樣。座位很舒服，尤其是那個大長桌，一家人或者朋友一起吃特別有氛圍。窗外的景色也不錯，早上陽光透進來，吃着早餐心情都變好了。服務員也很貼心，看到餐盤快滿了就會來收，整個用餐過程特別順暢。

總之，這次在贛州格蘭雲天酒店的體驗真的絕了，環境乾淨又舒服，吃的種類多還好吃，來贛州旅遊的朋友，一定推薦哦

The front desk lady checked in super fast, with a smile throughout the whole process, very comfortable, and the service was particularly good. , Super convenient transportation, free parking, super worry-free travel. The room is clean and tidy, the environment is good, the facilities are complete, and many people live without cramping. The laundry machine in the laundry room is practical and the laundry is super convenient for business trips. Full price/performance ratio! Next time I come to Ruijin, it is still the first choice for staying in the hotel.

The hotel was renovated a while ago, but it's well-preserved and kept fairly clean and tidy. The room wasn't large, but we were upgraded to the executive floor. The hotel's underground parking garage isn't big, but it was very clean. The elevator goes directly to the lobby. The two young ladies at the front desk were very professional, spoke softly, and always had a smile on their faces; they answered almost all our questions. They also gave us directions to Taiping Ancient Street and recommended some good local restaurants to help us avoid making a bad choice. There were washer-dryers available, and the breakfast was decent and met our standards.

The room is very clean, the breakfast is quite good, there is a robot at the front desk to deliver groceries, the lady at the front desk is very good, and she will remind me about the construction in the future.
