The shuttle service attitude was excellent, and the hotel facilities were well-equipped. It's very close to the Exhibition and Convention Center, the Civic Center, and the Concert Hall, and only about 500 meters from Fuyin Subway Station.

The only downsides to this room type were its small size and lack of a window; otherwise, everything was perfect. The room was clean and hygienic, hot water was plentiful, the bed was comfortably firm, and the free breakfast was extensive. All the hotel staff were incredibly warm and hospitable, providing great emotional value. Plus, the nearby old-school restaurant, Huayang Restaurant, has amazing food! 👍 Next time I'm in Shenzhen, I'll definitely stay here again.

Far exceeded my expectations! The room was great, and the front desk service, from check-in to check-out, was excellent and very thoughtful. They even reminded me about meal times when I checked in and asked about parking at check-out. The room itself was clean, tidy, comfortable, and cozy. The hotel's location is also fantastic, making travel very convenient. It's close to Central Park and not far from Vientiane City. The breakfast had a good variety, with fruits, pastries, noodles, and more – all tasted really good! 👍

I saw many hotels in the background, and I chose this Grand Skylight for a long time. I was not disappointed. The front desk butler service received warm heart, the service was particularly good, the smile was full, and it was very comfortable. The room was particularly pleasant! The area is larger than expected, cleaned and there is no smell. The lighting is very good, and the lights are not turned on during the day. The furniture is simple but practical. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the sleep is super comfortable. The overall stay feels particularly refreshing and comfortable, the price is very high, recommended. Give five-star praise 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The room is very clean, the front desk will provide some necessary toiletries, washing cotton, disposable toilet pads, mosquito repellent, etc. The room is also very quiet, very close to the Vientiane City business district in the city center, it is very convenient to travel and go shopping.
The most important thing is that the front desk staff's little brother service is super good. He has agreed to the late check-out demand. The various services are also very intimate. I will choose to live here next time. ～

The hotel was renovated a while ago, but it's well-preserved and kept fairly clean and tidy. The room wasn't large, but we were upgraded to the executive floor. The hotel's underground parking garage isn't big, but it was very clean. The elevator goes directly to the lobby. The two young ladies at the front desk were very professional, spoke softly, and always had a smile on their faces; they answered almost all our questions. They also gave us directions to Taiping Ancient Street and recommended some good local restaurants to help us avoid making a bad choice. There were washer-dryers available, and the breakfast was decent and met our standards.

The room facilities are complete and the hygiene is very satisfactory to me. The service is attentive and fast. The environment is atmospheric. After entering the lobby, the front desk welcomes loud and warm.
