The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel overall was good. The breakfast was delicious with a rich buffet spread. A big bonus was the swimming pool, which had a hot spring shallow pool perfect for kids, as well as a normal temperature pool for swimming. My only complaint was being called at noon asking about cheap flights – it was really annoying to be woken up, and I hope they improve this. The hotel's location is excellent, with Tianyi Pavilion and Moon Lake Park nearby, plenty of dining options, and close to the subway. Overall, it was a great stay! ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧

I really loved the overall style of the room, especially the large projector screen and the bathtub – they made for a fantastic experience. However, it was a holiday, so there were a lot of kids, and the hotel's soundproofing wasn't great. Even though we switched rooms mid-stay due to a small issue, the soundproofing in the new room wasn't much better. But when I called the front desk at night, they were very proactive in helping resolve the problem, and their service attitude was excellent. I'd definitely consider staying again during the off-season to fully enjoy it, as the scenery outside the hotel is quite beautiful.

A special thank you to YangZhuxiang, who took care of our room every day. She was always smiling, kind, and genuinely caring. You could really tell that she enjoyed making guests feel welcome, and her positive attitude made our stay even better.

We also want to thank Aria, who was always friendly, helpful, and truly wanted the best for us. Every interaction with her felt genuine, and she always made us feel welcome.

Finally, a huge thank you to Jay, who worked at the breakfast restaurant. My friend and I have special dietary requirements, and Jay went above and beyond to help us every single morning. He took the time to understand exactly what we could eat, answered all of our questions with patience, and always made sure we were taken care of. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference to our stay.

Thank you all for making our experience so memorable. Staff like you are the reason people want to come back. We truly hope to see you again!

Overall, my stay was very pleasant, with excellent service at every touchpoint. Special commendation to the front desk staff, especially Xiao Han.

Front Desk Service: A big shout-out to Xiao Han for her quick problem-solving, patience, and friendly attitude. She was very thorough in answering my questions, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for.

Guest Room: The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and the bathroom was dry with all amenities provided. It was a very comfortable stay. Although there was a minor issue, Xiao Han resolved it very quickly, showing great management.

Breakfast & Dining: The breakfast offered a rich variety of dishes with fresh ingredients, and refills were prompt. The dining area was also very clean.

Public Areas: The lobby and hallways were clean and well-maintained.

Hardware Facilities: The air conditioning and hot water worked stably, and all facilities were in good condition.

The overall hotel experience was excellent! The room was spacious and bright, clean and odor-free, with complete amenities. The soundproofing was great, so my rest wasn't disturbed. Aria (assuming this is a staff member's name or a hotel-specific term) was friendly and checked me in efficiently. The location is excellent, convenient for both business and shopping. It offers great value for money, making for a comfortable stay. It's my top choice for business trips or travel and I highly recommend it to everyone. I'll definitely be back again.

. . . I talked to two different people on the phone and in person twice. I didn’t drink the paid tea. However, when I checked out, they chased me and charged me 😞. The concierge was useless. The man at the front desk who checked in on the first day was arrogant. The decoration style of the room is very shocking. It is glossy lacquered tiger-spot huanghuali wood-veneer style furniture, not matte. It is too rich and tasteless. The carpets and cabinets are old, and the coffee table and the end of the bed have sharp corners that can easily hurt people. The room is far from the elevator. At first, I asked that the swimming pool would be closed for two days. On the 15th, I asked and said that it opened yesterday. The management of the outsourced swimming pool was chaotic, their attitude was arrogant, and the environment was not good. There are many people in the swimming pool, it is small, noisy, old and dilapidated, the stones are cracked, and the experience is not good. I complained to Ctrip about the swimming pool and the environment, and wanted Ctrip to ask for two free breakfasts, but the hotel actually refused. I stayed there for four days and was so stingy.

But luckily I ordered it cheaply, you get what you pay for, cheap stuff doesn’t mean good stuff😄😃😂😁. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was very responsible. The furniture is not practical, the small coffee table is rickety, the TV is too old and there are not enough clothes racks. The operation of water discharging from the bathtub is inconvenient, and there is only one buckwheat pillow. . . Fortunately, the service was okay and the issue was resolved. Anyway, don’t expect too much. Not as good as the Intercontinental Hotel, unprofessional and gross.

No bedside stool! Their official pictures are painted with shocking varnish, and they use a wide-angle lens. The modern room is big, but it's not that big, and it doesn't have that effect.

Personally, I am more picky, so it takes a long time to go out to play and do a strategy. The hotel I chose this time did not step on the pit, happy.

✅ Location: Behind the management committee, the nearby development is not high, so it is especially suitable for people who like quiet and private. There is no high-rise building in front of the hotel, so even if the curtains are not closed at night. There is a community not far from the side direction, which is convenient for simple eating and shopping.

✅ Facilities: After all, it is a five-star hotel, the equipment is fine, the parking lot is convenient (that is, the grass is more vigorous), the lobby is refreshing, the room bathtub toilet lighting is OK, especially the shower water is very soft and very comfortable. The sound insulation effect is good, unless the children in the corridor have a little sound, there is no interference in the night for two nights. There is a gym and swimming pool on the first floor of the hotel (free for guests), enough and the service attitude is also very good. There is a children's playground on the second floor (charged) and the facilities are relatively simple.

✅ Breakfast is rich and clean, and the service is fast in the middle.

✅ Hygiene: Super praise, the whole hotel is very refreshing, the room is clean, the child has been playing on the floor for a long time in white socks, and it is not dirty. Like the hotel management for the standard of hygiene, and like the details of the room cleaning.

✅ Service: Children's bed fence, children's toiletries, bathtub bags, etc., contact the housekeeper and deliver it immediately. Check-in sent fruit plate sweet soup, and even a handwritten welcome card. The front desk, including the staff encountered on the road, was polite and restrained, did not snubb or disturb excessively, like it.

Tiangong is not beautiful, these two days Cixi rainy, playing frustrated, but staying in such a comprehensive excellent hotel is also very pleasant.

Come to Cixi later, the first choice! (It happens that it is not, not this sentence, just 520 words)

I came here during a typhoon, and the front desk lady was excellent, proactively upgrading my room. The hotel is clean and tidy overall, with great natural light in the rooms, and the bedding is very comfortable to sleep on. Front desk staff Xiao Zheng and Xiao Li were enthusiastic and thoughtful, efficient with check-ins, and quick to respond to any issues. The location is convenient for getting around, the environment is quiet, and I had a great rest. The breakfast was also good, and the overall value for money is impressive. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!

I accompanied my 98-year-old mother back to her hometown to pay respects to our ancestors and sweep their graves. We stayed at the Nanyuan Hotel, located in the Dongqian Lake area, which is very convenient for getting around. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The receptionist and the waitress Cao in the fourth-floor restaurant were warm, patient, and attentive, making us feel very welcome. We will definitely choose this hotel again next year.

• New facilities, high configuration
The hotel opened in 2023 and is relatively new overall. The rooms are spacious and equipped with small refrigerators, dryers, negative ion hair dryers, etc. Free gym, charging parking spaces, tea room and self-service laundry in public areas, very friendly to self-driving and family outings.

• Convenient location, strong life atmosphere
Located in Xiangshan City (No. 658 Tian'an Road, Danxi Street), the surrounding dining and business districts are dense and life is convenient. It is not far from many seaside attractions in Xiangshan, suitable for self-driving play.

• Good hygiene and comfort
The room was clean and tidy as a whole, the bedding was comfortable, and the stay was comfortable and quiet. The bathroom design and free toiletries for dry and wet separation have also received a lot of praise.

⚠️ Potential Problems

• Individual service details to be improved
At breakfast, the waiter asked if the tableware could be collected.

• Some facilities have defects
A few rooms may encounter old TVs, unstable water pressure (especially during peak water use), and slippery shower floors without non-slip mats, which pose a certain safety hazard.

• Welcome fruit treat pictures
The apples are unwashed and all soil.

My experience at Shanghe Nanyuan Hotel far exceeded my expectations! The new Chinese-style courtyard environment is elegant and serene, and the facilities are all brand new and spotless. The guest rooms are spacious, the bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is excellent. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The front desk service was thoughtful and attentive, and they even offered complimentary fresh fruit upon check-in. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes. There's free parking for those driving, and it's a short drive to the Silk Road Thousand-Year Performance, making it convenient to visit Shanghe Pearl. It's my top choice for a vacation stay, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jiaozhou.

The hotel is very new. Although the location is relatively remote, the environment is good and quiet. The rooms are clean and hygienic. The service staff are enthusiastic and considerate. When booking the room, I didn't find that breakfast is not included. The restaurant provides breakfast for a week. Although the breakfast is relatively simple, it is enough. Yes, fruit was given as a gift after check-out.

It happened to be my child's birthday, so we checked into this hotel. Xiao Yan and Xiao Ji at the front desk were very kind and upgraded our room – they deserve a five-star review! They even gave us a plush toy for the child, making for a great experience. The room was very clean and even provided disposable bath bags. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
