My stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel environment is elegant, and the cleanliness is impeccable. I particularly want to commend Ms. Sharon at the front desk: she greeted me with a warm smile upon check-in, making the process quick and smooth. She was also very thoughtful, proactively informing me of important details. Later, when I inquired about parking, breakfast times, and local attractions, she provided detailed and comprehensive answers. Her communication was professional and courteous, and her attentiveness made me feel less like a stranger in a new place. She was truly warm and reliable. Sharon's excellent and thoughtful service significantly enhanced my overall experience, making this hotel highly recommendable!

We booked the Sheraton Grand Shanghai Pudong Hotel specifically for a wedding, mainly because the kids love the heated pool and I appreciate a good gym. Upon arrival, the hotel proactively upgraded our room, giving us a fantastic view of the Lujiazui 'Three-Piece Suit' (iconic skyscrapers). Kathy's service was exceptional; she was incredibly thoughtful and made us feel right at home.

The overall experience staying at Sheraton Shanghai Waigaoqiao Hotel was acceptable. 

Their room service is available 24 hours, and you can order food by calling their hotline anytime. However, please note that the menu prices are on the higher side. One simple main course can cost almost twice as much as ordering through ******* food delivery.
There are also 2–3 restaurants within the building itself if you do not mind the pricing. The hotel surroundings are mainly office buildings, so there are no nearby restaurants or shops within walking distance. However, the 基隆路 metro station is easily accessible with an 8–10 minute walk. For ******* food deliveries, all orders must be sent to the locker located outside the hotel lobby near the drop-off area. The hotel management does not allow food deliveries to be sent directly to the rooms, and they do not provide robots for delivery either, which means guests need to personally come down to collect their food. The same applies to parcels. Although the hotel has a counter to receive parcels (refer to picture 2) and store them temporarily, guests still need to collect them personally from the counter.

For a high-end hotel, this level of service was not what I expected.

The hotel also provides laundry services for an additional fee, charged per piece. Their laundry service team was efficient — they collected the clothes directly from the room and returned them in good condition, neatly hung in the wardrobe.

Room cleaning was done daily. I stayed for 4 nights, and they provided complimentary bottled water every day (around 4–6 bottles daily). This could give an extra point even though most of the hotel in China have the same standard. 

The hotel breakfast was average. Although there were many choices available, the taste could definitely be improved. I took some buns from the steaming area, but they were still cold and hard. The staff were standing nearby, but they did not provide any proactive service or assistance. 

Quite disappointed overall for a five-star hotel brand, and I hope the management team will take action to improve the issues mentioned above.

The Sheraton Jiading is probably the most upscale hotel in Jiading District. Even though it's been open for eleven years, the facilities are excellent and don't feel dated at all. The hotel is built by the river, so if you stay on a high floor, you can enjoy river views and see the lively atmosphere on the opposite bank. The hotel's high occupancy rate shows how popular it is; looking up from downstairs at night, nearly every room has its lights on. The front desk staff are very helpful and patient, and they communicate smoothly in foreign languages when assisting international guests. The in-room amenities are comprehensive and very convenient. The hotel's supporting facilities are also fantastic, including Chinese, Western, and Japanese restaurants, as well as a lobby bar, meeting venues, a swimming pool, and a gym – truly impressive.

Built in 2017, the bathroom has no ventilation system whatsoever, and there's no master light switch near the door, so you have to walk all the way to the bed to turn off the lights – a pretty baffling design. It happened to be extremely humid during my stay, and the entire room had a musty smell, like old clothes stored in a trunk. I reported it to the front desk, and they sent up an air purifier, which helped. I checked in on a weekday when there were plenty of empty rooms, yet they still assigned me one facing due east. The breakfast options were limited, and the food wasn't very good either... This Sheraton just isn't up to par.

My child was doing a two-day sketching trip in Qingxi Ancient Town, so we stayed one night at the Sheraton to make it convenient for them. The hotel is about 1km from the ancient town archway, so it's quite close. The hotel rooms are large and comfortable, and the breakfast was abundant. The pool is beautiful and clean, and there weren't many people, so we had a great swim. The overall service was excellent too. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

This hotel desperately needs a renovation of its facilities.

First, we had originally booked an apartment-style room, but due to their major renovations, they upgraded us to two rooms free of charge (which was a plus).
- The breakfast was good.

Minus points:
- There was an issue with the booking system – my son's room was double-booked with another new guest within an hour. Luckily, that guest also realized something was wrong because my son's backpack was still in the room. I had to go down to the front desk to get the key card reissued, and the other guest moved to a different room. My wife said it was fortunate my son wasn't showering at the time and that the new guest was male, otherwise it would have been very awkward.
- Upon check-in, the front desk also offered us free breakfast, but the next day we found it wasn't registered in the system.
- The concierge service was inadequate. During both check-in and check-out, no one approached us to ask if we needed help with our luggage (we had 7 items for 3 people). This is unlike the service at other Marriott hotels.

The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options – it feels like the staff are anticipating your every need! The location offers sea views, and the room itself is spotless and well-maintained. I'll definitely be back soon.

Overall, the hygiene is decent. The location is a bit out of the way, making it inconvenient to walk to the lively areas, but there's a shuttle bus that goes to the plaza. The service staff are friendly, and the front desk is welcoming. The room is a bit small, and the cleaning details are just average, but the bed is comfortable and ensures a good night's sleep. The soundproofing in the hallway is a bit poor. Breakfast isn't lavish but healthy, with the croissants being a highlight. The view is unremarkable, and both the executive lounge and coffee machine perform adequately. Overall, it offers good value for money.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The amenities were good, and everything we needed was available.

I've stayed at this hotel three times already and will continue to do so (whenever I have a layover and need to spend the night in Istanbul between flights). The hotel is quite far from the main attractions (city center), but the metro line is convenient (direct to Taksim, and you can also get to the area near the Grand Bazaar, from where a tram will take you right into the heart of everything). The metro entrance is right nearby, less than a minute's walk. The bed is comfortable, all necessary amenities are available, and the breakfasts are plentiful with something for everyone. In September '25, guests were offered loofahs and toothbrushes, but these were no longer available in February '26. It's a shame, the loofahs were excellent. Upon check-in, they ask for a deposit: either a €100 hold on your card or cash. If you pay the deposit in euros or dollars in cash, they will return it upon check-out, but only in Turkish Lira.

Love Atasehir area. Nice, clean, organized and safe. 
The grand Sheraton staff are friendly, warm and helpful. The house keepers are extremely helpful for keeping the rooms clean and comfortable.

This stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the city center shopping district, making getting around incredibly convenient. The lobby is elegantly decorated, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was quick, and they thoughtfully introduced the hotel's facilities and nearby recommendations. The room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of high quality. The breakfast offered a rich variety, blending Chinese and Western options, with fresh ingredients – even the coffee was delicious. I especially want to commend the room service; they were prompt and polite. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

Amazing weeks stay at Sheraton, the staff are exceptionally and a real credit to them. The house keeping was spot on. We only had breakfast here the once, it was ok. Pool are lovely but the toilets need air fresheners as theres always an unpleasant smell in there. To conclude…highly recommend.

When traveling abroad, I often opt for a branded hotel for that standardized experience. This one was exactly that – no surprises, good or bad. The breakfast was Turkish style, which we really couldn't get used to. It's super convenient to Mall of the Emirates with a direct internal connection. The rooftop bar offers views of the Burj Al Arab. Plus, there's a free sauna and hot spring.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable. From the reception team to those assisting with the elevators, everyone was incredibly helpful. I also had a delightful conversation with the Filipino staff, which added a personal touch to my visit. The breakfast offered was not as extensive as anticipated, but it was still enjoyable and of good quality! And the handcrafted coffee, it was a real treat compared to the usual machine-dispensed options—100/10! While it took a little time for the water to warm up in the bathrooms, the room itself was fantastic—definitely a 10/10. Balconies are locked by default for safety, but you can ask the hotel to make it available for you. Only 4-5 mins walk from Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 tram station. I will highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!

We booked a stay at the Sheraton Grand Dubai to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and what a fun and memorable experience it was! We visit Dubai several times a year but had never stayed here before. Our daughter, who lives in Dubai, suggested after she enjoyed a pool day, and it turned out to be a brilliant idea.

The food was really great, the staff were outstanding, and the service throughout was exceptional. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, everything about the stay was perfect. We couldn’t find a single thing to fault.

Highly recommend the Sheraton Grand Dubai — we’ll definitely be back!
