This hotel completely exceeded my expectations! From the lobby to the room, everything felt high-quality. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, and the concierge actively offered to help with luggage upon seeing me, responding promptly. Business travelers, look no further! 🏢 The location is super convenient, really close to where I needed to be, which boosted my efficiency. The breakfast was rich and well-balanced, and the check-out process was efficient and thoughtful. As a working professional, I truly loved it!

The rooms feel spacious, clean, and well designed. Large windows offer impressive city or river views. The beds feel supportive, which makes rest easy after long days.

Service stands out. Staff greet you warmly and respond quickly to requests. Check in and check out feel smooth and efficient.

The location works well. You stay close to Lujiazui, dining spots, and key business areas, while enjoying a calm atmosphere away from heavy crowds.

Breakfast offers strong variety with both Western and Chinese options. The lounge and public spaces feel quiet and refined, ideal for work or downtime.

This hotel suits business travelers, families, and short stays. You leave feeling well taken care of and eager to return.

The facilities are brand new and the room is spacious. The bedding is consistently comfortable, as expected from Sheraton, and there's a choice of soft or firm pillows. The bathroom has excellent water pressure and hot water comes quickly, which is something many five-star hotels struggle with. The location is convenient, close to the subway station, and parking is free if you're driving. It's also easy to get to the Free Trade Zone and exhibition halls.

Overall, my stay was great. The security guard at the entrance was very polite, greeted me proactively, and helped with opening the car door and handling my luggage. The front desk staff were very welcoming and provided detailed information. The room was well-equipped, and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel also has a gym and a heated swimming pool on the 5th floor, which is convenient for working out. There are Chinese, Japanese, and Western restaurants; I tried the seafood hotpot at the Western restaurant, and it was delicious.

The hotel's exterior is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious with soft, fluffy bedding. Of course, the price is quite steep.

The interior decor is rather minimalist. Besides the dry garden in the lobby and some abstract patterns on the wallpaper, there are no paintings or flowers anywhere else in the hotel, giving it a strong, stark, and cold aesthetic.

I used the hotel's restaurants twice during my stay. The only staff member who seemed pleasant was the Chinese restaurant manager. The rest, including the front desk, other restaurant staff, and housekeeping, never smiled and mostly just stared blankly at guests.

At breakfast, staff pushed carts of leftover food between tables, which was quite off-putting. Other hotels usually clear used dishes out of sight. I hope things improve.

The hotel's facilities and environment perfectly match five-star standards, leaving absolutely nothing to fault. What truly deserves special commendation here is the service. From the managers to the front desk, and from the service staff to the engineering technicians, everyone is clearly exceptionally well-trained. Both their attitudes and problem-solving abilities are top-tier among all the five-star hotels I've stayed in, making our experience during the stay incredibly pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly comfortable and hassle-free stay!

The location is fantastic, with Lujiazui's bustling attractions right at your fingertips. The apartment-style rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped, making it feel just like home. The service is meticulous, and the cleanliness is impeccable. As soon as I walked into the lobby, I was drawn in by the cozy decor and the lovely scent. The room facilities are very new; we had a smart toilet, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a projector – everything you could ask for, making the experience truly amazing. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, and all the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The cleaning lady did an incredibly thorough job every day, even getting into all the corners. And the service was outstanding; any request we had was handled promptly. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of high quality. The breakfast offered a rich variety, blending Chinese and Western options, with fresh ingredients – even the coffee was delicious. I especially want to commend the room service; they were prompt and polite. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

The Sheraton boasts an excellent location, situated right above the Mall of the Emirates. You can access it directly from the metro via an underground passage. The twin beds were a little on the small side. Interestingly, there's no hairdryer outlet in the bathroom here in the UAE. The view from the window wasn't anything special. The breakfast was good, but after two days, it starts to get a bit repetitive. From outside, you can catch glimpses of the Burj Al Arab and the Burj Khalifa.

We booked a stay at the Sheraton Grand Dubai to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and what a fun and memorable experience it was! We visit Dubai several times a year but had never stayed here before. Our daughter, who lives in Dubai, suggested after she enjoyed a pool day, and it turned out to be a brilliant idea.

The food was really great, the staff were outstanding, and the service throughout was exceptional. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, everything about the stay was perfect. We couldn’t find a single thing to fault.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable. From the reception team to those assisting with the elevators, everyone was incredibly helpful. I also had a delightful conversation with the Filipino staff, which added a personal touch to my visit. The breakfast offered was not as extensive as anticipated, but it was still enjoyable and of good quality! And the handcrafted coffee, it was a real treat compared to the usual machine-dispensed options—100/10! While it took a little time for the water to warm up in the bathrooms, the room itself was fantastic—definitely a 10/10. Balconies are locked by default for safety, but you can ask the hotel to make it available for you. Only 4-5 mins walk from Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 tram station. I will highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!

The noise from the hallway easily passes into the room. And vice versa. There is no soundproof door.
The deluxe room is clean. The breakfast is good, but nothing more. The tea is not tasty and is not always offered quickly. The coffee on the 9th floor is tasty, but at breakfast in the restaurant - not.
The location depends only on the tasks. The sea is nearby, in the morning you have time to swim, have breakfast and go about your business.
