The hotel in Nusa Dua turned out to be exactly where price and quality truly matched ✨

The first impression was very pleasant: a beautiful, spacious lobby, everything neat and atmospheric. We were checked in quickly, without a long wait, which is always especially welcome after a journey.

The room was also lovely — bright, spacious, and cozy. The staff were very polite and friendly, so overall, the hotel left an impression of a calm and comfortable place.

The location is convenient: there are cafes, currency exchange, and everything necessary nearby. We walked to the beach in about 15–20 minutes.

And I really liked the breakfasts not just for the food 😄 In the mornings, there's live Balinese music playing, and you immediately get that feeling that you are truly in Bali.

For us, this was a great option in Nusa Dua: beautiful, convenient, pleasant service, and without feeling like you're overpaying just for the area.

Friendly service, delicious food, and a strategic location. I'll definitely stay here again when I come to Bali. 🙏

My stay at The Kayana was nothing short of exceptional. The villa offered a serene and peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist, making the experience even more enjoyable. The amenities were well-maintained, and while the gym was compact, it was functional and sufficient for a quick workout. Everything from the private villa setup to the overall ambiance made for a truly relaxing stay. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway in Seminyak.

The a la carte breakfast is perfect, the room and the swimming pool are in good condition, the hotel is a little off-site, the only thing I am not satisfied with is that the hygiene details are not in place. There was a problem during the stay, and Ctrip followed up and solved the problem in time. The relevant staff of Ctrip are very responsible in this regard.

The room quite okay and small space and its not too small just nice enough. The breakfast is good and many variations, staff are very friendly, location wise not so okay because there is mrt phase 2 under construction and the road so noisy and jam. Overall on my trip was very nice and very pleasant. Can repeat this hotel again. I forgot to mention that the breakfast is included in the hotel room also so very convenient

The room was spacious and bright, and the service was warm and attentive. The breakfast offered a great variety, combining Indonesian traditional options with Western choices. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.

The food tasted good, but the menu was a bit limited and standard. What really surprised me was that I was charged an extra 140,000 IDR for breakfast. It was me, my husband, and two kids, and I only had a few sips of coffee and tasted some fish soup from what my child had ordered. We only took two adult portions of rice and one bowl of fish soup, which we didn't even finish. This is the first time I've ever stayed at a hotel and been charged extra like this. Even at 4 or 5-star hotels, there's usually no extra charge for breakfast as long as you don't take more than two adult portions of rice or go overboard with other dishes. I was charged 140,000 IDR just for tasting a bit of coffee and soup, without even eating any rice. If I had known, I would have eaten my fill! After that, I completely lost my appetite. It's just so odd; I've never been charged 140,000 IDR before for not taking more than two adult portions of food.
