Truly a family-friendly hotel! The Sixers Room with bunk beds was definitely a hit with the kids.

The hotel location is very strategic — just opposite SkyWorlds Theme Park with only a 3-minute walk, and about 5 minutes to Avenue Mall. Very convenient for families with children.

There are also plenty of food choices nearby. You can easily find a variety of food at Avenue Mall, or take a short walk to Kayangan Apartment for authentic Chinese food. The hotel is also near the link bridge connecting to Antara Mall, making everything easily accessible.

Security is also very good. The access card only allows you to enter the floor you are staying on, and there are security personnel stationed downstairs, which made us feel safe throughout the stay.

If you prefer a quieter environment, opt for a room facing the hill side. It is much less noisy and you can still enjoy the cable car view.

Overall, a great stay for a fun, comfortable, and convenient family getaway!

The room was generally acceptable, but cleanliness could be improved. The property appears dated and some areas show signs of wear and tear.

The room was quite small and felt cramped, especially for longer stays. As the hotel is relatively old, the facilities and furnishings are noticeably dated.

Comfort: 5/10
Guests are advised to keep the windows closed, as mosquitoes and insects may enter the room if the windows are left open.

Overall: 5.5/10
The hotel offers basic accommodation, but the age of the property, small room size, average cleanliness, and issues with insects may affect the overall stay experience. Suitable for a short stay if location is the main priority.

The room is spacious and clean. I love the ambience and the hotel is quite big so u have to walk around to get to your room. The view is nice and overall is good. But there is no iron and iron board in the room which is kind of bummer. Else than that all ok

The room was clean and well prepared when we arrived, which was appreciated.
However, the hotel is located quite far from the main hustle and bustle area. It took us around 10–15 minutes to walk back to the hotel, and some routes involve stairs only, with no lift or escalator. This makes accessibility challenging, especially for senior guests.
Service was very average, with no extra‑mile or personalised service experienced. Overall, it felt like a run‑of‑the‑mill operation catering to the masses rather than offering a memorable stay.
Amenities were very basic and minimal, which may not meet expectations for guests looking for added comfort or convenience.

The stay was good, clean, and easy access to the mall, ****** and sky avenue. However be prepared for a 100m run from the entrance to your hotel room, it is actually wide enough and quite a nice walk 🤭 staff were well trained and attentive to any needs or questions you may have, not sure what amenities the hotel has as there wasn’t any that had directional cues for guests, so I’m guessing there aren’t any? I may be wrong

They were really nice to provide fruits on our first day, very nice hotel to stay in however.. television wasn’t working esp the television in the toilet doesn’t have a remote controller that works. Shower gel wasn’t sufficient to fill the bathtub either. Other than that, the room and service from staff were great. View was beautiful too

We still rated 5 stars as our stay was great overall. Just wanted to let you know that even though the ”DO NOT DISTRUB” sign was on, my friend saw staff and the manager opening her door room. Nothing was missing. The air conditioner also couldn't be adjusted, but everything else was fine.

Lot of facilities are not working or not available. Request to repair the jacuzzi, they came once, problem was not solved and that’s it. unuseable jacuzzi for the whole stay. Ok for a calm no activities stay,  but not for families looking for varieties of activities such as ATV, jet ski etc.

Fairway of the golf course was patchy, and most bunkers are not playable. Greens are ok.

My stay at Resorts World Langkawi was truly a memorable and refreshing experience that exceeded my expectations in many ways. Located on the beautiful island of Langkawi, the resort offered a perfect combination of natural beauty, comfort, and excellent hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly by the staff, whose friendly and professional attitude made me feel relaxed and valued. The check-in process was smooth, and I was quickly escorted to my room, which had a stunning view of the sea. Waking up each morning to the sight of calm blue waters and lush green surroundings was incredibly peaceful and helped me disconnect from the stress of daily life.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was the infinity pool, which overlooked the ocean and created a breathtaking atmosphere, especially during sunset. I spent hours there just relaxing and enjoying the scenic beauty. The resort also had a variety of dining options, and the food was delicious, offering both local Malaysian flavors and international cuisine. Every meal felt special, with fresh ingredients and great presentation.
Another thing I appreciated was the peaceful environment of the resort. It was not overly crowded, which allowed me to enjoy quiet moments and truly unwind. The location was also convenient for visiting nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the island while still having a calm place to return to. Overall, my stay at Resorts World Langkawi was an unforgettable experience filled with comfort, relaxation, and beautiful memories. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and enjoyable getaway.
