The price is slightly expensive considering the facilities provided. The room itself is quite basic, with limited amenities. There was no complimentary drinking water or tea provided in the room, which was a little disappointing. The bathroom was also quite small and cramped.

Overall, I feel that the hotel is more suitable for a short stay, especially because of its convenient location. However, if you are planning to stay for several nights, I don’t think it offers very good value for money considering the room facilities and comfort.

Hotel located next to Skyworlds Theme Park. However if coming from Awana Cable car, it is at the far end of the mall. Just look out for Arena of Stars signboard and walk towards it. Room was spacious, neat and relatively clean. However, the room allocated to us was at level 2, just below the open air carpark level with the carpark overlooking our room. Not very private. Anyone at the carpark will be looking at the room. Staff service was great. The room is not fitted with a compressor fridge so I had problem with my medication storage. I raised the problem with the staff and they helped me freeze my ice pack while I had to purchase ice from Hilltop Grocer to keep my medication cool the whole night.

This is my third time staying here. 
When I come to Genting, I only stay at this hotel. The air is good, it's cool, and the hotel is grand. Breakfast is decent; I always load up on the salad bar. The only downside is that the activities are a bit pricey. I saw they're fixing the elevators, so I guess next time I come, I'll be able to go straight to the outlets via elevator! 
In the evening, sitting by the pool with a fresh juice is just delightful.

The hotel was basic and quite dated.  There was no aircon and you can hear the noise from the amusement park and restaurants all day.  Location is prime if you are staying to watch concert at the Arena of Stars.  But seriously lack of service as it would take you at least 45 mins to check in unless you use those self checkin machine.  No facilities and you have to go to another hotel for breakfast.  No signage or whatever and it's quite easy to get lost.

The hotel front desk staff were friendly, and there was a Chinese-speaking attendant, so language wasn't an issue. The room was spacious, clean, bright, and luxurious! They even provided beautiful complimentary refreshments! The view from the window was especially good, with the clouds in the mountains below us. It's a shame the weather wasn't great during our stay, as it was very foggy.

The hotel service was good, and the facilities were complete. The breakfast selection was limited and the taste was average. The hotel is connected to Wintown, which is very convenient. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Although the view was open, it was often foggy and unclear.

We still rated 5 stars as our stay was great overall. Just wanted to let you know that even though the ”DO NOT DISTRUB” sign was on, my friend saw staff and the manager opening her door room. Nothing was missing. The air conditioner also couldn't be adjusted, but everything else was fine.

I had a wonderful stay at Resorts World Kijal. The resort offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it a perfect getaway from the busy city. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views and well-maintained facilities.

The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to assist, making the entire experience pleasant from check-in to check-out. The beach is clean and serene, ideal for morning walks and enjoying the sunrise. The swimming pool and other recreational facilities were also well maintained and suitable for both families and couples.

The food was delicious, with a good variety of local and international dishes. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend Resorts World Kijal to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

While it is an older property, it is exceptionally clean and perfectly located for a relaxing getaway. It sits far from the city noise, right in the heart of nature, featuring a stunning beachfront infinity pool. Island hopping tours are incredibly easy to access from here. The staff are wonderful, and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends!
