I had a wonderful trip staying at this hotel

I arrived early in the morning, at first, hotel’s staff told me that there will be PHP 1000 additional fee for early check in but eventually they didn’t charge me, I really appreciated this ☺️
The location is in center of Manila with multiple choice of public transport, food,… and there also is a 711 convenient store next to the hotel so it’s super convenient whenever I wanted to buy stuffs
 I will come back to this hotel for my next trip 👋

The hotel's location is fairly convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the subway station, and there are convenience stores nearby, generally meeting daily travel and shopping needs. However, the room facilities are a bit old, the air conditioning isn't very effective, and the noise is quite noticeable, affecting nighttime rest. The overall cleanliness is acceptable, but there were some minor stains in the bathroom corners that weren't cleaned. The service attitude was average; it took nearly half an hour to get an extra pillow when requested. Overall, it meets the basic standard for this price point, but there's room for improvement in the details.

The place is good but limited aircon like in the hall ways no aircon only inside the room thats why i can feel that is to much hot. The room is clean but this is only the hotel that is no amenities in the room for the price of 2000 above which i think the room should have at least the basic amenities for the guest and you can see the they sell the kit in the receptionist area.

NO HOTWATER.....AND THEY KNEW THIS 2 WEEKS B4 I BOOKED. They know TRIP.COM wont refund once booked in on the dsy. They open aknowledge that customers complaint re cold shower...and MANAGMENT OF RED DOOE KNEW this to be the case. HOT WATER BROKEN FOR OVER A WEEK WITH REPAIR NOR UNTIL 26TH NOV.
PLAYING TRIP.COM AND ALL ITS CUSTOMERS.
TOTAL DIACRACE.
WANT MY MONEY RETURNED...BUT HAD TO SETTLE FOR A RELOCATION WHICH WAD UTTER ******** AND TOTALLY WRONG. PISSED OFF WIRG HOW IT WENT DIWN.

Pros: Walking distance to a lot of establishments.
Comfortable and clean rooms. Free parking. Great customer service from front desk, door and parking attendants. Even the 7-eleven staff downstairs were friendly. 
Cons: Garbage and sewage smell outside very close to the property.

Everything is very enjoyable.  Location it is close to everywhere, right in the middle of Cubao a short walk to Farmers Market, Gateway,  drugstores , restaurants.  It is very clean.  The room is  very clean, comfortable bed,  with a small fridge.  Clean washroom and very good supply of hot shower.  The quality of linens used are very good.  Very good aircondition.   And yet at very good price.

Very kind staff. Will book again 
Close to the shops, 7 eleven, dunkin, coffee. 
Easy to get grab, central to laundromat and just a bit far walk (35 mins) to Robinsons Magnolia
