Nice clean, quiet motel. Breakfast was iffy. Would stay here again but plan for breakfast elsewhere.

This hotel offers spacious rooms and is generally satisfactory; however, I must express my dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the room, as I discovered several instances of dirt and grime in various locations.

Walked in and staff was very friendly. Staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and organized. Privacy of the rooms is nice. There was not too much sound coming in from other rooms or hallway. Location is ok. 

Service: Very polite. We arrived in the morning. Although we couldn't check in, we were treated to free breakfast and left our luggage.
Facilities: This is similar to domestic chain hotels. Although it is not the latest, it is acceptable.
Environment: Very close to NRG park, relatively convenient

It is a motel, the room is large, very clean, the facilities are very good, there is a swimming pool and gym, but the day it is too cold to swim. It is also very convenient to eat around.

Eveything looks normally. Not to bad not great. For early morning fly its good choice

The smell of the disinfectant is quite strong, the breakfast is good, the stay is very convenient, the room card is a little bit bad, the front desk staff changes very fast, suitable for students living in Houston.

I took my 9-year-old grandson to Disney World and randomly picked a hotel that accommodated our needs and schedule.  The price was reasonable, so I booked for 3 nights.  We got there a day early, so I took a chance and went to the front desk.  Asking (Joe) if they had accommodations for our extra night. He said absolutely!  He was so nice and helpful and made sure all our needs were met, made sure we got fed and made sure we felt safe.  The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The next day we met Howard at the front desk.  He was just as nice and accommodating for the next 3 nights. He took special care with me and my grandson. The complementary breakfasts could not have been any better. And I mean a full course breakfast with a lot of choices.  Every evening after arriving back at our room, the room was had been beautifully cleaned.  I was extremely happy with our entire stay.  I will stay at this Quality Inn again for sure.  I HIGHLY recommend this HOTEL to ANY and EVERYONE.   Thank You Joe and Howard for our nice stay and you guys taking such good care of us. Looking forward to our next trip!

There is a set of nonsense in this hotel. We originally booked 2 large beds, and the result did give us a big bed room. Our 3 big 1 children couldn't live. The hotel front desk told us that there was no room in the evening, so I can contact. Ctrip butler, the butler said that there is no way to contact the local hotel for the time difference relationship, there is no way we can make a night to sleep on the ground, I asked Ctrip to contact the hotel to give me a statement, after 2 days received the hotel reply, said that the room was found that night I have to change it, I think the big bed room is more expensive and refused, what? I am stupid enough to sleep on the ground without changing rooms? I didn't receive this call at all, and I kept the domestic call when I was booking at Ctrip (in shutdown). The hotel’s swearing words are really high, shirking responsibility, and your work is not rigorous, causing me to suffer damage and arrogance. What kind of things, this hotel should be no one to live in the future, I wish you close the door as soon as possible

There is a $50 deposit, the bed was uncomfortable and the WiFi was not a good connection. But the breakfast was good. They have boiled eggs and waffles 👍
