The location is great! It's a bit of a walk to the subway, but the bus connections are very convenient, and the river view at night is beautiful. The staff were very patient and helpful, although the breakfast options were a bit limited. However, the price, room, and overall check-in experience were all proportionate to what I paid. I stayed an extra day because I had a conference the next two days, and the overall experience was excellent! I'll definitely come back next time.

Overall experience was very good.On the first day of my stay, the staff member Hiten showed a very friendly attitude and was extremely helpful.

However, the only downside was that when I returned to the hotel at night, I was treated rudely by the security guard. Even though it was already past 11 PM, when she wasn’t sure whether the person entering was a guest, she should have asked politely instead of directly questioning me with “Where are you going?” in a very rude tone. It seems the hotel needs to provide more training in this area.

I was given a room on the fifth floor, but the window overlooked a platform, completely blocking the view. The hallway was quite narrow and very dim. The room itself was spacious and came with complimentary bottled water, but there were no slippers, toothbrushes, or toothpaste. I also found hair on the pillow. The air conditioning seemed to be stuck on, making a constant whirring sound all night.

This was a very satisfying stay. First off, the lovely young lady at the front desk during check-in was incredibly warm and friendly, and very patient with guests like us who don't speak English. Check-in was smooth, and because we participated in their eco-friendly program, we received a voucher for the lobby bar. The hotel's fragrance was wonderful and instantly soothed days of fatigue.

Then, the concierge gentleman at check-out was absolutely fantastic! Despite my efforts with gestures and broken words, he helped me find an empty cardboard box for some last-minute purchases. It was incredibly helpful and patient of him. 

The hotel's location is excellent; getting around was so convenient. Buckingham Palace and other attractions are within walking distance, and it's a hub for various tube and bus lines. I read comments about many homeless people in the area, and indeed I saw a few, but they didn't seem malicious. There were no issues with going out during the day. If it weren't for the language barrier, I would have loved to buy them some food; London is quite cold now, and they looked truly pitiful.

One friendly suggestion for the hotel: the doors are very heavy, and closing them makes a loud noise, which can disturb guests. On my first day, I was woken up by a child running, jumping, and closing a door next door. It would be great if the doors could be improved.

My sincere thanks again to that concierge gentleman. I didn't catch his name, so please, hotel, if you see this, pass on my gratitude.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, right by the London Eye, and almost all attractions are within walking distance. The room size is generous enough to open two 28-inch suitcases without feeling cramped. The hotel breakfast is plentiful, but the housekeeping seems a bit haphazard – one day they don't replenish hand towels, the next day it's tissues, it's really a hit or miss. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The location is super good with a panoramic sea view hotel, the rooms are large and tidy, hot water is abundant, and the hotel has its own beach and seaside green space. The hotel restaurant is moderately priced, you can watch the sunset while eating Mediterranean-style dining, and the microscopic wine makes you sleep.

The hotel arranged us in the annex building, which can only be reached by walking out of the main building lobby and taking the stairs (we had several heavy luggages, so it was very troublesome to go up and down). We had already booked the room several months ago. Would booking through trip.con make us second-class guests? Or is the hotel discriminating against Chinese people? This cannot be verified because I will not stay in this hotel again. We tried to ask to go back to the main building, but the waitress just said coldly that the main building was full and there was nothing she could do! As for the terrace of the room, as soon as we opened the glass door and walked out, we could see spider webs, but the other hygiene conditions were satisfactory.

This is no 4 star hotel. Feels like it is 15 years outdated and not really being looked after. The room felt sad when you walked in and not a 4 star experience. There is women's hair in the bathroom on the walls and by the sink. The shower plug was locked and couldn't open it but the staff sort it somewhat. There is mould in the bathroom. The shower floor will be wet after a shower due to the setup. The shower doesn't stay in place so you have to hold it. 

The breakfast was adequate but feels like they waste a lot of food and could refine it and offer some German food. 


Staff were great but would not stay here again.

The hotel is very nice and well situated. However since we were staying in a room in the street side, it got a little noisy from cars and buses passing by. It makes sleeping at night quite difficult since it was noisy outside.  Overall it was a good stay.
