This is the most worthwhile hotel in London! You can see Big Ben from the lobby and enjoy breakfast by the window. The staff were super friendly. We arrived quite early, expecting to just drop off our luggage, but the front desk said a room was already ready, so we were able to check in early. We went out in the morning to photograph Big Ben, and it was so peaceful with no one around – perfect for photos!

The hotel's location is excellent. There's a supermarket and a bus stop right outside, with a direct bus to the British Museum, which is super convenient! The Thames River is also right outside the hotel, offering great views at night. The hotel is clean, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. We even encountered someone who spoke Chinese, which made the check-in process much easier. Very satisfied!

Traveling to London, I compared several hotels on Trip.com and finally chose the 'Park Plaza London Waterloo.' It's incredibly convenient for tube/train travel, and within walking distance of attractions like the London Eye, Big Ben, and the Imperial War Museum. Plus, there are supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. My experience on check-in day was excellent, especially thanks to a staff member whose badge showed 'Aliyah.' She was very kind and explained the hotel facilities and timings clearly. Upon entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised to find it clean, tidy, well-laid-out, and quite spacious. For a hotel of this caliber and price in London, it offers fantastic value for money. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to London.

While Ctrip's service was good, the hotel itself was quite bizarre. First, during check-in, the front desk staff clearly didn't understand the situation, insisting that I pay at the front desk instead of deducting the amount from Ctrip's system. Second, the room lacked a bathtub, unlike what was shown in the hotel photos where every room supposedly had both a shower and a tub. After asking the front desk to switch rooms, I found that while there was a bathtub, the toilet had no door and faced directly towards the room entrance. The shower also had no curb, so water flowed directly all over the bathroom floor. Thankfully, I was only staying one night and couldn't be bothered to switch rooms again. All in all, it was very poor value for money. I will be blacklisting all Park Plaza brand hotels.

Good to have options such as food voucher for skipping housekeeping for 3 days, but we had some minor housekeeping issues.  Bath amenities were not topped up before we checked in, so they soon became empty after day 1 of our stay. Bathroom was cramped with both bath tub and shower, and the shower door was not able to be closed properly so the bathroom floor was flooded. A message to fix the bathroom door the next day (do not disturb for now) was responded with the technician appearing at the room door immediately. A request for floor mat to soak up floor water was heard as mattress.  On the housekeeping day, it was not done even at 2pm+ so we had to specially request for it but housekeeping did respond promptly.  
Overall, room was small but the plus point was the walking distance to Waterloo station. It was also enjoyable walking nearby along the embankment to see The London Eye, Big Ben, etc.

I've lost count of how many times I've stayed here, always drawn back by its great value for money and excellent service.

First off, the location isn't central, but there's a subway station right across from the hotel, making public transport super convenient. The hotel also has its own parking lot, so it's a good option if you're driving. It's not far from Wembley, either, so it's a solid choice if you're here for a concert. Plus, there are lots of restaurants across the street, mostly fast food, but there's this one Turkish place that's really good. Honestly, a few times we've booked this hotel just for that restaurant! There's also a cinema nearby.

The room facilities show some wear and tear compared to a few years ago, but it's within a reasonable range. There's air conditioning in the room, and you can adjust the temperature yourself. Just note that the hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers, so remember to bring your own.

We didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on the dining. They do have their own restaurant, though.

The front desk service is excellent. Staff members who've seen us before even greet us specially – they're very friendly. If you need anything, you can just call the front desk directly, and they're pretty quick to respond.

Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money.

Great pool and location near the sea. Great beds in the park. Breakfast was delicious and very rich assortment. Parking infront off the hotel. Super place for sightseeing Rovinj and Pula.

The hotel arranged us in the annex building, which can only be reached by walking out of the main building lobby and taking the stairs (we had several heavy luggages, so it was very troublesome to go up and down). We had already booked the room several months ago. Would booking through trip.con make us second-class guests? Or is the hotel discriminating against Chinese people? This cannot be verified because I will not stay in this hotel again. We tried to ask to go back to the main building, but the waitress just said coldly that the main building was full and there was nothing she could do! As for the terrace of the room, as soon as we opened the glass door and walked out, we could see spider webs, but the other hygiene conditions were satisfactory.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just across from Amsterdam Central Station, which is very convenient for getting around the city. The room was comfortable and clean, but the overall experience felt quite average for the price. The hotel was busy with many tour groups and breakfast could be quite crowded in the morning. Service was acceptable but nothing particularly memorable. It’s not a bad hotel, but I expected a bit more for the price and rating.
