The view from the hotel was really beautiful. But the window glass was a cloudy, so photos didn’t come out very nice… but everything else was perfect. The room was cleaned every day and kept tidy. 
However, when we stored our luggage, one of our suitcases got damaged and cracked. We didn’t notice it until we were already on the way to the airport. It was probably just an accident, but still a bit unfortunate.

The facilities are a bit dated, but the room itself was very large and spacious. The hotel breakfast was also quite good. Mobile self-check-in is available, so you don't need to go to the front desk. You can also handle check-out on your phone and simply leave.

Be aware that it can get quite noisy on weekends. My next-door neighbors were screaming and making a racket all night; they sounded like young people, likely drunk and having a wild party. Also, make sure to lock your door securely and consider propping something against it, as someone tried to open my door by pulling the handle past 5 AM, which was quite alarming.

We booked an ”Executive Double Room with River View” with a double bed. Initially, the hotel reception made a mistake and assigned us a room with two single beds. Later, the hotel assigned us another room with river view. The view was very beautiful. We could see Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and London Eye, and there was a big sky, which was pleasing to the eyes. In addition, there was a bus stop near the hotel, which was very convenient. This was a very good London travel experience.

The hotel location is excellent, very close to the station yet surprisingly quiet. The surrounding area is well-equipped with many supermarkets and restaurants. All the hotel staff were very enthusiastic. However, the eco-friendly policy at check-in felt a bit rigid. We stayed for 6 days, and housekeeping was scheduled every 3 days, meaning our room was only cleaned once during our entire stay. While we could get fresh towels from the front desk, this policy is still a bit hard to accept compared to other hotels' environmental initiatives.

Location is good as it is only few minutes walk to tube station, and a bus stop going to westfieds shopping centre. Shower room is small without any hanger or shelf for putting your own stuff. The shower room and toilet share a sliding door which is very tight to push and therefore ad you shower the water splash water to the bathroom. Plenty of sockets for charging but no plug for the hairdryer in the bathroom. Breakfast is good value particularly for prebooked one.

The initial room assignment was problematic; we were first given the worst room type and only managed to switch to a better one after negotiation. The location, however, was quite good, right next to a subway exit, making transportation very convenient. Our room booking didn't include breakfast, but there's a supermarket nearby where we could easily pick up items like bread, cereal, milk, fruit, and salad in the morning.

Clean rooms and great location, short walk to centraal station which is the hub of almost everything else!

Additionally, having complimentary water, coffee, and tea in the room added a thoughtful touch to our stay. Overall, our experience at Park Plaza exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly return for another visit.”

Fabulous 4 night stay in a Castle View room. The room was spacious and warm. 
The location was right on the river and at the foot of Buda Castle with close access to public transport. 
We didn’t have a breakfast package but the evening meal we had in the restaurant was very good. We couldn’t fault the service. 
Another highlight was that it snowed. 
We highly recommend this property.
