The room was spacious and bright, and very clean. The staff were also very friendly. There's a small balcony inside, and some rooms allow you to open the windows for fresh air. The indoor facilities are very comfortable. There's a restaurant on the second floor. The location is convenient for transportation and parking is easy. There's no gym, but there is a large swimming pool.

Fame Hotel Gading Serpong is a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. The room is clean, the staff are friendly, and the overall atmosphere feels cozy. The location is also convenient, It’s a great choice for a short and relaxing stay

Very spacious, please install hair dryer, bfast fried potatoes is to thin, and not crunchy, must fry in hot oil, and also when cutting potatoes has to be bigger

I specifically asked for non smoking room due to allergic condition, the allocated room I got at first smell stale cigarrette smoke. When my allergic starting to trigger (breathing difficulty astmhatic sympthom), I request for room change cause it is not possible for me to continue on. Although the hotel promptly change my room, it would be better if from the check in, they directly allocated correct room. The hotel has gymn and swimming pool, swimming pool looks good but I didn't try. I did try gymn which has quite good equipments but air conditioner was broken during my stay, it is kind of suffocating as the gymn has no window able to be opened. The people services are really good though, from the security all the way to housekeeping staffs very helpful and kind.

Service can be improved especially for the restaurant staff. Was there for more than 3 nights, every time during breakfast the chef didn’t even look at my face or replied to me when I’m ordering something from the live station menu (I’m local btw), but once there’s a foreigner speaking to him in English suddenly he’s the friendliest guy in the room.

The room is clean and a non-smoking area. However, the main issue is the staff’s attitude, especially the large Chinese receptionist, who had a kind of annoying expression.

They asked for a deposit. I didn’t have any cash in rupiah, so I offered to pay in dollars, but he refused. He then tried to take my ID as proof and hold onto it. I said no and offered my driver’s licence instead, but he refused again, saying it was expired. I even offered to transfer the money using BCA banking, and he still refused.

So I had to look for the nearest ATM at 11 PM, almost midnight?!

In the end, he took my driver’s licence with an annoying expression on his face.
