Very pleased with the overall experience. The staff provided excellent service, always greeting guests with a smile and being attentive to their needs. It was particularly appreciated that my request for English-language television channels was fulfilled promptly. The amenities and cleanliness of the hotel further contributed to a most enjoyable visit.

My stay at Guangzhou Knight Story Hotel exceeded my expectations, definitely a full five-star review!

The hotel exterior is very distinctive, and the location is super convenient for getting around, whether by taxi, subway, or walking. Check-in was efficient, and the front desk staff were warm and polite. The cleaning auntie was also great, efficient, and thoughtful – thumbs up!

The room facilities were complete, with a full set of tables, chairs, and a sofa, enough for both relaxation and simple work. The cleanliness was top-notch; even the corners were spotless. The overall environment was quiet, with good soundproofing, ensuring an undisturbed night's rest.

The overall value for money is excellent, with great hardware, service, and cleanliness. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Guangzhou, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The overall stay was very close to a five-star experience. The hotel environment is elegant and grand, and the public areas are clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious and bright, with high-quality decor, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a sound sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete, with plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were of good quality. The cleanliness was excellent, even the corners were spotless, with no unpleasant odors. The staff were gentle and polite, and responded promptly. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious. The location is convenient for getting around. The only minor flaw was that there's still room for improvement in a few small details, but it didn't affect the overall experience. It offers great value for money, and I had a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended, I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! Right from the start, they offered me a complimentary room upgrade.

Location/Transportation: The location is very convenient, with the marriage registration office just about 100 meters away, and plenty of amenities nearby.
Room Facilities: The room was spacious and bright, with a well-thought-out layout. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to get a much-needed good night's sleep. The cleanliness was also impeccable.
Service: The front desk staff were super friendly and efficient with check-in, and very attentive. Room service was also very prompt.

Booked the Paco Hotel for a family trip. The room was spacious enough and the bathtub was large, giving the kids plenty of room. There's a convenience store downstairs which was handy for picking things up, and breakfast was good. Although there was construction going on next door, the noisy work was already finished, so it didn't really affect our stay.

The fist room I got, smelled weird and had lots of stains and mold. After informing the reception I got a new room that was better. For me the bed was a bit to firm for my liking, but that is personal preference. I got a great discount on my stay, but otherwise I don't think the room is worth full price. On the other hand the staff was super friendly and helpful. Cleaning service daily always with a smile!

Hotel Review – 3/5 Stars

I had an average stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were generally polite and helpful. The room was clean, although some of the furniture looked a bit dated and could benefit from refurbishment.

The bed was reasonably comfortable, but there was some noise from the hallway at night, which affected the quality of sleep. The Wi-Fi worked most of the time, though the connection occasionally became slow.

Breakfast offered a fair selection of food, but the menu was repetitive and some items were not served at the ideal temperature. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport.

Overall, the hotel met my basic expectations but did not provide anything particularly memorable. It is a decent option for a short stay if you’re looking for reasonable value, though there is room for improvement in maintenance, dining variety, and attention to detail.

The gym is well-equipped, and the self-service laundry is very convenient. The shower water pressure in the room was just right. Both the room and the hallways have a great design, perfect for taking photos. CC's service was also good!

This hotel is my top choice every time I come back to Guangzhou. It's affordable, and every single front desk staff member provides excellent service.

Cleanliness: The cleaning staff does a very thorough job.

Late check-out until 2 PM (subject to availability): Great.

Location: It's very close to the subway station.

I stayed at the Knight's Tale Hotel for a conference in Guangzhou, and I genuinely recommend it. The hotel has a unique decor with knightly elements everywhere, making it great for photos. The rooms are clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, showing great attention to detail. The rooms are quiet with good soundproofing, ensuring an undisturbed night's rest. The hotel breakfast offers a rich variety of tasty options. The staff are warm and attentive, and they respond quickly to requests. It's also conveniently located for dining and shopping, offering excellent value for money. It's suitable for both tourists and those on a short stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guangzhou.

The Hotel location is super. Near to Luohuo Comercial Centre, too many eateries to choose from. 10 mins walk to King Glory Shopping Mall, and along the way there are stores that sell all kind of stuffs. Paco hotel from staffs are very helpful especially the night shift team, great services. One down side is Heping Road is now under construction for the new subway to come, so very packed and congested especially during the peak hours. Taxi refused to enter this part of the road. So you can direct them to proceed to Shangrila hotel instead, walking distance and underpass. Great job.

The hotel's overall decor and service were good. However, breakfast could use improvement; it was quite ordinary, replenishment was slow, and there weren't many options. The underground parking garage was a big problem – it was very dirty and dark. My car is quite large, and I had to park in the furthest spot. The lanes were very narrow, and I scraped a pillar when leaving, which cost me a few hundred [currency, e.g., dollars/yuan]. My car is over ten years old, and this is the first time I've had such an issue at a hotel.

Decor: The hotel's interior design is quite distinctive. Cleanliness: The room was spotlessly clean, neat, comfortable, and cozy. Absolutely superb! 👍 Ambiance: Excellent. Service: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. 👍

Whenever I visit my family, I always stay at this hotel. It's clean, quiet, and conveniently located with great transport links and plenty of food options nearby. Highly recommended.
