The hotel's location is fantastic – close to the subway and right next to the pedestrian street. It's super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. It's also very close to the Pearl River for the night cruise, and if you get tired from shopping, you can easily pop back to the hotel for a rest. The service is quite warm and attentive, and the breakfast is really good. You can tell by the small details, like how the eggs are perfectly soft-boiled (about 90% cooked) and neatly arranged on the brown rice. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is great, and it has an underground parking garage, though there aren't many spots. Since it was a holiday and quite busy, I was worried I wouldn't find a spot after going out, so we ended up taking taxis everywhere, which worked out well. Our room had three beds, which was perfect for a family trip, very comfortable, clean, and tidy. The mini-fridge had complimentary drinks and mineral water. The service was excellent; they even gave us an extra breakfast voucher. I'll definitely consider staying here again in the future.

When I came to Guangzhou this time, I compared many hotels on Trip.com and finally chose the Knight's Tale Hotel. I was mainly drawn to its convenient location, and I was indeed very satisfied with my stay. Our family of three stayed for 3 nights in a family room. The bunk bed layout was perfect for an adult with a child, the room facilities were relatively new, and it had a window, making it a comfortable stay.

My favorite aspects were: first, the great location and easy access to transportation; second, ample parking, which is very friendly for self-drivers; and third, the excellent service attitude – the front desk, housekeeping staff, and restaurant staff were all warm and attentive. The laundry room was also quite convenient.

The breakfast deserves a special mention. The pastries and bread were very well-made, and perhaps because they often have foreign guests, the taste was spot on. The variety wasn't extensive, but it changed daily, so staying for three consecutive days meant hardly any repeats. It was a very pleasant dining experience.

The hotel is quite modern overall, with a food delivery robot and even a robotic arm for making noodles, which my child found very novel and exciting. The wontons were delicious!

Overall, the value for money is good. It's clean, convenient, and has great service. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I visit Guangzhou.

The room was really spacious, and we even got an upgrade! It was clean and tidy. The front desk service was excellent. We ordered an ice cream cake one evening and couldn't finish it. When I called the front desk to ask if they could put it in the fridge for us, someone came right away to take it. Really good service!

Not bad. I got a free upgrade and they were accommodating with all my requests, which was great. The only downside is the location isn't very convenient, and the breakfast variety could be improved. The front desk service was excellent though.

The hotel service is good, and the facilities are comprehensive, including a laundry room. It's very close to Tianhe City, and you can see the hotel right after exiting the subway, which makes it extremely convenient to get anywhere.

· Excellent location: Convenient transportation, very close to the bus stop, Dongfeng Park is right across the street, and the Martyrs' Cemetery is nearby. The overall environment is quiet.
· Attentive service: The front desk staff are enthusiastic and respond quickly.
· Tidy room: Clean and comfortable with complete facilities. 
*Note: The disposable slippers are in the wardrobe behind the door. I initially thought there weren't any when I first entered, but then I asked the front desk staff and found out, haha.
· Good soundproofing: Relatively quiet.

Suggestions:
① The screws on the cabinet under the TV where the refrigerator is kept are a bit loose.
② The outlet by the bedside is a bit loose; it's recommended to check it.
Overall, it's still very good and offers high value for money.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel boasts an elegant ambiance, and the room design is incredibly stylish, with a newspaper-themed accent wall and a projector that really caught our eye. What really impressed us was the thoughtful touch of providing a special toothbrush and cartoon slippers just for our child – the attention to detail was impeccable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of both Western and Chinese options, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was attentive, and the overall atmosphere was warm and comfortable, making it a perfect choice for families traveling with kids. Highly recommended!

Facilities: Excellent, the projector is huge and they were quick to adjust it when called.
Hygiene: Very clean.
Environment: There's a shopping mall nearby, which is very convenient.
Service: Excellent. I left something behind in the hotel and when I called a few days later, they were very cooperative and quick to help. They even sent it via SF Express!

Out of the four different hotels I've stayed at in Guangzhou, this one truly stands out with its unique design! And the service attitude is absolutely excellent! The manager, the ladies at the front desk, the housekeeping aunties, and even that uncle were all incredibly warm and welcoming! I had a very satisfying one-night stay at the Paco Hotel Shenzhen Luohu Port. The front desk staff were professional and enthusiastic, proactively upgrading my room and offering a complimentary breakfast, which were lovely touches. The room itself was clean and fresh, with comfortable bedding and good soundproofing. The public areas and surrounding environment also looked neat and elegant, making for a very relaxing stay. The hotel's location is also very convenient, close to Luohu Port/Shenzhen Station and Luohu Metro Station, saving time and hassle whether you're crossing the border, traveling, or running errands. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in Luohu.

The check-in process at the front desk was very quick, and the room was clean. The surrounding area is also incredibly convenient; right across the street is Daqianli, a large shopping complex offering a wide array of dining and shopping options. There's also a spacious plaza nearby. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.

Aside from the inflated prices during Chinese New Year, the overall value for money is quite high, definitely recommended.

We came to Shantou for Chinese New Year, and since the hotels we usually stay at were fully booked, we stumbled upon this one and decided to give it a try. The experience was great. The young man at the front desk, Xiao Zhang, and a lady we met on our way out were all very conscientious and responsible, good at efficiently solving problems. The service quality of the staff is top-notch.

The room facilities and design are excellent, with attention to detail that shows good taste. The projector experience was very good.

Minor drawbacks:
- The cleaning wasn't thorough enough. My room had a plastic item left by the previous guest that hadn't been thrown away, and a sticky note still had writing on it... The front desk boy came up to handle it and took on the role of housekeeping.
- The bathroom lighting is too dim. It feels more intimidating than practical or aesthetically pleasing. I suggest adjusting it.

Next time I come to Shantou, I will still choose to stay here.
Recommended.

The hotel is well decorated, the rooms are new and clean, the hotel has free parking, and the front desk Xiao Wu is very friendly.
