Great location, but the room was a bit dated and not very spacious. There were quite a few mold spots on the walls. However, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast offered a good variety. Overall, it was a decent stay.

The Arthur hotel definitely surpassed my expectation. Its location is close to the Canton Tower, with a huge mall nearby and an easy drop off/pickup spot for Didi. The hotel has a knight theme, so everything is designed around it so it has the novelty factor. 
The room is really roomy, quiet and cozy. They got great amenities and even some special pillow you can use and the bathrobe is silky soft. All of which you could purchase at a discounted price. I love the projected TV and the hotel paid for the VIP account on the TV box so we could enjoy foreign films at night. They have a unique design where you could pull the rope tied to the ceiling and the lights will turn on and the curtains will close, I wish it could just be a master switch instead. 
The service is good, and there’s a robot for delivery. It was very convenient so we don’t have to go down to pick it up at the lobby.
There is a gym and laundry room but we didn’t use it so can’t really comment. 
I would definitely return again in the future.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! I'd booked it for a friend before, but this time I got to experience it myself. The staff were incredibly patient. When the front desk saw I had a child with me, they thoughtfully prepared kids' slippers and toothbrushes, and even gave us complimentary tokens for a claw machine game. Although we didn't win anything, they later gave my child a small toy, which was such a sweet gesture and made my little one very happy. Plus, the hotel has robot room service, which is super convenient!

The room was very clean very gorgeous. It looked very nice. I would recommend it. It has a 7-Eleven next to it. The metro is also not that far the room amenities are quite good. The bed is comfortable and the staff is very helpful and they have a translating app that is very easy to communicate with them. They help us in every way they could.H

Facilities: Well-equipped. Hygiene: Neat and clean. Environment: Elegant and quiet. Service: Patiently answers questions, promptly addresses needs. The breakfast is rich and of good quality. The transportation is convenient, with both bus and subway stops nearby. There are also many dining options in the surrounding area. The price is also reasonable.

Eight years ago, I stayed at this hotel, and upon returning to Guangzhou, I chose it again. This time, however, the entire experience was extremely poor and very disappointing. During breakfast, there were cockroaches on the tables, raising serious concerns about hygiene. The room's carpet had noticeable stains, and the hallway had a strong, unpleasant odor. Although I didn't specifically request a non-smoking room, the room I was assigned reeked of smoke multiple times throughout the night, severely disrupting my sleep. I had hung the 'Please make up room' sign, but when I returned, only the trash was emptied, and toothbrushes were replaced; the bed was completely untouched. The in-room TV was also faulty, with unresponsive remote control buttons and an abnormal display, negatively impacting my stay.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it was pretty good. The facilities are quite comprehensive. This time, they said they'd arrange a quieter room for me, which was 401. It did seem a bit better than the adjacent room 402 (it's inevitable that it's a bit noisy since Guangzhou North Railway Station is right outside). What I was most satisfied with was the free and ample parking – super happy about that, unlike other hotels that charge and still have no parking spaces. The breakfast was also decent; although there wasn't a huge variety, they had simple essentials like eggs and congee. Ordering takeout was also convenient.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff on the afternoon shift was really helpful and enthusiastic, even guiding me to a parking spot. The hotel itself is of good quality, looks nice, and is easy to access. It's conveniently located near restaurants and entertainment. Great value for money, definitely better than Huazhu hotels. A trustworthy local brand!

I initially booked two nights with a 'let's see' attitude, worried it might not be good. But the front desk staff was very warm and polite during check-in. As a Trip.com member, I even got a free upgrade. The hotel's overall environment, facilities, and amenities are all excellent. It's modern and high-tech; I even sent a message to my sister, who's also in hotel management, saying you all need to learn from them. The only downside was that I had just returned to China and was jet-lagged, so I had a headache. I ordered some medicated oil and dental floss through the mini-program, but it never arrived. 😂😂😂 I followed up twice, but no one ever brought it. It seems the mini-program exists, but the service isn't actually implemented yet.

The service was excellent, and the front desk staff, especially the lady, was super friendly! They even upgraded our room for free. The breakfast was plentiful and really hit the spot, haha. The room itself was well-equipped, and I was very satisfied! A major plus is its convenient location for border crossing; the hotel is right outside the train station, just up from an underpass, so it's super easy to find! Highly recommend!

This hotel room is very new and incredibly spacious. It even comes with a table, a sofa, and a chair, making it perfect for ordering takeout and eating in the room.

When a delivery person arrives at the lobby, they'll call you. However, the food delivery robot that brings it to your door won't notify you, and it operates very quietly, so you won't hear it arrive. You'll have to open the door to check if it's there. Also, there's construction happening next to the hotel, which can be a bit noisy during the day.

Despite these two points, they didn't significantly impact my stay, so I still give it a high rating.

The check-in process at the front desk was very quick, and the room was clean. The surrounding area is also incredibly convenient; right across the street is Daqianli, a large shopping complex offering a wide array of dining and shopping options. There's also a spacious plaza nearby. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.

We have spent a five days trip with family members for Chinese New Year holiday. It is really a magnificent hotel with excellent location and with very high standard of cleaness. This is seldomly found in this rank of the hotel. The breakfast is tasty with all my favorite stuff. One of the facilities I loved it very much is their self laundry service which gives me a great help on washing as well as drying all daily dressed clothes at the same day. Thus, I can bring much less clothes for the trip with worry free. The room style is iconic and cozy to stay with all daily necessities needed. More importantly, the washroom has a high degree of pravicy. This will be very suitable for family members to stay in the same room. Also, the entire hotel is maintained in a brandnew condition as I have stayed few years ago. Lastly, there are numerous restaurants proximity to the hotel, so, we can grab food to eat very easily.
