Service staff no.6 was helpful and friendly. They recommended a few places for finding specific items. Great hotel location just outside of BeiJing walking street, away from the crowd, convenient and walking distance to the river and train stations. Easy for drivers to pick-up and drop off. Awesome food options surrounding the hotel. 

Cleanliness is still acceptable but can improve further.

Upon arrival, I've booked a room with small inner corridor + small outer window room, the staff were so kind to upgrade my room to a full outer window instead (of course due to hotel's availability, not all the time there's this treatment)

Choosing this hotel for my trip was absolutely the right decision! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a strong sense of genuine welcome. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and checked me in incredibly efficiently.

The room was even more surprising than I expected – impeccably clean and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to fully relax and get a good night's sleep. All facilities were comprehensive, the toiletries were of high quality, hot water supply was stable, and the internet speed was super fast, perfectly meeting all my travel needs.

Throughout my entire stay, there was nothing to complain about. Whether it was the service, environment, or facilities, everything was flawless, and the value for money was exceptional! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit and have already recommended it to my friends.

Facilities: Excellent and well-equipped, they even have a laundry room and a gym. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: It's only 100 meters from Kecun subway station, which makes getting to Canton Tower super convenient. There are plenty of dining options nearby too, including a Shibiju restaurant right next door (though we didn't eat there). Plus, there's free parking. Service: Absolutely fantastic! We booked a bunk bed room, which turned out to be a sofa bed, and they immediately made up another bed for us. They were incredibly responsive to all our requests, offering complimentary fruit and afternoon tea. Breakfast was exceptionally rich. Everything in the room was free: two bottles of Bama water, a large bottle of Nongfu Spring, a can of Wong Lo Kat, and a can of Coke. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guangzhou.

Our stay was incredibly satisfying. The front desk service was excellent; when I accidentally cut my finger, they provided a bandage, iodine, and cotton swabs. We extended our stay for another night, and they even gave us two complimentary breakfast vouchers. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely choose this hotel.

The room was clean, hygienic, and comfortable, and the environment was quiet and pleasant. The service attitude was harmonious and efficient. The location offers convenient transportation, with Dongfeng Park just across the street for easy walks. Plus, there are many restaurant options downstairs.

Got a great room upgrade for Christmas, so happy! The service was good and the facilities were complete, making for a pleasant stay. The restaurant is very close and breakfast offers a good variety, with many international guests. It's really good value for money. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and you can even order from popular places that usually have long queues. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

This business hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room was stunning from the moment I walked in – impeccably clean and tidy, with not a single stain on the sheets or bedding. The bathroom was spotless and odor-free; I honestly couldn't find a single fault.

The service was outstanding. Whether it was the front desk handling check-in or responding to room requests, everything was incredibly fast. Any issue I had was promptly resolved by the staff, making for a truly pleasant and efficient experience. The biggest surprise was the hotel's robot food delivery service. When working late, I didn't have to go downstairs for food; my order was quickly delivered right to my door. It was super convenient and felt very high-tech.

The hotel's location is also fantastic. Right outside, there's a whole street lined with food stalls and eateries. After work, I could just stroll over and find everything from BBQ to stir-fries and spicy hot pot. The lively atmosphere and delicious food instantly chased away my fatigue from the business trip – late-night snacks were incredibly convenient! Despite being close to a bustling food street, the hotel's soundproofing was surprisingly effective; I didn't experience any noise issues.

I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip to Guangzhou! I wholeheartedly recommend it to all business travelers.

I didn't expect much, but I was so pleasantly surprised! The hygiene was so good it'd make an obsessive-compulsive person rejoice, the facilities were so new it felt like the place just opened, and the service was warm without being intrusive. This stay was absolutely divine, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm here!

I stayed here on Christmas Eve when I was in Hong Kong. I took the East Rail Line back to Shenzhen, exited at Luohu Port, and walked through the underpass to get to the hotel. The price was great, and it's close to Luohu subway station on Line 1.

Of course, the hotel has its drawbacks. For example, the common areas aren't in the best condition. Also, the rooms facing east overlook the Shenzhen Railway Station platforms. Even with double-paned windows, the noise isn't completely blocked out.

But overall, for around 300 RMB, it's a reasonable and acceptable price.

The check-in process at the front desk was very quick, and the room was clean. The surrounding area is also incredibly convenient; right across the street is Daqianli, a large shopping complex offering a wide array of dining and shopping options. There's also a spacious plaza nearby. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.

The hotel is well decorated, the rooms are new and clean, the hotel has free parking, and the front desk Xiao Wu is very friendly.
