My overall experience at Paco Hotel was very pleasant. It is a cozy and clean place, and I was impressed by the wide range of amenities provided. They offer essentials like a toothbrush (kids’ toothbrushes are available upon request at the reception), indoor disposable slippers, slippers for the bathroom, gloves for cleaning shoes, hangers, and more. Additional items such as extra towels, shavers, combs, hair ties, a hair dryer, kettle, shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner are also available.
The service was prompt, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The location is very convenient—just a 2-minute walk from Beijing Road A1 Exit. There are many food stalls and a pharmacy nearby, and Teemall is only about a 5-minute walk away. Popular spots like Da Ge Fan Restaurant and Dafo Temple are also within a 10–12 minute walk. Along the way, you’ll pass by plenty of food stalls and souvenir shops, making the walk enjoyable and not far at all.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Very clean, good service from the chauffeur and front desk. The hotel provided a light snack after 8pm and the wonton soup and white fungus dessert are very welcoming. We came back close to midnight and the hotel staff helped us to order McD meal. The bed and pillows provide a good night sleep. We have to check out early the next day. Went for early breakfast 10min to 7am and surprisingly the breakfast was ready. Very good spread and selection for the breakfast. Location wise is also convenient. Just a 5min walk to the Metro.

The location is fantastic, super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby! The room was incredibly clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft I slept like a baby. All the facilities were comprehensive and felt brand new. The front desk staff were wonderfully polite, and check-in and check-out were super fast – absolutely no complaints at all! The value for money is off the charts. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit, truly highly recommended~

The room is great, and the location is good too – everything is just right. This is actually my third time staying here, and I always choose this place. The room facilities are good, and the room itself is spacious.

A truly delightful and satisfying trip!

Firstly, for a four-star hotel, especially when international five-star chain hotels in Guangzhou are raising their prices, it was an incredible surprise to find this hotel at just over 300 yuan. It boasts a prime location, spacious rooms, and all the necessary facilities.

Secondly, the hotel's breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise, comparable to what you'd find in similar-tier international four-star chain hotels.

Thirdly, the hotel staff were polite and had an excellent service-oriented attitude.

The only minor drawback is that the hotel doesn't have many guest elevators, with only one in operation, so you might have to wait a bit when going up or down.

Excellent hotel and very nice receptionist lady and the staffs are generally very kind, the guy with glassss help me find my package. i initially plan to stay only 3 nights here but we extended our stay into 5 nights because how good the hotel is :) i would definitely recommend to my friends and family

The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the hygiene is impeccable with no unpleasant odors. The natural light and views are excellent. The staff are friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with thoughtful attention to detail. The location is superb, making it convenient for dining, entertainment, and transportation. I had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it!

The room was very clean very gorgeous. It looked very nice. I would recommend it. It has a 7-Eleven next to it. The metro is also not that far the room amenities are quite good. The bed is comfortable and the staff is very helpful and they have a translating app that is very easy to communicate with them. They help us in every way they could.H

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super easy to get around. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bathroom had no strange odors. I was pleasantly surprised to find a safe in the room, which was a nice touch for privacy. The only downside is that it's a bit noisy due to its proximity to the railway line. But overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time! 👏

Overall, this is a decent budget hotel. At 282 yuan per night, including the hotel fee, it offers fair value for money, making it suitable for short stays on a limited budget. The staff provides good service, responding promptly to requests, such as proactively lending a plug adapter. The room design is simple and modern, with essential facilities, comfortable bedding, and well-created lighting ambiance.

However, there are several noticeable drawbacks that negatively impacted the experience. The most prominent issue is the hardware: the room's power outlets only provide 5W output, far below the typical charging requirements of modern electronic devices, which is extremely inconvenient. Additionally, the in-room delivery robot doesn't make any sound notifications, making it easy to miss deliveries. Furthermore, cleaning details need improvement; the stained floors and some worn-out furniture you mentioned detracted from the overall impression.

In summary, the hotel's core services are acceptable, but the hardware flaws and cleaning details lowered the overall experience. It's acceptable for a brief, transitional stay, but if you have higher demands for device charging, a quiet environment, or cleanliness standards, you should consider other options. Hopefully, the hotel will upgrade its outlets, optimize robot services, and improve cleaning management soon.

Facilities: The facilities are complete, and the room is quite spacious. Most importantly, it offers great value for money.
Hygiene: It's very clean, clearly well-maintained.
Environment: The hotel is next to the train station. It has double-glazed windows, so the noise isn't too bad, and the hotel even provides earplugs, which is a thoughtful touch.
Service: The service was excellent, I'll definitely come again!

This hotel is very close to Ma'anshan Metro Station. It's relatively new, having been recently renovated. It shares a building with Xingcheng Hotel, but Xingcheng occupies floors 11-20, while this hotel is below the 10th floor. We were assigned to the 9th floor, facing the road and directly opposite the metro bridge. If you're sensitive to noise, I wouldn't recommend it. There's also a building under construction next door, so it gets quite noisy during the day. The room was clean. On our first day, we received one breakfast voucher. For our extended stay on the second day, we paid an extra 20 yuan for two vouchers. We woke up late and went down at 9:20 AM, and no one checked our vouchers. They started clearing up promptly at 10 AM, so there wasn't much food left. 😅

The check-in process at the front desk was very quick, and the room was clean. The surrounding area is also incredibly convenient; right across the street is Daqianli, a large shopping complex offering a wide array of dining and shopping options. There's also a spacious plaza nearby. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.

The environment here is superb, clean and tidy, with warm and elegant decor. The room gets great natural light and ventilation, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and comfortable, making for a truly relaxing stay. A special thanks to Yuan and Lin at the front desk – their service was absolutely excellent!

The hotel is well decorated, the rooms are new and clean, the hotel has free parking, and the front desk Xiao Wu is very friendly.
