The hotel is located very close to Beijing walking street, very convenient just 3-5 minutes walking. The hotel is clean and has modern style. Breakfast here is totally worth it having variety of delicious food. I spent 7 nights staying in this hotel and I rated 5 out of 5 for staff services. I have excessive-weight luggages and the staff helped me arrang the luggages delivery and shipping to cargo. Thank you very much!

My stay here was truly excellent, and I could feel the hotel's dedication in every aspect.

**Location:** The hotel's location is superb, right in the city center. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station and major attractions, and dining and shopping options nearby are incredibly convenient.

**Service Attitude:** The front desk staff were warm, professional, and checked us in quickly. We arrived early, and the hotel did its best to arrange a room for us, which was very thoughtful. The bellhops and housekeeping staff were all smiling, making us feel right at home.

**Room Facilities:** The room was more spacious than expected, with a modern minimalist decor – clean and tidy. The bedding was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and both water pressure and temperature were stable. The complimentary mini-bar and high-speed Wi-Fi were pleasant surprises.

**Other Facilities:** The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes, and the taste was excellent. I also tried the rooftop gym and pool, which had a first-class environment and expansive views.

**Summary:** Whether for business travel or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to the city!

Cleanliness only 3 stars; two things: First, the room uses a projector as a TV instead of a TV, as such there is a frame that supports the projector, and the top of this frame collects so much dust that it dropped onto your bed (just so nice the area where your head will be when lying down). Second, for the daily room tidy and cleaning service, the staff failed to clean and tidy the room except for the toilet and basin area. 

Service 4 stars - provides services that most, if not all, hotels provide, but most staff lacks the smile or friendliness when requesting advice or help. 

The location of the hotel is ok, but really depends on where you're travelling to, as Guangzhou has many 区.

Choosing this hotel for my trip was absolutely the right decision! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a strong sense of genuine welcome. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and checked me in incredibly efficiently.

The room was even more surprising than I expected – impeccably clean and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to fully relax and get a good night's sleep. All facilities were comprehensive, the toiletries were of high quality, hot water supply was stable, and the internet speed was super fast, perfectly meeting all my travel needs.

Throughout my entire stay, there was nothing to complain about. Whether it was the service, environment, or facilities, everything was flawless, and the value for money was exceptional! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit and have already recommended it to my friends.

I got a free room upgrade, but the best part was definitely the breakfast! On the first night, the parking lot was full, so I had to park in the aisle and move my car several times. Eventually, the staff helped me arrange to park in the adjacent lot and covered the parking fee. I've stayed here a few times for business in the area. This time, there's subway construction nearby, and while the soundproofing is quite good, you can still hear some noise. If you're a light sleeper, perhaps a windowless room would be better, as you likely wouldn't hear anything then.

The room was clean, hygienic, and comfortable, and the environment was quiet and pleasant. The service attitude was harmonious and efficient. The location offers convenient transportation, with Dongfeng Park just across the street for easy walks. Plus, there are many restaurant options downstairs.

The newly opened Knights Hotel in 2025 exceeded my expectations. The hotel's interior design is uniquely themed around King Arthur's knights, which was a pleasant surprise. You can even stream movies on the projector screen for binge-watching. The front desk service was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and comprehensive. I was pleasantly surprised that they even had a thermometer available to borrow. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the subway, making travel easy, and there are many bustling markets and restaurants nearby. As a new hotel, it was impeccably clean and tidy, with super soft and comfortable beds, linens, and towels. The breakfast selection was extensive, and you can even enjoy it on the rooftop terrace. They also have a self-service smart laundry room. Overall, I was delighted with every aspect!👍👍

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The hotel felt very new and was impeccably clean. The location was excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The service was also top-notch; the staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help, which made me feel very welcome. We originally booked a Deluxe King Room. However, due to our schedule, we arrived at the hotel at 11:50 am and went to the front desk to see if we could check in early. Our Deluxe King Room wasn't available yet, so the front desk attendant kindly upgraded us to an Executive King Room for free and let us check in early! Thumbs up! 👍🏽

Later, we realized there was no mini-fridge in our room, so we called the front desk to inquire. A staff member came up shortly after to check, and quickly brought us a fridge to use. Another thumbs up! 👍🏽

Overall, both the room and the service gave me a very pleasant and comfortable experience. If I visit Guangzhou again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

Of course, there are a few things that could be improved. The room lighting was a bit dim, and the pillows were a little too soft.

However, these minor shortcomings were completely overshadowed by their warm and enthusiastic service. Encountering such excellent staff added immeasurable color to our trip.

The check-in process at the front desk was very quick, and the room was clean. The surrounding area is also incredibly convenient; right across the street is Daqianli, a large shopping complex offering a wide array of dining and shopping options. There's also a spacious plaza nearby. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.

We have spent a five days trip with family members for Chinese New Year holiday. It is really a magnificent hotel with excellent location and with very high standard of cleaness. This is seldomly found in this rank of the hotel. The breakfast is tasty with all my favorite stuff. One of the facilities I loved it very much is their self laundry service which gives me a great help on washing as well as drying all daily dressed clothes at the same day. Thus, I can bring much less clothes for the trip with worry free. The room style is iconic and cozy to stay with all daily necessities needed. More importantly, the washroom has a high degree of pravicy. This will be very suitable for family members to stay in the same room. Also, the entire hotel is maintained in a brandnew condition as I have stayed few years ago. Lastly, there are numerous restaurants proximity to the hotel, so, we can grab food to eat very easily.
