Overall, it was pretty good, offering good value for money. The room was spacious, and although breakfast was simple, the hot dry noodles were quite flavorful. The hotel is close to the river and Yellow Crane Tower, so you can enjoy the night view of the tower during an evening stroll. However, the male staff member who answered the phone at the front desk had a very arrogant and condescending tone. While he was quick to resolve issues, it was an unpleasant experience to listen to him. I'm not sure if he's an intern or new staff, but as a young person, I'm not sure how to accurately rate him. Untrained staff can be a company's biggest cost. I hope things improve.

The hotel is in a quiet location with a large parking lot. It is 10 kilometers away from the Yellow Crane Tower by taxi. During the Chinese New Year, there are people everywhere. Fortunately, the hotel is relatively quiet. The breakfast is also good. You can see the lighted TV tower from the room. There is a large lake opposite. The cleaning auntie is particularly good.

The hotel has a good environment, good facilities, quiet, clean rooms, warm and thoughtful waiters, and convenient transportation. The subway entrance is just a 5-minute walk away, and there is a park next to it where you can take a walk after dinner.

The facilities are advanced, the environment is comfortable, the service attitude is good, and everything is beyond expectations. I am very satisfied. The lady at the front desk is also very gentle and the auntie cleans the place very well. The breakfast is also delicious

酒店位置特別方便，離地鐵站步行衹要5分鐘，周邊吃飯、逛街的地方也多，出行和覓食都省了不少事。辦理入住時前台小姐姐態度特別好，笑容很親切，還主動告知了酒店的設施，乘電梯直達五樓就是商場，吃飯有美食，購物方便，效率也高，沒等幾分鐘就搞定了。

房間比想象中寬敞，裝修是簡約現代風，看着乾淨舒服。床品很親膚，枕頭軟硬適中，睡了一晚特別解乏。衞生間乾濕分離做得不錯，熱水來得快，水壓也夠，洗漱用品的味道很清新，細節處能感覺到用心。

這是一個非常值得推薦的酒店！！！

The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the hot water comes quickly. Convenient location, convenient for eating and shopping around, very cost-effective, recommended for business or tourism!

This year before the Chinese New Year, I stayed in the waterfront terrace room for the first time. It happened to snow heavily, and it was full of white snow, which was very beautiful. So I chose to stay in the waterfront terrace room again this summer vacation and booked three nights. But the feeling was completely different. This time I was quite disappointed.

Hygiene: First of all, we checked in at night, and the scenery on the balcony was still beautiful, with bright moonlight. However, there was no light on the balcony, so it was too dark to see clearly. I walked out to the balcony railing and touched it a little, and there were many spider webs. When I woke up the next morning, I found that the parasols and lounge chairs on the balcony were all covered with spider webs, and there were also spider webs on the lampshades in the room. The matching towels actually had several holes in them! Is this a side reflection of whether the linens in this hotel are really washed vigorously? ! The disposable slippers are really disposable. I wore them a little at night, and found that the heels had broken the shoes the next morning, which was really ridiculous.

Service: The experience on the first night was very bad. I reported the situation to the front desk customer service the next morning. The customer service helped me change to a second room of the same type without saying a word, and immediately asked the cleaning lady to help deep clean. The cleaning lady is very nice. We met this lady during the Chinese New Year. We lost something at that time, and this lady was very enthusiastic to help us look through the trash cans and search everywhere. This time we needed to dry clothes, and the lady also brought us a mobile clothes drying rack.

Environment: As mentioned in the previous article, there were many spider webs in the room we stayed in on the first day. You might think that it was because the hotel did not clean. But later, when we moved to a new room, the aunt also deeply cleaned the spider webs on the balcony. As a result, when we woke up the next morning, there were spider webs on the clothes drying rack, as well as on the parasols and lounge chairs. I can only say that the spiders here are too diligent in summer?

Next to the hotel is the entrance to Dazhou Bamboo Shadow in Yiai Lake Park. We go there every day for a stroll. The scenery is really beautiful.

In general, it is good to stay in a waterfront platform room in winter, if you encounter heavy snow. But it is really not recommended in summer. Just stay in an ordinary double bed room to save some money.

Traveling to Enshi Grand Canyon with friends, staying at Xixuan Hotel, the room is spacious and bright, and the roof is clean. The bathroom shower is easy to use. The tourist bus is just downstairs on the turntable roadside, which is very convenient.
