This stay experience is a full score! The front desk staff is warm and professional, the check-in speed is super fast, the room is cleaned spotlessly, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the quality of the bathroom products is online, the hot water supply is stable and the water temperature is suitable, the hotel's breakfast is rich, the supporting facilities are perfect, and there are small gifts. It is worth mentioning that the free upgraded room type at the front desk has forest oxygen bar eggs, which can promote sleep and insect repellent mode, which is very suitable for people like us who sleep lightly. It started raining after check-in. I forgot to bring an umbrella. When I went out, the hotel took the initiative to borrow an umbrella. The restaurant food type was also OK. There were freshly cooked hot dry noodles and noodle soup, soy milk milk pasta porridge.

Excellent location, ideal for business! It's right in the heart of Guanggu Financial Port, close to Metro Line 2, and next to the University of Engineering and several industrial parks. This makes it incredibly convenient for business meetings, commutes, and errands. The surrounding amenities are comprehensive, significantly boosting efficiency for business trips. The location is simply unbeatable.

This year before the Chinese New Year, I stayed in the waterfront terrace room for the first time. It happened to snow heavily, and it was full of white snow, which was very beautiful. So I chose to stay in the waterfront terrace room again this summer vacation and booked three nights. But the feeling was completely different. This time I was quite disappointed.

Hygiene: First of all, we checked in at night, and the scenery on the balcony was still beautiful, with bright moonlight. However, there was no light on the balcony, so it was too dark to see clearly. I walked out to the balcony railing and touched it a little, and there were many spider webs. When I woke up the next morning, I found that the parasols and lounge chairs on the balcony were all covered with spider webs, and there were also spider webs on the lampshades in the room. The matching towels actually had several holes in them! Is this a side reflection of whether the linens in this hotel are really washed vigorously? ! The disposable slippers are really disposable. I wore them a little at night, and found that the heels had broken the shoes the next morning, which was really ridiculous.

Service: The experience on the first night was very bad. I reported the situation to the front desk customer service the next morning. The customer service helped me change to a second room of the same type without saying a word, and immediately asked the cleaning lady to help deep clean. The cleaning lady is very nice. We met this lady during the Chinese New Year. We lost something at that time, and this lady was very enthusiastic to help us look through the trash cans and search everywhere. This time we needed to dry clothes, and the lady also brought us a mobile clothes drying rack.

Environment: As mentioned in the previous article, there were many spider webs in the room we stayed in on the first day. You might think that it was because the hotel did not clean. But later, when we moved to a new room, the aunt also deeply cleaned the spider webs on the balcony. As a result, when we woke up the next morning, there were spider webs on the clothes drying rack, as well as on the parasols and lounge chairs. I can only say that the spiders here are too diligent in summer?

Next to the hotel is the entrance to Dazhou Bamboo Shadow in Yiai Lake Park. We go there every day for a stroll. The scenery is really beautiful.

In general, it is good to stay in a waterfront platform room in winter, if you encounter heavy snow. But it is really not recommended in summer. Just stay in an ordinary double bed room to save some money.

Traveling to Enshi Grand Canyon with friends, staying at Xixuan Hotel, the room is spacious and bright, and the roof is clean. The bathroom shower is easy to use. The tourist bus is just downstairs on the turntable roadside, which is very convenient.
