Booked this for a friend! They said it was super convenient! Confucius Temple is really close to the hotel. My friend left their wallet in the room, but the hotel contacted them quickly and even sent it over! The front desk service was excellent! The bedding was also great! My friend insisted I leave a good review!

The hotel front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, offering service with a welcoming smile. The hotel facilities are excellent, including air conditioning, hot water, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dryer, all working perfectly. There's free parking right outside the entrance. Plus, there's a bus stop and a subway station nearby, and it's very close to the People's Avenue subway station night market, making it super convenient for getting around. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Hygiene: The cleaning staff did a great job, and amenities were replenished promptly and thoroughly.

Facilities: Excellent, the washer and dryer were very efficient.

Environment: There's a cozy lounge area on the third floor.

Service: Attentive and friendly. The front desk was kind enough to print some things for me, and luggage storage was very convenient.

The check-in environment is very good, it is relatively quiet at night, the front desk clerk is attentive and considerate, and his words are very gentle. There is also a small free parking lot, which is very convenient. This hotel will be my first choice for business trips to Nanjing in the future.

The hotel's location is convenient, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the sound insulation is excellent, so I slept really well. The front desk service was warm and attentive, check-in was fast, and breakfast was rich. I'm very satisfied and will definitely come again!

Facilities: Firstly, the bathroom had two hairdryers – one wall-mounted and one portable. However, the outlets in the bathroom couldn't power the hairdryer properly, so I had to take the portable one into the room. The hairdryer was very small; it took ages to dry my hair. Other hotels in Shanghai have much better hairdryers. I mentioned this to the front desk that evening, and the staff were very polite, saying they'd send someone to fix the outlet the next day. I'm not sure if it was replaced, but the issue wasn't resolved by the next day.

Cleanliness: We booked a two-night stay. On the first night, my child accidentally stained the bedsheet slightly while eating. We went to the science museum the next morning, and when we returned in the afternoon, everything else was tidied up, but the bedsheet hadn't been changed; it was still the same one. This was a bit disappointing. Even though the stain wasn't very big, for a continuous stay, they should still change the sheets.

Service: All the hotel staff were very friendly.

My parents stayed here while visiting Ruijin Hospital. It's really close to the hospital, and the surrounding area is very convenient with a supermarket, market, and subway station nearby. They always choose this hotel whenever they go.

The family room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The breakfast was good. The Hongri Hotel across the street is a hidden gem, highly recommended by food critics. It's close to Zhaolin Park where you can see ice sculptures, and it's also convenient to get a taxi to Harbin Ice and Snow World. The front desk staff, especially the young man, was handsome and kind, providing enthusiastic service. Since I was staying for a longer period, he even helped me with a late check-out. Highly recommend!

The room was very clean. The cleaning lady cleaned it very carefully every day. The breakfast was quite satisfactory and tasted good. The front desk service was very good. Seeing that the room I booked had no window, they helped to upgrade it for free, which was very considerate.
