The hotel is located right across from Exit 5 of Hanzomon Subway Station, making it a quick 20-minute subway ride to Shinjuku Station. It's also within walking distance of the Imperial Palace.

There's a 7-Eleven nearby, which is very convenient for picking up yogurt, milk, juice, and other essentials.

The hotel offers luggage storage, which is handy for early arrivals or late departures.

The room was quite spacious, though a bit narrow. My 30-inch suitcase could only be opened in the area near the bathroom door. Also, the window was a bit small, so the view wasn't very expansive.

The breakfast was quite good, with both Chinese and Western options, though there were more Western choices. My son was especially happy to have an omelet.

Complimentary drinks are offered daily, but my son didn't care for the flavors, so we didn't drink them. The complimentary face masks were decent, but the selection of cosmetic samples wasn't particularly well-thought-out, especially for men. Hair oil and wax, for example, weren't very practical.

I'd recommend this hotel if you're visiting Tokyo purely for sightseeing rather than shopping, as it offers good value for money.

I highly, highly recommend this hotel. First off, for a solo traveler, the location is incredibly convenient. It's right next to Tokyo Station, making it super easy to get to the airport and access all forms of transportation. From Narita Airport, you can take a 1500 yen bus that drops you off about 500 meters from the hotel. To get back to the airport, you can buy a direct ticket at Tokyo Station. If you prefer walking, the hotel offers direct access to Ginza, Marunouchi, the Imperial Palace, and more. Secondly, the room facilities are excellent. The single room size is perfectly adequate, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The front desk offers complimentary items like face masks and foot patches, and the room comes with a day's worth of makeup remover, facial cleanser, and skincare samples. The bedding is also very comfortable, with one soft and one firm pillow. The hotel staff are warm and attentive, always happy to accommodate guests' needs within their capabilities. This hotel left a fantastic impression on me.

This hotel is tucked away in a quiet alley on Ginza 1-chome. Upon check-in, they thoughtfully provided foot patches and a hot eye mask, which proved to be incredibly effective. Across the street, you'll find all three major convenience stores: Lawson, 7-Eleven, and FamilyMart, along with several restaurants. If you're tired from exploring, the ramen shop across the street offers very reasonably priced meals. The Big Camera store, just diagonally across, opens around 9:30 AM, making it perfect for travelers who want to do some last-minute shopping before departing. Next to the 7-Eleven, there's a drugstore with better prices than Matsumoto Kiyoshi and offers tax-free shopping. It's worth checking out their shelves first, as it could save you the hassle of carrying heavy purchases all the way through Ginza.

The hotel is within walking distance of Tokyo station, which was convenient. The service was great. The elevator design was pretty cool (see photo). However the room was exceedingly small - we brought 2 big suit cases and were unable to open them up fully (when one suitcase was open, we were unable to open any doors). The double bed was also quite small. Overall I would not book this hotel again because it is just too small and the price is too high for what we get.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station, but it's in a good location with lots of shops and restaurant options within walking distance. The room size is reasonable for Japan, and the rooms were quiet and clean. Breakfast was good.

Very elegant classy European-like hotel. The lobby makes you feel you are in a 5 or 6 stars hotel! You will see a small cathedral in the lobby. The location is just beside OCAT which is super helpful if you are taking the airport limousine bus. It is next to a big supermarket too. To take subway, use exit 30 which is right in front of the hotel. Rooms are big enough to open up two 24 inch luggages. Only thing is I feel the dark blue carpet, wallpaper n warm lightnings makes the room alittle dull and dark even in the daytime. Even though it is dull, it is not the dated type of room which I initially worried when I booked the hotel. The room is in fact super clean and classy. I choose the room with cityview which was beautiful. Overall still impressive hotel stay and I will stay in this hotel again if I come to Namba again.

This was the last hotel we stayed at during our trip. The cleanliness was a bit lacking compared to other hotels; I noticed some dust on the tables. They do offer laundry service, but you might have to queue. The communal bathrooms were acceptable. The location was decent; it's quite convenient to walk here from Umeda by following the signs towards Kitashinchi. For a hotel in Umeda, the room was actually quite spacious.

When we first arrived, we went through the wrong entrance, and the front desk staff came down to meet us. The location is excellent; you just cross a pedestrian bridge outside and you're at the subway station. The service was fantastic. We were even more pleasantly surprised when we entered the room—it's definitely a very spacious room for Japan. We had no problem opening all three of our suitcases. The room facilities are very comprehensive. Every day, housekeeping cleaned the room thoroughly and replenished everything. We will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we visit Osaka.

The room itself was decent. Finding it for the first time can be a bit challenging. The hotel lobby is quite small and located on the 8th floor, while the ground floor is a parking lot – just go straight in, don't be put off by the entrance. I didn't get breakfast, so I can't comment on that. I was out early and back late every day, mainly just using the room for sleeping, and for that purpose, it was perfectly adequate. I'm not sure if I missed hanging a sign or what the reason was, but the room was cleaned daily.

Pros: We had two adults and two children, and after confirming by phone, they added two more beds for us.

This was truly the most mediocre hotel of our trip, and we stayed for two nights. The disposable toiletries were especially bad. The hot spring had only one pool, and it was packed with Koreans, which made the experience really unpleasant.

We checked in on January 1st and tried to cancel on the 30th to book the Hilton near the Dome, but they wouldn't let us cancel. Oh well, I guess it was an experience. They couldn't arrange hotel parking for us either of the two days, even though it didn't seem like there were that many cars. I guess the parking lot must be small. The hotel's location is actually very good; it's a convenient 5-10 minute drive to the Ichiran main store, Hakata Bridge, and Nakasu. There are also several shopping districts nearby, which is nice. If you're looking for a good stay experience, I don't recommend this place. But if convenience is your priority, it's not bad.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Watanabe-dori Station (Nanakuma Line), 
with easy access to both Hakata and Tenjin. The property is clean and well maintained, and the laundry facilities on the first floor are very practical. 
A FamilyMart right across the street adds extra convenience. 
Overall, great value for money and highly recommended.

Extremely satisfied with this stay! 👍 I've stayed at this hotel's Ginza location in Tokyo before, and this was my first time at the Fukuoka Tenjin hotel. The room was cozy, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious! The bathtub 🛁 was large enough for a relaxing soak. Downstairs there's a 24-hour sushi restaurant, and a 7-Eleven right in the building – so convenient! I'll definitely be back to stay again! Highly recommend!
