Excellent location and perfect sleep quality!

After exiting Yaesu Underground Shopping Mall Exit 22, take the first alley, and you'll spot the hotel. The ground floor is where you catch the elevator, and the reception desk for check-in is on the second floor. The second floor also features a public area with complimentary tea and coffee. It's worth noting that both the front desk staff and housekeepers I encountered this time could communicate in Chinese, making their service incredibly friendly and reassuring!

Room comfort completely exceeded my expectations! The soundproofing is excellent; I wasn't disturbed by any noise these past few days. The pillow was very supportive and comfortable, and the air conditioning didn't blow directly onto the bed, so I slept wonderfully every night. There are charging ports by the bed, and you can even set your own wake-up call from the phone, which is very convenient.

Two bottles of water are replenished daily in the room. The bathroom has excellent water pressure, making showers very pleasant, and the shampoo and shower gel provided by the hotel are also quite good. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my stay and would definitely want to visit again!

I absolutely have to praise this hotel! As is typical in Tokyo, the rooms are small but perfectly adequate for all your needs. The cleanliness is significantly better than what you'd find in China, by more than just a little bit. The room was cleaned daily, and there wasn't a single hair in the bathroom. But my absolute favorite part? It's right across from the subway station! I'm definitely booking this place again next time I'm in Tokyo.

Room facilities: There were few real pictures of the Ctrip Deluxe Twin Room, but the actual room was quite spacious. Crucially, it had hardwood floors instead of carpet, which felt much cleaner. The hotel is very close to all the Ginza shopping malls, making for a comfortable stay. A minor drawback was the showerhead, which was very difficult to adjust and quite high; it took some getting used to, but the water pressure was excellent and the water was hot. The hairdryer was a Refa, which was super comfortable and quick to use!

Location: The hotel is within a 5-19 minute walk to major Ginza shopping malls. It's a bit further from Tokyo Station, about a 12-minute walk. It's very convenient to buy things and bring them back to the hotel.

Service: The hotel front desk staff were all very enthusiastic. You could get free foot patches, facial masks, and toiletry sets, as well as complimentary water, which was a huge help. We stayed for six days, and on the morning of August 6th or 7th, a Japanese staff member, Mr./Ms. Ota (I didn't catch the exact name), came to our room to deliver water. He communicated with us in English using a translator, and when we mentioned wanting to dispose of our trash immediately, he proactively took on the task of room cleaning and helped us take out the garbage. I give him a big thumbs up and hope the hotel recognizes his professionalism, dedication, and thoughtful service! I also want to express my gratitude to him here and hope the hotel sees this!

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

On the morning of August 6th or 7th, a Japanese staff member, Mr./Ms. Ota (I apologize for not remembering the name accurately), brought water to our room. He communicated with us in English using a translator, and when we told him we wanted to dispose of trash immediately, he readily offered to take care of the garbage collection and kindly handled the room cleaning instead. I want to give him a very high rating from the bottom of my heart. I sincerely hope the hotel also recognizes his professional, serious, and thoughtful excellent service! Once again, I would like to express my gratitude to him here and hope this comment reaches the attention of the hotel management!

What a charming and adorable hotel in Ginza! Before checking in, I actually mistakenly went to another property under the same brand, and the receptionist there was incredibly kind—she personally directed me to this location. Although the building boasts a long history, the facilities are impeccably maintained. The room was spotless, and both the lounge and elevator are brimming with vintage elegance.

The only minor downside is the short walk from Ginza Station. During the day, the front desk service felt a bit brisk and efficient—perhaps due to cultural differences—but the staff was still helpful and pleasant. In contrast, the nighttime reception was exceptionally warm and welcoming. Next time, I’d love to try the hotel’s dinner; the ground-floor café is absolutely stunning with its retro vibe.

Booked a triple room. The room size was decent, but the extra bed felt a bit cumbersome, and the headboard was free-standing, so it couldn't be pushed against the wall. The cleanliness and service were good; we could request daily cleaning, and water refills were prompt. It's not far from Omotesando, Ginza, Minami-Aoyama, and Daikanyama. If you have the energy, you could even go for a run at the Imperial Palace in the morning. The subway is about 600 meters away, but it's uphill, which can be a bit challenging if you're dragging large suitcases.

I really liked this hotel after my last stay, so this time I brought my family along. Good things are meant to be shared! The location is super convenient; you can catch the airport bus to Kansai Airport right from the mall next door. Even if you've bought a lot of things, you don't have to worry about dragging your luggage around. The hotel is connected to an underground shopping street, so you don't have to worry about heavy rain. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the view was even more beautiful. The staff at the lobby and housekeeping were all warm and friendly. Looking forward to seeing you again next time.

The location is super convenient for shopping around Umeda, which saved me a lot of time. The hotel's large public bath is great for unwinding after a long day of travel, though I wish the operating hours were longer. It gets really crowded, especially since they stop letting people in after 11:30 PM. It would be much more flexible if they could extend it by an hour. Oh, and there's an amazing BBQ restaurant, Market Kitchen, on B1 of Umeda Lucua 1000 where you can pick your own meat to grill – such a good deal! I was really happy staying in this area. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations; they had my favorite wagyu beef, ice cream, a variety of drinks, fruits, and even snacks that could double as souvenirs. However, the room felt a bit cramped and dated. For instance, there was only one chair and a small table, making it difficult to eat takeout. The TV wasn't mounted on the wall, which made the space feel even narrower. If there was a long sofa by the window, it would prevent guests from having to sit on the bed immediately upon entering the room.

During checkout, I realized I had been misled by the hotel package. I thought I needed to purchase a specific bathing package for the hot springs, and that this package didn't include breakfast, requiring me to pay extra for it. In reality, all guests could use the hot springs for free. It took about 2.5 hours on the day of checkout to sort things out with the platform and get a refund for the overpayment.

There's a chapel inside the hotel, which would be perfect for newlyweds to hold a reception.

I stayed at this hotel in Osaka, and my overall experience would be an 8.5 out of 10. It's especially perfect for those who want convenient dining and shopping, and who prioritize good transportation!

First off, the location is absolutely incredible! It's only a 5-10 minute walk from JR Osaka Station, and even closer to Nishiumeda Subway Station. Whether you're heading to Shinsaibashi for some shopping or to Umeda Sky Building for night views, it's easily manageable with a walk plus a short subway ride. Downstairs, there are convenience stores, plenty of izakayas, and restaurants, so after a long day of exploring, you don't have to go far to find food – a lazy person's dream!

The hotel's style is quite unique, with an European retro vibe. The lobby is on the 8th floor (the ground floor is a parking lot, so don't get lost on your first visit!). The chandeliers and wooden decor look very tasteful, giving you the illusion of staying in an old European castle – great for photos. While the rooms aren't huge, that's pretty standard for city hotels in Japan. The major plus is how incredibly clean they are; the bed was neatly made every day when I returned. Toiletries and free Wi-Fi are all provided, and the bedding is super soft – so comfortable to lie on after a tiring day.

The service was also impeccable. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and patient, answering all my questions about routes and nearby restaurants. Even if their English wasn't perfect, we could communicate slowly. Check-in and check-out were quick, no long waits.

However, I do need to be honest about the downsides: some rooms are close to the train tracks, so you can hear the train at night. If you're sensitive to noise, I recommend requesting a higher floor or a room away from the tracks in advance, and bringing earplugs just in case. Also, the decor is a bit dated, so some facilities look a little old. And there's no self-service laundry room; if you're staying for several days and need to do laundry, you'll have to ask the front desk for recommendations for nearby laundromats.

Overall, the value for money is definitely there. It's conveniently located, clean, and comfortable. The minor drawbacks don't really detract from the overall experience. I would choose this hotel again next time I'm in Osaka!

This was my second time staying at this hotel in Fukuoka. This time, I booked a king room, which was very spacious with a large 1.8-meter bed that was incredibly comfortable. There are many supermarkets, drugstores, and convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient for food, shopping, and getting around. It offers great value for money.

The hotel's location is very convenient, close to Tenjin Underground City, with a subway station, two large convenience stores, and two supermarkets nearby. There are also some restaurants on the back street of the hotel and some street food stalls not far from the main entrance.

Our six-day, five-night stay was very comfortable and pleasant, but during check-out, we encountered a very rude female front desk staff member named H. TOMONO, with long black hair and a mole near her mouth.

After completing the check-out procedures, I asked her to help us store our three suitcases. She then asked what time we would return to pick them up. I turned to ask my family, and in the meantime, she came out from behind the counter to help organize the luggage that needed to be stored. After she finished organizing, I answered her question, and to my surprise, she didn't say another word. She just gave us a smile-less nod, and even as we turned to walk towards the elevator, she didn't say anything to us.

When we got downstairs, I felt increasingly wronged, as if I had done something wrong. Additionally, during the check-out process, since we were communicating in English, she seemed to have difficulty with the language. I could sense from her tone that she wasn't very attentive to English-speaking guests and lacked the professional service attitude typically found in Japan. So, I went back up to ask for her name again. And here's the even more amusing part: when I asked for her name, she simply showed me her name tag while asking, ”why?” Then, after I took a picture of her name tag, she calmly turned around and continued chatting with another colleague, showing no interest in understanding what had happened or how she could help me. I find it hard to believe that this is the behavior of a hotel front desk employee. Such a service attitude is a far cry from the hotel's high ratings and made our precious family trip end on a very unpleasant note.

I stayed at this hotel in the hottest part of July. Its location near Tenjin Station is excellent, and the famous Full Full bakery is also nearby and not too crowded. There's also a 7-Eleven downstairs.

The breakfast looked pretty ordinary, so I didn't order it.

The front desk offered DHC skincare samples, including sunscreen.

The room was quite small; I could barely open my 24-inch suitcase. It's definitely a size meant for one person, but it was decent. The bathroom was a pre-fabricated unit.

Overall, I was quite satisfied because the location is truly fantastic. I might even stay here again next time, but there are some noticeable drawbacks.

Downsides:
1.  They only provide one bottle of water per day. One time when I went to the front desk to ask for more water, they actually told me there was already water in the room. If a guest asks for something, the staff should just provide it. How can they refuse? Is one bottle really enough in such hot weather? They should give an extra bottle.
2.  The room only has two-prong outlets, so three-prong plugs couldn't be used, which meant some of my devices couldn't be charged.
