I booked this room in advance and it was great. I've stayed here a few times and recommended it to friends. The convenience store and mall downstairs are super handy for shopping and dining. There's also a nice Japanese goods store just around the corner. Plus, it's only a 3-minute walk to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. This time, I even got lucky and saw 193 filming an ad nearby – he's so handsome!

Excellent! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong. It truly lives up to its star rating; both the service and decor are top-notch. The location is fantastic, with plenty of places to explore nearby. It's very clean. They upgraded my room upon check-in, and while the size is standard for a double room on the mainland, for Hong Kong, it felt incredibly spacious! Transportation is super convenient. There's a dedicated bus stop called 'Metropark Hotel Kowloon,' and the hotel also offers hourly shuttle buses to the Mong Kok area. For tourists, it's incredibly practical; the hotel's G-floor has a dedicated luggage storage area with staff to register items and provide luggage tags. There's even a scale nearby, which is very handy for weighing luggage before flights. What's more, the common advice about needing a power adapter for Hong Kong hotels isn't a concern here! They have USB charging ports, and even 30W fast-charging ports. Compared to the cost and time of traveling back and forth from Shenzhen, this hotel is truly an excellent value for money choice!

The room was spacious and they gave us a free upgrade to two 1.5-meter beds, which was awesome! The location is superb, with tons of great food nearby, making it super convenient for eating, drinking, and exploring. We stayed here for our Disney trip with the kids, and saving on the room allowed us to splurge on food, drinks, and souvenirs. Excellent value for money!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel environment is very quiet. I stay here every time I come to Shenzhen. This hotel is great for travel because of its superb location, with subway and bus access, and even a pedestrian street within walking distance. The front desk staff were very friendly, and my check-in experience was particularly pleasant. They also offer complimentary herbal teas like honeysuckle and Xianning tea at the front desk. It's truly great value for money.

The room was quite clean and tidy, and the toiletries smelled great.
Facilities: The facilities were quite complete. The lobby even had sunscreen and mosquito repellent, which was a nice touch!
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, and housekeeping was prompt.
Environment: The sea view was excellent, and the greenery in the resort was well-maintained. Even on a very sunny day when it was uncomfortable to go to the beach, walking around the resort didn't feel too hot.
Service: Every staff member I encountered had an excellent attitude – polite, well-groomed, and very friendly. Special shoutout to Xiao Liang at the front desk, who was absolutely wonderful!

From check-in to check-out, everything was worry-free. The receptionists, Xiao Cao and Xiao Xu, processed the check-in quickly. The hotel even provided complimentary snacks, which you could choose at check-in – very nice! The rooms were quiet and clean, with an elegant ambiance and a pleasant fragrance in the hallway. The room layout was well-designed, the toiletries were of high quality, and the service was attentive – a truly fantastic stay! The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious; I highly recommend it!

Indeed! The environment and service are very comfortable! 1. Hygienic environment: The room is spotless from the ground to the bedding, the bathroom countertop is dry and there is no water, and there is no dust at the air outlet of the air conditioner. The details show the high cleaning standards.

The room is really cheap and clean, but the room has a little smell, so the windows should be opened for ventilation. I am really happy that I can stay in such a cheap hotel at this price😲
