The location is incredibly convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station and the A21 bus stop for the airport, which saved us a lot of travel time. The short walk also meant we didn't get caught in the rain when we left. There are countless amazing local eateries nearby, including tea restaurants, dessert shops, and roast goose – we just wished we had more time to try everything!

I was mentally prepared for the hotel's facilities to be a bit old, but I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. While not new, the room was quite spacious, the linens were very clean, and the water pressure was excellent. The only minor issue was the shower faucet – the tap and shower head both ran at the same time, which felt a bit wasteful.

Overall, it's conveniently located, quiet, and offers great value for money. We had a wonderful three-day trip to Hong Kong with our child and would definitely consider staying here again.

The facilities have an older, more traditional decor. While relatively clean, the rooms are quite small. The twin beds are genuinely tiny. 

It's not super close to the subway station, about a ten-minute walk. You can also walk to Mong Kok in about ten minutes, which is great for all sorts of food and street food spots. 

They don't clean the rooms daily; you need to call the front desk to request cleaning. 

Luggage storage is available.

📍 Great Location
The hotel's location is super convenient. Public transportation and dining options nearby are excellent, making it easy to get around for business or explore for food. It saved a lot of travel time, which was definitely the most satisfying aspect.

🛏️ Spacious Room
The room was much larger than expected, feeling open and not at all cramped. The bedding was reasonably comfortable, and amenities like the desk and luggage rack were all there. It was perfectly fine for daily use and working, and the overall layout was quite practical.

🧹 Housekeeping Needs Improvement
The downside was that the cleanliness details were just okay. Some corners weren't cleaned properly, which detracted from the overall experience. If they put more effort into housekeeping, the stay would be much better.

In summary, this hotel is suitable for those who prioritize location and aren't too particular about minor cleaning details. I hope the hotel strengthens its housekeeping management and improves its service quality.

Indeed! The environment and service are very comfortable! 1. Hygienic environment: The room is spotless from the ground to the bedding, the bathroom countertop is dry and there is no water, and there is no dust at the air outlet of the air conditioner. The details show the high cleaning standards.

The experience of staying here is directly full! From the beginning of the door, the staff took the initiative to help with the luggage. The front desk Xiao Huang Xiaowang smiled super sweetly. The check-in was very fast. He also prepared small slippers and toothbrushes for the children. This feeling of being put on the heart is great, it must be recommended by five stars!

The room is really cheap and clean, but the room has a little smell, so the windows should be opened for ventilation. I am really happy that I can stay in such a cheap hotel at this price😲

The Shenzhen Metropark Hotel exceeded my expectations! Its location is fantastic, right above Shaibu Station on Metro Line 3, with a direct elevator connecting to the station. The service was thoughtful and efficient; little touches like robot delivery service and a warm 'goodnight' congee really impressed me. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the gym was practical. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen!
