I booked this room 20 days in advance, choosing a newly renovated one. The room was clean and tidy. The main highlight is the hotel's excellent location. Right across the street, there's a 24-hour Lin Heung Tea House, where I enjoyed dim sum breakfast for three consecutive days. If I got hungry late at night, I could easily pop out for a bite. Not far away are a 24-hour Don Quijote (Donki) and Matsumoto Kiyoshi. After the malls close at 10 PM, you can head to Donki to buy Japanese cosmetics and medicines. There are also 7-Eleven stores nearby. It's a 15-minute walk to Victoria Harbour and about a 5-minute subway ride to Tsim Sha Tsui. Just down one street, you'll find Lung Shing Dispensary and Cookies Quartet, and the famous cookie bear shop isn't too far either. All in all, for a tourist, staying here is incredibly convenient. The room isn't huge, but the two 1-meter beds can be pushed together, making it perfectly fine for a family of three. Due to Hong Kong's plastic ban, the hotel only provides disposable slippers and towels; bottled water and toiletries are not included. You can purchase them at the front desk downstairs or from nearby convenience stores or Donki.

I stayed at the Metropark Hotel Kowloon for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—right above the MOKO shopping mall and directly connected to Mong Kok East MTR station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city or catching a train to the border.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a quiet retreat from the bustling city outside. While the room size was typical for Hong Kong (efficient but not spacious), it had everything I needed for a short stay.

With the mall and numerous dining options right at its doorstep, it’s a great choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for convenience and comfort.

Our stay at Metropark Hotel Mongkok was very pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to public transport, shops, and local restaurants. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing place to rest after a long day out. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our overall experience smooth and enjoyable. A great choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience in Hong Kong.

Environment: The lobby is very bright, the staff will help with luggage
Service: Xiao Xu at the front desk is very enthusiastic and helps us apply for an extra breakfast. Very happy.

Indeed! The environment and service are very comfortable! 1. Hygienic environment: The room is spotless from the ground to the bedding, the bathroom countertop is dry and there is no water, and there is no dust at the air outlet of the air conditioner. The details show the high cleaning standards.

The hotel is a bit far from Pudong Airport but closer to Hongqiao Airport. However, I think its location is really great, with a mall and supermarket nearby. The subway station isn't super close, but a four to five-minute walk is perfectly acceptable. What really stands out is the excellent service from the hotel staff. They gave me a complimentary upgrade when I checked in, which made me really happy, especially since the upgraded room didn't have a bathtub – that completely won me over! The front desk staff and the housekeeping aunties were also very polite. Overall, I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai.
