The location is excellent. It's on a quiet street and next to 3 metro lines. We had a room on the ground floor and you can hear the water flushes from above and the neighbours in the hall. The AC made noise but it was not annoying. We had a pleasant stay and would stay here again.

Excellent, absolutely fantastic. It's very safe and quiet, with Chinese, French, Spanish, and Italian restaurants nearby, plus two supermarkets. It's super convenient to get to all the attractions and the airport, as it's right by the East Station. Taking a train to other European countries is also a breeze. The Line 5 metro is just around the corner, which is great. Many tourists from other countries choose to stay here.

The room's seriously big, and honestly, everything's just spot on. You get this comfy memory foam pillow, which is amazing for a good night's sleep.

The bathroom's also a decent size and has all the essentials you'd need. Plus, there's a heated towel rail, so drying towels or clothes is super easy. Oh, and get this, there's even a kettle in the room, which I bet folks from Asia will totally love!

They've got a little garden tucked away between the different building blocks. So, depending on your room, you might be in a different block.

The receptionist are very kind. The price is suitable. The room is enough for two people.

The room was very outdated. The air conditioning was weak. One morning at breakfast, there were no cups or glasses available, no cottage cheese, no bread… a disaster! Other guests and I asked the young man for help, and we were told we had to wait at least fifteen minutes. I left without breakfast.

Pros:
Separate bath and toilet — The bathroom is divided into two rooms: one for the bath/shower and one for the toilet.
Spacious room — The overall space was great.
Nearby pastry shop — There’s a great pastry shop close by.

Cons:
Limited parking — Parking was limited during check‑in, and we ended up parking at the electric vehicle charging spot.

Hotel muy acogedor, habitación muy amplia y muy ordenado todo. Con tv y Wifi que ayuda. Plato fe ducha amplio y baño muy cómodo, con secador y todos los extras. Personal del hotel muy amable y educado, muy serviciales.

Apart from the shower that was a sprinkler, the room and hotel were very correct above the shopping center, next to the train station.
A 10-minute walk separates you from the center.
