My stay at the JW Marriott was absolutely perfect, truly living up to its reputation as a benchmark five-star hotel. The lobby is grand and elegant, creating a wonderful ambiance. The guest room was spotlessly clean, with soft and comfortable bedding that ensured a fantastic night's sleep. The bathroom had a convenient wet/dry separation and was fully stocked with amenities. The staff were consistently polite and attentive, responding to requests promptly and thoroughly. The swimming pool and gym facilities were well-maintained. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the convenient location made getting around a breeze. Overall, it's a luxurious yet understated experience, incredibly comfortable, and my top choice for travel. I'll definitely be staying here again.

I had a great stay as always. I arrived early and I wasn’t sure if the room would be ready, but in fact, the room was already prepared for me according to my preferences. Jackson at the reception welcome me and the check-in went very smooth. He assured me that they have arranged a room to my liking and in fact, I was very happy with the room and the beautiful view. Highly recommend this hotel and many thanks for the warm and professional service.

Knowing that Shanghai was going to hit 38 degrees Celsius, my husband and I, being an older couple, decided to escape the heat nearby. We loved it so much after checking in that we extended our stay for another two days. The room was spacious, and the views from the window, whether of the lake or the garden, were absolutely delightful. The facilities were complete and well-arranged. We even caught the England vs. Argentina semi-final in the lobby bar. What we'll remember most is the genuine smiles and thoughtful service from almost every staff member we encountered. The breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner were all delicious; even though we tried to be moderate, we still ended up gaining three pounds!

I booked a two-night stay at the 金茂JW Marriott from July 15th to 17th. I am very grateful to the Guest Relations Executive, Xana (Jasmine), for her assistance with a room upgrade. The TV in our originally assigned room had no signal, and even after the engineers tried to fix it, the connection remained unstable. The engineers did notify the front desk on our behalf, and thanks to the prompt help from Xana and the front desk staff, we were immediately moved to another room. Xana even went out of her way to help us move our luggage. We also troubled Xana and another Guest Relations Executive to help deliver our medication to our room. Thank you, Xana, for your thoughtful service and care!

I would also like to thank the housekeeping lady for keeping the room impeccably clean and well-organized.

As for breakfast, true to the JW Marriott style, there was an excellent variety of food choices. However, I was a bit disappointed that the congee and oatmeal were not hot this time. What deserves praise, though, is that all the staff at the breakfast cafe were incredibly friendly and provided wonderful service. They all had smiles on their faces, which put us in a great mood while enjoying our morning meal.

The 金茂 JW Marriott Hotel in Shenzhen has a very convenient location and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend!

The location is the best in Qianhai. The room was great, with two twin beds plus a long sofa, so four adults could easily stay comfortably. The hygiene was excellent, and the service was very good. Downstairs is the famous Ferris Wheel, a popular photo spot, and you can walk to the bay. The staff were very polite, and it's close to Qianhai MixC shopping mall with plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel's buffet breakfast was also excellent.

Stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Beijing during the Dragon Boat Festival. The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get around to all the attractions by subway. The hotel environment is upscale and elegant, the rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the facilities are comprehensive. My stay was quiet and relaxing. A special shout-out to Rain at the front desk, who made check-in quick and efficient. She was warm and gentle, patiently answered all our travel and sightseeing questions, and proactively offered thoughtful suggestions. Her service was meticulous and attentive, making the entire experience comfortable and heartwarming. Both the service and the environment exceeded my expectations, making for a fantastic travel experience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing. Highly recommended!

Located right in the heart of the CBD, getting around is incredibly convenient. Even though it's an older five-star hotel, it's very well-maintained and clean. The rooms are spacious, the soundproofing is good, and the bedding is really comfortable. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the service was polite and proper. The breakfast spread offers a wide variety. It's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, making for an excellent business stay. A very reliable choice for a business trip to Beijing.
