The river view, needless to say, was fantastic. It's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The pool, spa, and various restaurants were all comprehensive. We stayed here for several days, and even with the heavy rain from the typhoon, you could barely hear it indoors. It was a wonderful stay.

The location is excellent, and the front desk proactively upgraded our room, which was a nice gesture. The hotel property is a bit old, and the facilities are dated, but daily maintenance seems adequate.

Initially, I booked for 2 nights, but due to changes in my travel plans, I wanted to extend to 4 nights. During my stay, I inquired about the monthly rate for a long-term stay. A staff member took down my contact information and promised that a colleague would follow up, but I never received any callback, even by check-out.

Each time we extended our stay, we had to go to the front desk to reactivate our room key cards. The lobby is on the 38th floor, requiring an elevator transfer. The underground parking lot lacks clear hotel signage, so if you're driving, you have to figure out the route yourself. Parking costs 50 yuan per day.

The biggest drawback of this experience was the obvious flaw in internal communication. I had requested a late check-out until 2 PM. However, at noon, I received multiple calls from housekeeping and had staff knocking on my door repeatedly asking about extending our stay or checking out. The constant disturbance ultimately forced me to check out early with my child and move to another hotel.

The lobby staff were polite on the surface, but they lacked proactive service awareness. I was traveling with a child, and not once did anyone offer slippers or bath towels (I brought my own toiletries, so this is just an objective observation).

Compared to hotels of a similar caliber, there's a significant gap in the meticulousness of their service, which I believe is the main reason for the branch's low overall rating.

This is the 223rd hotel we've visited with our kids. This weekend, I randomly picked a highly-rated hotel in Shanghai. I've stayed at several Marriott properties before, but this was my first time at a JW Marriott. I felt there were quite a few issues (especially compared to other Marriott and Renaissance hotels I've stayed at this year):
1.  Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready. We were told they'd call us once it was cleaned, but we never received a call.
2.  Our package included dinner for two adults and one child, but the buffet restaurant didn't assist with reservations or seating. As a result, the three of us were crammed into a tiny two-person table.
3.  The dirty dishes were stacked ridiculously close to the dining tables, lol.
4.  The breakfast selection was sparse, and only one station was open. Due to the high number of guests, they clearly weren't paying attention to quality; even the wontons were undercooked.
I could overlook these issues if this were a Courtyard or Fairfield, but for a JW Marriott... hmm.

This Marriott hotel in Shenzhen offered an excellent stay. The overall atmosphere was understated luxury, not overly commercialized. The room had great natural light and was meticulously cleaned. What impressed me most was the staff's service; the guest relations specialist was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and proactively attended to many small details.

During my leisure time, I tried the hotel's mooncakes. The custard lava filling was soft and silky, and the red bean paste with aged tangerine peel had a rich flavor, clearly showing the quality ingredients used. Whether for a short stay or purchasing Mid-Autumn Festival gifts, this hotel won't disappoint. I look forward to my next visit.

I booked this hotel for a layover, as it's conveniently located for airport access. It's also close to Uniwalk, which is great for entertaining kids and dining. The swimming pool offers a nice view of the Ferris wheel at night. I'll definitely book here again for my next layover.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! We stayed for five nights and six days during the summer with our kids. It's really hard to find such large double beds in Beijing, and these were big enough for us. I'd definitely recommend Marriott for families. The hygiene was excellent; the room was cleaned thoroughly every day, which made us feel comfortable and safe. They thoughtfully provided plenty of bottled water, which was perfect for the hot weather.

The breakfast was top-notch, with fresh squeezed juices, noodles, bread, and more. The staff were very attentive, helping with coffee and juice, making us feel right at home. The hotel's location is superb, very convenient for visiting attractions. It's so close that after a long day, we were back in just ten or twenty minutes!

The swimming pool is also a highlight, with both dry and wet saunas, and a massage pool! The kids absolutely loved it! Right next to the hotel is a shopping mall with various dining options, like Jing Yue Fu for Cantonese cuisine. The hotel's Italian restaurant even offers a discount for guests (20% off during our stay). Plus, there are Håagen-Dazs, Tim Hortons, and Mo Suannai for easy ordering. It's truly convenient, and I would genuinely recommend it to friends! We will definitely choose Yuecai Marriott Hotel again on our next trip to Beijing!

The hotel is well-maintained. The only minor issue is the room decor, which feels a bit dated. I heard from the front desk that the gym equipment had been updated, so I went to check it out – the environment is really nice. During my one-day stay, all the front desk and concierge staff I encountered were very friendly and polite, and they responded quickly. When checking out, I met Manager Luo in the lobby, and he efficiently helped me with all the procedures and parking arrangements.
