The check-in was done in three minutes. The room was more spacious and bright than expected. The decoration style was modern and warm. It was my favorite tone! The most surprising thing is the mattress, which is moderately hard and soft. It feels like the fatigue of the day has been sucked away, and it is directly asleep until it wakes up naturally.

Suitable for business trips, but choose carefully for light sleepers

Staying on a business trip, overall it's okay. The facilities and environment are very new, the rooms are clean and the lobby is stylish.
But the most terrible thing is that the sound insulation is a bit poor! The sound of footsteps in the corridor and the sound of the TV next door are clear, affecting sleep.

The twin room has two 1.5-meter-high beds, which are very comfortable and tidy. We checked in at 3 a.m., and the receptionist was still very enthusiastic. The check-in experience was very good. The hotel is located in the center of the old city, and the nearby food street is within walking distance. This will be my first choice when I visit Tianchang in the future.

衞生很不錯剛到酒店以為是新開的還怕有甲醛詢問了一下前台  前台説開業都快兩年了   房間裏面的設施也都是完整沒有損壞像新開的酒店一樣   衞生根本沒得説   前台服務態度也很好辦理入住時就直接告知了無線密碼和餐廳用餐時間   非常貼心   給前台説睡眠質量不太好前台還特意安排了安靜的房間       總的來説還是非常不錯的   給前台的小姐姐們點贊👍

第一次住這家酒店，十分滿意。各方面都很好，特別是前台服務員熱情周到，所問必答，耐心❤細緻，對當地的景點介紹很全面，包括路線行走遊玩順序都畫圖説明祥細，讓我們在亳州玩的很開心也很省心省力。但是遺憾的是忘了這位工作人員的工號和姓名，沒能當面致謝。酒店各方面也沒有拍照片，衹能用文字表達了。下次再來，還住這家酒店。👍
