I upgraded to a brand new standard room for 20 yuan, which was great. I booked three rooms, and one of them had a broken lock. The repairman worked until 1 a.m., which was a real relief. The hotel offered absolutely no explanation or compensation, acting like nothing happened. Seriously, this seriously disturbed my rest! I didn't break the lock! And it was 1 a.m.! Seriously! The hotel's service attitude is just wishful thinking—”I won't do anything unless the customer does”—not even a single apology.

Taking kids to play here is great. Wanda Plaza is right next door, offering everything you need for eating, drinking, and entertainment. It's also very close to Fantawild Adventure, about a 10-minute taxi ride, though taxis can be a bit hard to find. Ride-hailing services are convenient with parking and transfers. The room was clean and tidy, with a reasonable layout. The front desk staff were friendly, and the breakfast selection was decent. Highly recommended!

Hygienic: It's still clean, the room is a bit smelly, and you can spray some air freshener after cleaning.

Facilities: The sound insulation is a bit poor, the next room is four or five in the morning, still brushing the mobile phone, I don't know if it is the hotel staff or the store.
