I booked this for a foreign client. It was the Mid-Autumn Festival and a weekend, so many hotels didn't have full availability. My client needed to stay for several days, and changing rooms mid-stay would have been a hassle. Luckily, I found availability at the International Hotel. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the Bund. However, the hotel service was good, and the front desk staff were very friendly! There are small performances daily, and you'll find quite a few foreign guests here!

The Grand Tang Hotel is bright and impressive. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out were very efficient. The 'Happy Little Butler' service is a thoughtful touch; they sent messages in advance about the weather. The hotel overall is very clean, and the rooms are spacious with excellent facilities, including a minibar. The rooms have great natural light and fantastic views, overlooking Shanghai and offering a clear sight of the 'Pudong Three-Piece Suit' (Oriental Pearl Tower, Jin Mao Tower, and Shanghai World Financial Center). The surrounding transportation is also very convenient.

I booked this hotel specifically for its history and location. Overall, the property is fairly well-maintained, the doormen are very professional, and room service is prompt. However, I must share the most frustrating experience I've ever had at the Jinjiang Hotel. We arrived at the front desk around 12:00 PM with a reservation for a Deluxe King Room in the Jinbei Building. As I gave my name to the male staff member at the front desk and he was looking up our reservation, I asked if we could extend our stay for three nights and whether we could be assigned a higher-floor room with a garden view. He replied that there was a garden-view room on the 3rd floor checking out, but it hadn't been cleaned yet. I said we were heading out and not in a hurry to check in, though the 3rd floor was a bit too low. He then said we would just have to wait and see later. I said that was fine. Immediately after, however, a mother and daughter arrived to check in and were assisted by another staff member nearby. When the mother similarly requested a garden-view room, that staff member checked and immediately said there was one on the 5th floor. Since we were in a rush to visit an exhibition and weren't in a real hurry to check in, and since we had just arrived and didn't want to make an awkward scene, we just stored our luggage and went out. When we returned to the hotel at 5:00 PM, I was given a so-called 7th-floor garden-view room, 711, which had a tiny protruding window—I'll let the hotel staff judge that for themselves. In reality, the room I was given did not match the pictures shown for that room type on Trip.com. That male desk agent was definitely not an intern.

There is a subway entrance right downstairs, and it's very close to a food street. Just across the street is a popular internet-famous academy, and you can even catch a view of the church in the distance. Needless to say, the location is extremely convenient. The only minor drawback was a musty or damp smell upon entering the room, but after mentioning it to the front desk, they immediately moved me to another room. The young man at the front desk provided fantastic service. The breakfast had a great variety of options, but the taste was just so-so.

The bedding was nice, clean, and comfortable, and the appliances and furniture displayed seemed relatively new. The hotel's location, especially the higher floors, offered great views.

I recall staying in a room on the 23rd floor, and surprisingly, the air conditioning in that room had a knob control. Regardless of whether it was set to 1, 2, or 3, there was a noticeable vibration sound from an old AC fan, with the noise fluctuating. Ultimately, I was grateful the weather wasn't too hot, as I had to give up on using the air conditioner. The bathroom felt a bit dated, particularly the showerhead and the glass door in the shower area.

The front desk and lobby staff had a certain relaxed demeanor, typical of state-owned enterprises. Perhaps I'm just used to the service at Duo He Ji; there's definitely room for improvement here.

The Yunnan coffee on the first floor was quite good; I recommend it to coffee lovers.

Room 2203 had a fantastic view, where we could enjoy both the evening sunset and the first light of dawn. From check-in to check-out, the entire stay made for a truly delightful Golden Week holiday for my whole family. The children's playground across from the hotel is just a 5-minute walk away, and the kids had a blast. On the night we arrived, we booked the buffet on the 2nd floor; noticing we were having a family gathering, the staff took the initiative to offer to take photos for us, and there was even a personalized name card on the table—it really made us feel special and well taken care of. Overall, the warmth and attentiveness of the staff are highly commendable, especially the front desk and concierge teams. I forgot to check the bellman's nametag, but he was incredibly patient and meticulous, from handling our luggage to loading it into the car, and even saw us off with a warm wave goodbye as we drove away. This level of service completely lives up to luxury brand standards, and we will definitely choose to stay here again next time. Lastly, just a small suggestion: the EV charging stations in the underground parking are located in Zone D, which is a bit of a walk from Zone A of the hotel. While charging, I noticed some 'chargo' mobile chargers downstairs. It might be helpful to have a few of these ready in Zone A in advance, or allow guests to scan a QR code at the front desk to reserve a mobile charger for their vehicles. This would add an even smarter, tech-forward touch to the luxury guest experience.

This hotel is very close to Zhongshan Hospital, about a 700-800 meter walk away. Zhaojiabang Road Metro Station (Line 7/9) Exit 4 is right outside the hotel, making visits and subway travel very convenient. The rooms appear to have been renovated and are excellent, meeting standard 4-star quality. As a state-owned hotel managed by Jinjiang Group, it's clean and tidy with great value for money. The breakfast is decent, and the rooms are significantly larger than nearby chain hotels. The suites even have two bathrooms, and the shower's rain showerhead is fantastic. For less than 1,000 RMB including breakfast for two, this blind booking truly exceeded my expectations! Very satisfied!

It was a huge disappointment. I had high hopes but it quickly vanished right when I stepped foot into the lobby seeing a guy smoking, yes, in the hotel lobby! Okay that’s not really the hotel’s fault. I checked in, got the key and got into my room, Immediately I noticed that the thermal stat didn’t work. Sweating desperately I called the desk and a tech showed up quickly, I thought thank god, but the tech told me that only he can adjust himself it at the background, and I’m not allowed to adjust the temperature in my room. I couldn’t believe my ears, but had to agreed to his offer of lowering the temperature by 2 degrees to 22 degrees Celsius, which is like 72 Fahrenheit? Long story short, my room temperature was 26 C or 80 degree F all the time. That’s enough for me.

We chose the CITIC Pacific Zhujiajiao Jinjiang Hotel for our short weekend getaway, and our two-night stay exceeded expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Zhujiajiao Ancient Town, making it super convenient for sightseeing and dining. It's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, with a tranquil environment perfect for escaping the city and relaxing.

We booked a deluxe twin room, which was spacious and bright. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very restful sleep. The room was clean and tidy, facilities were well-maintained, and toiletries were complete. The overall decor was simple yet elegant. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The staff were polite and enthusiastic, responded promptly, and provided thoughtful and detailed service.

The hotel's surroundings are very pleasant, perfect for leisurely strolls. After exploring the ancient town, it was nice to return to the hotel to rest, enjoying a slow and relaxing pace that was truly stress-relieving. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and getting a taxi is also very convenient. The overall value for money is excellent, making it suitable for both friends gathering or a short leisure trip.

The two-day stay was very pleasant and trouble-free. We successfully escaped the city's hustle and bustle and truly relaxed. If we visit Zhujiajiao again, we'll definitely prioritize this hotel, and I highly recommend it to friends looking for a short getaway nearby!

This was my first time staying at the Longemont Hotel with my child, and I have to commend it, especially the service-mindedness of Manager Ling from the lobby. I had requested a crib for my two-year-old in advance, and Manager Ling, noticing that a crib might be a bit cramped for the child during check-in, very thoughtfully upgraded us to an Executive Room, giving my child much more space to move around. I'm truly grateful for that. The hotel environment is lovely, set back from the road, making it very quiet. It's lush with trees and has a flat, open lawn, truly an urban oasis. As it's an older hotel, the facilities are a bit dated, but the cleanliness is well-maintained, and the staff are very polite.

A very satisfying stay. The room was spacious and the bedding was comfortable, truly five-star quality. The location is excellent, and the value for money is outstanding. Downstairs, there's a free hot spring and swimming pool for two people per room. The only downside is that it's right next to Line 13, so the soundproofing isn't great and it can be a bit noisy. I highly recommend the beer garden downstairs; their sea cucumber and sea urchin rice is incredibly delicious and great value. The grilled pork belly is also very tasty.

The rooms and service were super thumbs up! I'll definitely recommend it to colleagues and friends. Breakfast was also fantastic. I'll be back next time!

I was very satisfied with my stay here. The front desk staff were gentle and friendly, and check-in was very efficient, so I didn't have to wait in a long line. They patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions about local transportation and parking, and responded quickly to any requests I had. Check-out was also simple and quick. The overall service was professional and appropriate, making for a comfortable stay. The room environment was also clean and tidy. This is my first choice for travel accommodation and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The lady at the front desk specifically gave me a newly renovated room, which is a huge improvement from the old ones. The lighting, in particular, is much brighter; the old rooms were always too dim, making it very unsuitable for us night owls to read or work.

The hotel is a bit old, but the location is excellent! It's surrounded by snack stalls, and there are many small alleyways in Xi'an with 1-yuan skewers. Plus, they have their own parking lot, which is a huge bonus. The service was also very good.

The hotel was generally very nice and convenient, not far from the highway exit and very close to the Olympic Sports Center (about a ten-minute drive). Even the river-view rooms had great views, and the rooms were quite spacious. The environment was really nice, but it's a prime location. I went on New Year's Eve, and it was incredibly crowded. I wanted to try the breakfast, but unfortunately, I was too late to get up, so I won't comment on that (I think a small open-air balcony would be nice; I highly recommend it). The only drawback was that the facilities had some minor issues. I drove there right after work, already exhausted, and wanted to rest before going out for dinner and entertainment. However, the bedside socket was faulty, and it took about 40-50 minutes to check and repair it. It was really frustrating. This is the bare minimum for a hotel; any room problems should be addressed beforehand. I don't know if the previous guests didn't report it or what, but this kind of basic mistake shouldn't be made. Furthermore, no staff member apologized at all. The only apology was from the repairman who said something like ”sorry to bother you.” No one from the front desk or the housekeeper inquired about our well-being. I just wanted to ask, ”Where is the apology?” My first stay wasn't great. When checking in, I asked if I could have a late check-out. The receptionist, Ms. Zheng, was very kind and let us check out at 2 PM. Considering it was New Year's Day, being able to check out at 2 PM was still a huge relief. The concierge was also very helpful; he even helped me with my luggage, although I only had two backpacks, and explained how to use the lighting controls.

In short, the price wasn't really good value for money. Without the receptionist and concierge, I would have given this hotel a bad review. It's unbelievable that such a large hotel isn't as good value as hotels costing 200-300 yuan these days; it's ridiculous.
