Excellent location: The hotel is right across from the subway station, a 30-minute ride to Hongqiao Airport, less than 10 minutes to Shanghai Grand Theatre, and less than 5 minutes to Shanghai History Museum.

Butterfly Pastries: The butterfly pastries at the Park Hotel are incredibly famous, with long queues day and night. A member of our tour group waited two hours to buy some. I tried them myself, and they were indeed very flaky and crispy~

Service: The service from the bellboys, concierge, restaurant, and housekeeping was all great. The housekeeping auntie on the 9th floor was very warm and friendly, greeting guests and thoughtfully replenishing tissues, drinking water, and disposable slippers.

The hotel itself has a rich history, dating back to 1934, attracting many foreign tourists and older guests from Hong Kong, Macau, and mainland China. ”Nostalgia” is definitely a theme here.

Elevator: The elevators are a bit old, and are shared by both the restaurant and guest rooms. On my first day, I noticed a strong smell of baijiu (Chinese liquor) in the elevator.

Outstanding stay at Jin Jiang Tower. Exceeded expectations in every way. Excellent location, elegant atmosphere, spacious and comfortable room, and truly impeccable service.
The staff made me feel genuinely welcomed, and the overall hospitality was top class. Being able to stay in the heart of Shanghai, close to dining, shopping and the French Concession, made the experience even more special.
Everything felt smooth, refined, and well managed. I left with a very positive impression and would gladly return. Strongly recommended for anyone visiting Shanghai.

I came to the Jinjiang Hotel, which has a hundred-year history, specifically because of its reputation. The doormen were all very welcoming, greeting me warmly and helping with the car door and luggage. The service was excellent. The location is absolutely fantastic, with Changle Road and Julu Road right downstairs, perfect for dining, late-night snacks, and shopping. The facilities are indeed a bit dated, but if you're looking for a nostalgic experience, it's a great choice.

I'm a returning customer here. My company is nearby, so whenever I have to work late, I usually choose this hotel. It's a well-established brand, very trustworthy.

**Hygiene:** The king room is quite spacious and bright, very comfortable for one person. The air conditioning works great.

**Environment:** It's located in a bustling downtown area, so you don't have to worry about food, shopping, accommodation, or transportation – it's super convenient.

**Service:** If you need anything, just dial 0 from your room, and they'll help you out. Plus, there are robots that deliver takeout.

**Mini bar:** Good.

This hotel in Lingang offers incredible value for money! Every staff member I encountered was incredibly service-oriented, people-focused, friendly, enthusiastic, and proactive. My stay was fantastic! They called me in advance to confirm any special requests, and when they found out I was bringing my mother for a holiday, they decorated the room beautifully. The room arrangement was perfect, and we even received complimentary fruit, pastries, and drinks. So many small details made us feel incredibly warm and welcomed.

The hotel lobby is very grand, and the room was exactly as pictured – 55 square meters, spacious, and comfortable. Booking consecutive nights through Trip.com included a room upgrade and breakfast, which was a great deal, and we could even combine it with government consumption vouchers. The upgraded room was on a higher floor and had a capsule coffee machine. The room featured underfloor heating, a vanity table, and a super large desk. The views outside the window were stunning both day and night. We could see the Drip Lake Saturday fireworks display in the distance, though part of the view was obstructed by the Indigo hotel in front.

To the north, there's a large and fun 'Children's Garden' which is great for kids and also perfect for photos. To the west, there's another park with some Chinese-style architecture, where we could go for an outdoor photoshoot as part of the hotel's complimentary photography service. The courtesy intelligent vehicle could pick us up right at the hotel's second-floor lobby entrance, which was very convenient.

The breakfast selection was rich and varied, offering specialty potstickers. Besides the usual fruits, they had mangoes and jujubes, all kept in refrigerated display cases, which is so much better than just leaving them out! It was the first time I'd ever seen a honeycomb offered at a hotel breakfast! All the yogurts were from Guangming, and the candy offered in the lobby was White Rabbit – anyone who knows, knows the quality! The side dishes, true to the Jinjiang brand, were delicious.

Drip Lake offers beautiful scenery; you can cycle around the lake or use the Lingang travel mini-program to book an intelligent vehicle or a pink double-decker sightseeing bus for a lake tour. The nearby Maritime Museum is worth a visit; its accessibility features are excellent, with gentle ramps and seating everywhere. It's stress-free for both seniors and children.

Our butlers, Xiao Zhao and Yuanyuan, were incredibly responsive. During this stay, I carelessly misplaced an item, and after checking out, I bothered them and the housekeeping department with repeated calls and confirmations for a long time. They went to a lot of trouble for me, and even though the item wasn't found in the end, I'm still very grateful for all their help!

I will recommend Jinjiang to all my friends coming to Lingang!

The only downsides were that the room lighting was quite dim and food delivery wasn't allowed upstairs. Everything else was pretty good.

Great location with a subway station right next door, very convenient for getting things done in the area. I'll choose this place again next time.

The room was quite spacious, and the environment was lovely. I imagine it would be even more beautiful in spring and summer, but since I stayed in winter, the greenery wasn't at its best. The hotel grounds are huge; taking a stroll after the buffet breakfast is a great way to digest. Speaking of which, the buffet breakfast had a fantastic variety of options, and the service was excellent! The room even came with a small balcony, perfect for enjoying afternoon tea. 😉

Absolutely loved this hotel! The front desk staff provided top-notch service, always going the extra mile for guests. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the hotel's laundry service was incredibly convenient and quick. The housekeeping staff were diligent, responsible, and very polite. Special shoutout to the housekeeper who cleaned room 1505; she kept our room spotless every day. I really hope the management recognizes her excellent work with a bonus. My sincere thanks! 🙏

Although this 1980s-built hotel hasn't undergone major renovations, the value for money offered by this package is truly outstanding. We checked into a south-facing, fourth-floor room with a balcony and a view. While the facilities had a nostalgic charm from a bygone era, everything was fully functional. Sitting on the balcony in the afternoon, basking in the warm sun, with a vast lawn before me and the crisp chirping of birds in my ears, was incredibly relaxing.

The package included three zoo tickets (40 RMB each), and the hotel is just a 10-minute walk away. Even in winter, it was delightful to observe the various animals.

Dinner was served at the Jasmine Hall. We had three portions of abalone, sea cucumber, and mushroom thick soup, three pieces of beef, three sauced shrimp, and three steamed siumai, along with stir-fried Shanghai greens and a steamed perch weighing about a pound. Paired with rice, all the dishes were delicious and made with fresh ingredients.

Breakfast offered both Western and Chinese options and was decent overall, with the Western pastries being particularly good and worth trying.

The hotel grounds boast several ancient trees, some over a hundred years old. Villas 2 and 3, century-old Western-style buildings, were hidden among the trees, only viewable from a distance. More disappointingly, the nearby Sassoon Villa is now closed to the public as the owner has reclaimed the property, so we couldn't see it.

Overall, the hotel service was satisfactory. The front desk, cleaning staff, restaurant staff, and gatekeepers were all very enthusiastic. When we called to request bottled water, it was delivered very quickly.

All in all, for 570 RMB (one night), what we received was definitely great value for money.

Facilities: Still very satisfied with the hot spring and gym.
Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean, which was very pleasant.
Environment: The environment is typical of an established five-star hotel, very comfortable.
Service: The front desk staff, HUA, provided excellent service and was able to accommodate personalized requests.

Hotel is located close to Wang Fu Jing street. It's a very big and grand hotel, but you can tell it's a bit old. There was a leak under our sink and there's a puddle of water in the bathroom constantly. The shower door won't close properly so water gets out everywhere. We had 2 beds in the room, one of the bed was hard as rock. At night, hallways aren't well lit for gym. Good service, staff brought extra towels when they realized we had 2 kids and were very friendly.

I always choose this place when I go on business trips. This one is very convenient in Yizhuang Hotel. The breakfast is also quite rich. There is also a KTV downstairs. After a day of meetings, you can go downstairs to relax. Parking is also very convenient.

The product detail page stated that the room had a bathtub, but upon checking in on the 6th floor, it had been replaced with a shower. It would be helpful if this change was mentioned on the product detail page. Also, the welcome fruit was replaced with a beverage, which I hope could also be communicated in advance. Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, environment, and service.

The Jinjiang Hotel brand truly lives up to its reputation; the entire hotel is well-equipped with excellent facilities. All amenities in the room are top-notch, from the quality toilet paper and slippers to the ample supply of premium bottled water. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich, offering a great mix of Chinese, Western, and local dishes, all prepared with great attention to detail. The staff are attentive and professional in all aspects, tracking everything efficiently and providing warm, courteous service. This hotel is definitely worth staying at again and recommending.

The hotel is the same Kempinski as before, and the facilities are excellent. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms and showers are also quite roomy. The gym is especially great. The service from both the front desk and the concierge is excellent. We were accompanied by foreign guests, and the reception at the front desk was very smooth. The river view room is beautiful; the view of the illuminated Ba River at night is very pleasant. It's a bit far from the city center, but very close to the convention center. Highly recommended for meetings or business trips.
