Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent; the room was cleaned punctually every day, and amenities were refreshed daily during my stay.

Environment: The hotel's environment is also good, and the transportation is very convenient. The subway entrance is right outside the hotel lobby, making it super easy to get around. It's very convenient to get to Tiananmen Square and Wangfujing, and even walkable.

Service: The service attitude is excellent, very warm and welcoming. The front desk staff handled check-in with great enthusiasm and thoughtfulness, especially Xiao Zhai. Seeing that we had a child with us, she promptly upgraded our room. All our requests were handled very efficiently. When my child accidentally left a toy in the hotel, the lobby manager immediately arranged for staff to search for it after receiving our call and gave us timely feedback once it was found. The concierge team was also great, handling food deliveries and luggage storage with warmth and care.

Facilities: Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, they are very well maintained.

The room itself is typical of an older hotel, a decent size. It had twin beds, a chaise lounge, a large desk, and a small tea table, all with ample space. The amenities were comprehensive. The shower was over the bathtub. Honestly, it felt very much like an old four-star hotel in Europe. But this is the Peace Hotel! Built on the site of the original garden, it was specifically designed to host international conferences. Once you learn about the historical events and figures associated with it, you realize it's definitely worth staying at least once! The buffet restaurant on the top floor offers views of almost the entire Forbidden City! I went there the next morning (April 28th) before breakfast just to check it out. The restaurant staff asked for my room number, and when I told her I hadn't booked breakfast and was just visiting, she then gave me a very enthusiastic and comprehensive introduction to the hotel! My main purpose for this trip was to see the flowers, visiting places around the Forbidden City like Jingshan Park, the Imperial Ancestral Temple, Zhongshan Park, and Taoranting. The transportation was super convenient; I just cycled everywhere.

As a long-standing five-star hotel, it hasn't been renovated in years, but the hygiene is excellent. It's within walking distance to Beijing Railway Station, making transportation very convenient. The family room with two beds is a thoughtful touch; although there's only one sink, it's quite functional. The bedding is comfortable. However, the hairdryer is inconvenient as you have to constantly press the button for it to work. The service feels a bit outdated and not very progressive. For example, new slippers should be replenished daily regardless of whether the guest explicitly requests them, rather than assuming they're not needed. Used bathrobes should also be tidied up. The front desk didn't mention a single word about the executive lounge and minibar service included in the room rate. There are several small service details that could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

My top choice for business trips! The room has a spacious desk, making it easy to get work done. The mattress is comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk service is attentive, and I highly recommend the Asian Kitchen buffet on the first floor – great taste and a wide variety of dishes. Plus, the surrounding transport links are convenient. I'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel feels a bit dated, but the buffet restaurant has a unique style. We stayed during the Spring Festival, and the lobby was decorated very festively. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping were all very friendly and provided good service. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located near Metro Line 2, and you can easily take a bus to visit Sanlitun and Chaoyang Park.

The hotel is right next to the subway station, which makes getting around super convenient. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby. I was really happy with the cleanliness, service, and overall environment. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time!

For the price and location, just over 600 with breakfast is acceptable. However, as a middle-aged person, if it weren't for visiting clients nearby, I definitely wouldn't stay here myself. The facilities are too much like an old guesthouse. True, the shower seems to have been renovated and the water pressure is great, but in an old building, the drainage can't keep up. Washing my hair basically turned into a foot bath!

What's worth praising though is the excellent service. The doorman greets you proactively, and any issue brought to the front desk is immediately resolved. The cleanliness is also quite good.

The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's clean and hygienic.

So, if elderly family members are traveling and don't mind the lack of high-tech facilities like electric curtains, this could be a suitable option.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The front desk service was especially attentive; they even provided ice for the Beijing specialties we brought. A big shoutout to Ms. Li Nan at the front desk who went above and beyond to book tickets for Beijing attractions for us. The breakfast every morning was fantastic, offering a wide variety of both Western and Chinese options. Definitely a hotel worth revisiting!

I chose Jianguo Hotel for my business trip to Beijing this time, and I really feel like I picked the right place! Even before we arrived, the front desk manager called to ask for our arrival time. Seeing that we had two rooms, they were incredibly helpful and arranged for us to have adjoining rooms beforehand – truly thinking of the guests' needs. 👍 The rooms were clean, comfortable, and gave us peace of mind. The breakfast ingredients were fresh, hygienic, and there was a great variety. I especially want to commend the hotel's service; the politeness shown to guests is unmatched by other hotels. Whether it was at the front desk or encountering staff in the hallways, everyone would greet us proactively, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Overall, the stay was an excellent experience with great value for money, which really shows how professional the hotel's management is.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to a subway station, which is a huge plus for avoiding Beijing's notorious traffic. The room itself was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and elegant. The service was thoughtful and attentive; the front desk and concierge staff were warm and professional. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. For a business trip, this hotel offers an excellent stay and fantastic value for money.

The hotel environment and hardware are good. But the underground parking fee is a flaw. There are very few free parking spaces on the ground, and there are basically no vacancies all year round. In the huge underground parking lot of the Olympic Sports Center, the hotel actually charges guests for check-in. Which hotel would do this now? It is extremely short-sighted.
In addition, the hotel's breakfast is seriously inconsistent with the price. There is often only one open-kitchen chef on duty, and he can make fried eggs and noodles by himself. However, this chef sometimes finds a way to make pizza that is only sold at noon. No wonder some guests commented that they have to wait for fried eggs and there is no noodles.
And the desserts and breads for breakfast are all perfunctory, none of them can be taken out, and they are extremely unpalatable.
It is recommended that the chef go to Zhengzhou Hotel to learn and observe. Not to mention learning from Marriott, Wanda Wenhua and InterContinental, at least go and see the breakfast of the former Yuda and now Jiajin. At least it should be fresh, of quality and classy. Otherwise, it is better to eat a takeaway breakfast for 20 yuan.

To be fair, the biggest advantage is its proximity to the train station; you can essentially walk there. You don't even need to strictly follow navigation – just ask the front desk, and you'll get there quickly. Taking a taxi is actually inconvenient; we ended up taking a roundabout route.

The downside is that there's nothing much around, and dining options aren't very convenient. If you're traveling with kids, you can just eat at the hotel's top floor restaurant.

The breakfast was excellent! The lamb offal soup, spicy soup (hulutang), and desserts were all made with good quality ingredients. They weren't like those stale or low-quality vegetable cream desserts. The overall quality was great, especially the pound cake – I really loved it!

We accidentally broke a breakfast cup and were charged an extra 28 yuan. I felt the compensation price was a bit high, but it was indeed our fault. I'd suggest providing more baby-friendly cups if possible, otherwise, all-ceramic cups make accidents like this hard to avoid.

The swimming pool is under renovation, which is a bit of a pity. The hotel is in a great location, close to Ruyi Lake Corn House, and it is very convenient to eat nearby, such as Heji Huimian. The room is nice, especially the bathtub is great. The breakfast is very rich, combining Chinese and Western food, and the small croissant is delicious. The only drawback is that the orange juice is not very good.

My stay at Sanya Yalong Bay Shixi Villa Jianguo Resort was absolutely fantastic! A special shout-out to the front desk staff for their warm and efficient service. Not only was check-in super quick, but they also proactively upgraded my room to the sea-view one-bedroom loft apartment I had hoped for. The room itself was spacious and bright, with elegant and tasteful decor. Opening the window revealed a stunning sea view – truly breathtaking! The apartment-style design, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, made for a comfortable and convenient stay. What's more, the price for this stay was incredibly good value for money; getting such a high-quality experience for less than 800 yuan was truly amazing! Both the hotel's service and facilities left a lasting impression. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Sanya, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The restaurant is nicely decorated, and the rooms have projectors, making it quite comfortable to watch videos while lying down. There are many restaurants nearby, including seafood hot pot. Transportation is very convenient; it's near Democracy Square, so it's always busy and easy to get around. The hygiene is also quite good, and the service is quite nice.
