This is my fourth time staying at this hotel, and as always, the overall environment and cleanliness are consistently good. The location is excellent, and I always feel at ease staying here. My only minor complaint is that there were delays in getting the smart robot to deliver my takeout at night. The first time, I had to go downstairs myself and saw a lot of people checking in, so I understood. However, the second time, around 10 PM, there was another delay, and when I went downstairs, I saw the front desk staff sitting idly, which was a bit frustrating. I hope the hotel can improve their delivery dispatch system for an even better experience.

The service was excellent! My friend arrived after breakfast hours, but they still helped prepare eggs and bread for them. The hotel rooms are comfortable, and the location is fantastic with lots of great food nearby. It's also convenient for shopping in Tianhe and very close to Baiyun Mountain, making it super easy to get around!

Coming to Guangzhou, choosing the right accommodation really doubles the experience! This time, I returned to this hotel, and it directly took care of all the comfort and convenience of my trip. I highly recommend it to friends visiting Guangzhou!

First, let's talk about its best feature: the location. It's truly a prime spot for exploring the old city! You can walk to Guangxiao Temple in just one minute. In the morning, you can stroll over, enjoy the peaceful sounds of morning bells and evening drums in the ancient temple, pray, or simply take a walk – it's super convenient. In the evening, you're directly in food heaven; a few minutes' walk takes you to Xihua Road Food Street. From classic Wonton noodles and Chee Cheong Fun to dessert shops and clay pot rice, you'll have endless choices. Plus, there's a McDonald's and convenience store downstairs, just five minutes away, so you can grab a bite or drink anytime you're hungry or thirsty.

It's also super close to the subway and bus stations. Right outside is a transportation hub, making it easy to get to Beijing Road, Shangxiajiu, or other attractions by subway. You won't have to worry about getting around at all; it’s one smooth and straightforward route.

Now, about the room itself. The twin room I booked was much more spacious than I expected. The original wood flooring paired with light gray walls felt clean and airy, completely free of that stuffy feeling traditional hotels sometimes have. Both beds were soft and cozy, the blankets had a faint clean scent, and the pillows were just the right firmness. After a full day of sightseeing, I'd just collapse into bed and sleep soundly until morning. The sofa by the window was an unexpected bonus. I could draw the curtains and binge-watch shows or pull back the sheer curtains to relax in the sun. The small desk in the room was also handy for some quick work. Every detail showed thoughtfulness.

The bathroom's wet and dry separation was excellent. The gray tiles were clean and refreshing, and the mirror was spotless, without a single water stain. A hairdryer and toiletries were all provided, and the hot water came quickly and steadily, allowing me to wash away a day's fatigue with a nice hot shower.

The hotel's detailed service was also noteworthy. The front desk staff were incredibly nice, patiently telling us about local food and tourist routes during check-in, and even reminding us of Guangxiao Temple's opening hours. The room was immaculately clean; the desktop, under the bed, and all the corners of the bathroom were spotless, without any dust or odors, even the air conditioning vent was sparkling clean. The hallway was also very quiet, I couldn't hear any noisy sounds at all. The soundproofing exceeded expectations, largely because the guests were also very considerate and didn't make noise that would disturb others.

Overall, this hotel is the kind of place you'd 'stay at and then recommend to friends.' The value for money is incredibly high; the location, environment, and service are all top-notch. Whether you're visiting Guangzhou for tourism or a business trip, it couldn't be more suitable. Next time I come to Guangzhou, I will definitely choose this place again! The facilities and equipment are also excellent, with washing machines, dryers, and storage for parcels, food deliveries, and luggage – everything you need. Very satisfied.

The floor-to-ceiling windows offer an amazing view, and watching the city lights at night was incredibly soothing. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the cleanliness was impeccable, even the corners were spotless. The bathroom had strong water pressure, and hot water was instant, making a bath so relaxing. The service was excellent too, with quick responses to any issues. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

This time I accompanied my family to the Provincial Hospital for a medical visit. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the hospital, so there's no need to wake up early to catch a bus or rush around, which is incredibly convenient for both patients and their companions. The front desk staff were particularly thoughtful during check-in. The new mattress in the room was just the right firmness, so I finally got a good night's sleep 💤. There's a convenience store and restaurants downstairs, making meals super easy. Dongshankou subway station is also just a few minutes' walk away, making it effortless to get to other places.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The ambiance was great, with a wide-open view and lovely scenery. The room was well-equipped with all necessities, had no strange odors upon entering, and was meticulously clean. The wet and dry areas were well-separated, and the hot water supply was consistent. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing at night was excellent, allowing for a peaceful sleep until morning. The front desk staff were friendly and polite, highly efficient, and even provided thoughtful directions to nearby attractions. The surrounding area boasts convenient transportation and a variety of dining and shopping options. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and I genuinely recommend it to everyone.
