The young man at the front desk who can speak Chinese was incredibly helpful and always accommodated our requests. His service awareness was clearly superior to others. The Chinese staff were all very nice, so language was definitely not an issue at all. Thank you all! The subway is also very close, which makes it convenient to go anywhere!

Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free.

It's about a 15-minute walk to the nearest MRT station and only a few blocks from bus stops, a convenience store, and a supermarket. The area has plenty of eateries nearby, which is convenient.

The room is fine for one or two light travelers, but it feels cramped if you have multiple suitcases or just like a bit more space to move around.

Aside from some air-conditioning noise and a faint sound of running water in the bathroom, the room was surprisingly quiet. Housekeeping kept everything clean throughout our stay, so we were able to rest well.

Our room had a window, which we liked for the natural morning sunlight. The only small drawback was the curtains don’t meet fully in the middle and leave gaps on the sides, so light seeps in and privacy isn’t 100% (especially at night when the room is lit).

There was no refrigerator or slippers in the room (we forgot to ask if slippers are available upon request). On the plus side, the hot shower worked perfectly, the bathroom had a bidet, Wi-Fi was reliable, and there were a few clothes hangers.

One final note though: booking a taxi via app can be tricky in this area, so I recommend calling one in advance, especially if you’re heading to the airport with a child or lots of luggage. Using ride-hailing apps is usually easier if you're in a rush (look for the family-friendly option upon booking).

For a 2-star hotel, it felt like it offered great value for money.

After reading so many reviews and posts about Ibis Singapore, I was quite anxious about the cleanliness and overall environment before checking in. However, the hotel's condition exceeded my expectations; it was surprisingly clean, and the front desk staff could speak Chinese.

We had such a pleasant stay at Ibis Budget Hotel Pearl, and I’m truly grateful because it became a memorable part of our wonderful journey in Singapore. Our experience started when we arrived early and needed to leave our baggage before exploring SG. We were warmly assisted by Mr. Pang, who was very kind, hospitable, and accommodating — a great start to our trip!
The hotel is clean, the room is comfortable for the three of us, and what we enjoyed most was their shower — surprisingly nice and refreshing, especially after a long day of touring.
Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. Thank you, Ibis Budget Hotel Pearl, for being part of our SG adventure. Highly recommended!

The location is great, there's a subway nearby, and there are also the famous Song Fa Bak Kut Teh and Ya Kun Toast. It's very quiet at night and I slept very well.

The hotel's location makes it easy to find food, especially halal food. It's also close to a mosque. 

walk about 15 minutes, you will arrive at Geylang Serai Market & Food Centre. There are many choices of halal Malay and other foods. There are also places selling clothes and various foods. 

Thank you for providing the room we requested—on the top floor, overlooking the street, and close to the elevator. The room was perfect for three people, and even had toiletries for four.

Convenient location where in between Little India & Rochor DT line and close with respective station. The only setback base on personal option were the room was too small for 3pax & no either complimentary bottle water nor water dispensing machine although the tap water is drinkable.

Had a wonderful experience at ibis budget Singapore Bugis. The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived early by MRT from Changi Airport and didn't have a car. The hotel is conveniently located near Bugis MRT Station-only about a 10-minute walk. Along the way, you'll pass Bugis Junction Mall and lots of local eateries, making it a perfect location for food lovers and city explorers.

We initially asked the staff to store our luggage since check-in wasn't due yet, but we were lucky-the room was available, and they kindly allowed us to check in early. That gave us time to freshen up and head out for a quick city tour before attending a concert at Esplanade - Theatres on the Bay, which is just a 15-minute walk from the hotel.

In short, the location, staff service, and convenience made our stay fantastic. Highly recommended if you're looking for an affordable and strategic place to stay in Singapore

The location of the Hotel is conveniently near
VivoCity and Harbourfront so if your activities are
mostly going to Sentosa this is a very good
hotel to stay. It also has beautiful view and safe
surroundings. Seah Im Food Centre is just 10mins
walk, we always have breakfast there. It is also near
bus stops just 1 to 2 mins walk. The place is clean,
with good water pressure, good air conditioning and
fast wifi. There are also convenience stores nearby,
Cheers and Shell Select. The Bistro downstairs also
serve good food. The staff are friendly and helpful,
They let us leave our luggages even after we have
checked out of the hotel. Kudos to Elaine for being
cheerful and accomodating. Highly recommended

Honestly, for Singapore, this place offers great value for money. It's perfect if you're out exploring all day and just need a place to rest at night. My room was reasonably clean. I'd recommend bringing your own disposable bedding and towels. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and a bus stop right outside, making transportation very convenient.

The room was sparkling clean, which was great! However, a heads-up for future guests: you'll need to bring your own toiletries, as beyond bath towels, no other amenities are provided in the room. The location is decent. We took a taxi from Terminal 1, and it cost 22 Euros, which felt quite expensive.

Although the hotel is small, it has everything. It is close to the subway station and very convenient to the city center. The breakfast is also very good. It is said that check-in is at 2 o'clock, but it is too early. They helped me check in at 12 o'clock.

The location of this hotel is very close to the main attractions of Madrid by walk. However, it is also located at a complicated area of Madrid - we witnessed someone caught by police at Carrefour, quite a number of homelessness begging near the hotel, metro and the plaza nearby. Some would ask for money proactively. 
For the size of room, it was very small and we couldn’t open two luggage ￼boxes at the same time. They didn’t provide amenities but only provided 3 in 1 cleaning liquid soap. You also needed to ask for a cup from the front desk. 
It was HKD1800+ per night which was a bit expensive and not value for money from my side.

The hotel staff were proactive, polite, and always greeted us with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and had new appliances, including a large TV, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The hotel is located near the airport, with the subway station about a 7-8 minute walk away, and the city center about 30-40 minutes away. It's a great choice for a short layover. Overall, I was very satisfied!

This hotel saved us because our previous hotel booking was unceremoniously cancelled. Anyway, while this hotel is not in the city center, still, it was near a big market, fast food chains, and more importantly, near a train station. Btw, we didn’t like the layout of its CR/restroom. If you’re a couple, then you may not find it odd. But since we were business travellers, it was a bit difficult to use. But overall, we liked staying here! The beds are comfy and the staff are nice and accommodating.

A Pleasant Stay with Warm Hospitality

It’s always a pleasant stay at this hotel. Although it's a budget hotel, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially want to highlight the young lady who assisted me during check-in—she was so kind and welcoming. She provided me with all the necessary information about breakfast locations, nearby laundry services, and more. That was very helpful and much appreciated.

The hotel's location is also very strategic. There are plenty of eateries nearby, and it’s close to both the bus and train stations. The room itself was simple but clean. Everyone at the hotel is polite and friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

If I could suggest a few areas for improvement, they would be:

1. Provide a kettle in the room – Hot water for drinking is important for me, and having a kettle would be very convenient.

2. Install proper blackout curtains – This would help guests sleep better by blocking out excess light.

3. Offer laundry services – Having an in-house laundry option would be useful, especially for longer stays.

Other than these suggestions, everything else was perfect. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and truly appreciate the warm hospitality shown by all the staff. Thank you!

I was surprised by this hotel. The rates for those dates were very high for hotels I usually go to, Mercure or. Estanplaza for example. I didn't expect much but I felt very good in a decent, small place with a lot of express service. I think what I paid is high for what the hotel is but the rates in other places were very high. The hotel is neat, clean with very good service and facilities. The shower ran great and the bed was very comfortable. To take account.

The hotel is well located, clean clothes, service grade 10, the price is compatible. It should have a better price for network customers.
The shower could be installed on top and not on the side.

The room is very cramped, but the facilities are complete. There is no bath gel or shampoo, so you need to prepare it yourself. The bath and toilet are separated. The hot water is good, but there is no handrail in the bathroom, and the floor is slippery. I don't recommend it for the elderly. The narrow bed is enough. The external environment is relatively good, with many restaurants, supermarkets, and bars around. There are not many homeless people, so it is relatively safe. There is a rich morning and the service staff is also very good.
