The young man at the front desk who can speak Chinese was incredibly helpful and always accommodated our requests. His service awareness was clearly superior to others. The Chinese staff were all very nice, so language was definitely not an issue at all. Thank you all! The subway is also very close, which makes it convenient to go anywhere!

The place is tight or small for some people because of the ibis philosophy of small to cheap,So normal for ibis.budget hotel of that size.But the location is central for many eaters to find the place to eat and the bus stop is about 4 to 5 min walk behind the hotel to the airport  bus number 31 and then number 36,the stop called Aft Geylang Rd for number 31 and Opp Amber Gdns for number 36.
The online check-in was nice because removed check-in waiting time for the customes after arriving at the reception.

Overall, it's not much different from mainland China. Toilet paper can be flushed directly down the toilet, there's no waste bin. The room has two bins, one for general waste and one for recyclables. Tap water is drinkable; I drank it directly for the few days I was in Singapore, sometimes after heating it slightly. There are many restaurants nearby. It's a few hundred meters from Aljunied MRT station, and there's also a bus stop about 200 meters away. I arrived at night, and the front desk agent, who seemed to be an Indian lady, took my passport and said 'check-in.' She spoke a few sentences, and all I understood was 'no smoking,' then she gave me the room card. At check-out, I just handed in the card and left. It was very good. Great value for money.

The hotel's location makes it easy to find food, especially halal food. It's also close to a mosque. 

walk about 15 minutes, you will arrive at Geylang Serai Market & Food Centre. There are many choices of halal Malay and other foods. There are also places selling clothes and various foods. 

Thank you for providing the room we requested—on the top floor, overlooking the street, and close to the elevator. The room was perfect for three people, and even had toiletries for four.

I stayed at ibis budget Singapore Pearl for a few nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a short stay — air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a cozy bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and offering useful local tips. The hotel’s location in Geylang is perfect for budget travelers, with lots of affordable food options and easy access to buses and the MRT within about 10 minutes’ walk, which made exploring Singapore very convenient. While the rooms are on the smaller side (typical for a budget hotel in Singapore), the value for money was excellent. I’d recommend this place for anyone looking for a simple, clean, and well-located stay without breaking the bank.

The room was very clean, and the transportation was super convenient, close to both bus stops and the subway. There are many Bak Kut Teh restaurants nearby, as well as several shopping malls. Plus, there's an outdoor swimming pool on the rooftop! The front desk also has staff who speak Chinese, which I highly recommend. It's not noisy at all, and there's a 7-Eleven and places to eat right next door. 😍😍😍 Yoke Ling is super friendly and always ready to help! 

Good location and service, the staff are very nice and friendly. If you are booking a room here do not forget it is an Ibis budget. Cleanliness, it could be improved, amenities were basic, the rooms are really small even for a superior one, we did not have room to have our big luggage, a cabin bag and two backpacks. The breakfast is fine, everyday you’ll have something different.

First, the negatives: the bedsheets were a bit dirty, two of the bathroom towels had large holes, and there was no hot water for showering. Possibly there were too many guests and the hot water supply was insufficient.

The positives: the staff were polite, and the location is ideal. Within one to two minutes’ walk, there are many types of restaurants. Taking the bus is very convenient for getting around, and the MRTs only a few minutes’ walk away.

Overall, it's acceptable because of a reasonable price.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. If you are looking to stay in SG and have a full itinerary this hotel is budget friendly and the room offers a good place for sleep. It is near almost every tourist spots and right next door is the 7/11.

Staying in Singapore has certainly been an experience, and overall, it was quite… unique 😅

First, the pros:
1.  **Convenient Location**: It's about 900 meters from Harbourfront Vivocity, roughly a 10-minute walk.
2.  **Affordable Price**: At 625 RMB per night (weekend rate, slightly higher than weekdays) including tax, this is considered quite cheap in Singapore, where prices are sky-high 😅.
3.  **Cleanliness**: The room was very clean and well-maintained, as expected from a chain brand.

Now for the cons:
First, the room is tiny, definitely less than 13 square meters. The actual usable space, including the bathroom, is only about six or seven square meters.
Second, I honestly didn't understand what ”1 double bed measuring 1.31 meters” meant at first. After checking in, I realized that 1.31 meters was the total width of *two* beds! Divided by two, each bed was only 0.65 meters wide 😅. Honestly, this is the narrowest bed I've ever slept in 😅.

I didn't think much of it and just lay down, but in the middle of the night, I almost fell off the bed when I turned over. I had to get up and push the two beds together to be able to continue sleeping, albeit uncomfortably, due to the large, sunken gap in the middle. Also, I don't know who keeps them, but there are several chickens in the green belt outside, and they started crowing incessantly before 7 AM. It feels a bit out of place for a business hotel to have chickens outside, not quite fitting with Singapore's sophisticated, elite image, haha 😅.

Another experience related to ”cultural differences”: The hotel doesn't provide bottled water. There's a ”drinking water” sign on the bathroom faucet, but I didn't dare drink it, haha 😅. Luckily, I brought two bottles of water myself (500ml + 600ml), which I managed to make do with for a day and a half. Plus, there was a 600ml bottle of mineral water on the Aeroline bus on the way back the next evening. This saved me money on buying water in Singapore (not including a coconut shake and a durian cendol I bought the next day).

Singapore is really hot and humid. The sun is scorching during the day, and walking outside feels like being roasted alive 😅. Restaurants and food courts don't provide free hot or cold water. Water might indeed be a scarce resource here, which I can rationally understand 😅.

This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and friendly, smiling staff. It's also super affordable, offering great value for money, especially for a budget hotel. While the rooms are compact, the space is incredibly well-designed and utilized. I tried a snack from the vending machine which was delicious, if a little salty. You can purchase a liter of water from the restaurant for 6 Euros. Do remember to bring your own toiletries, as Europe is quite committed to environmental protection these days. The airport shuttle service is very convenient, costing 5 Euros per person per trip.

Although the hotel is small, it has everything. It is close to the subway station and very convenient to the city center. The breakfast is also very good. It is said that check-in is at 2 o'clock, but it is too early. They helped me check in at 12 o'clock.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, with Metro Line 3 right at its doorstep. A large supermarket is conveniently located downstairs, and small shops nearby offer cheap fruit. Atocha train station, Madrid's busiest, is only a 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel itself is relatively new, though the beds are a bit narrow and the bathroom felt slightly cramped. The Western-style breakfast includes fruit, coffee, and yogurt, but no vegetables. Overall, it's a decent option, especially considering hotels in Madrid tend to be quite expensive.

The hotel staff were proactive, polite, and always greeted us with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and had new appliances, including a large TV, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The hotel is located near the airport, with the subway station about a 7-8 minute walk away, and the city center about 30-40 minutes away. It's a great choice for a short layover. Overall, I was very satisfied!

A Pleasant Stay with Warm Hospitality

It’s always a pleasant stay at this hotel. Although it's a budget hotel, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially want to highlight the young lady who assisted me during check-in—she was so kind and welcoming. She provided me with all the necessary information about breakfast locations, nearby laundry services, and more. That was very helpful and much appreciated.

The hotel's location is also very strategic. There are plenty of eateries nearby, and it’s close to both the bus and train stations. The room itself was simple but clean. Everyone at the hotel is polite and friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

If I could suggest a few areas for improvement, they would be:

1. Provide a kettle in the room – Hot water for drinking is important for me, and having a kettle would be very convenient.

2. Install proper blackout curtains – This would help guests sleep better by blocking out excess light.

3. Offer laundry services – Having an in-house laundry option would be useful, especially for longer stays.

Other than these suggestions, everything else was perfect. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and truly appreciate the warm hospitality shown by all the staff. Thank you!

This hotel saved us because our previous hotel booking was unceremoniously cancelled. Anyway, while this hotel is not in the city center, still, it was near a big market, fast food chains, and more importantly, near a train station. Btw, we didn’t like the layout of its CR/restroom. If you’re a couple, then you may not find it odd. But since we were business travellers, it was a bit difficult to use. But overall, we liked staying here! The beds are comfy and the staff are nice and accommodating.

The hotel is well located, but it's undergoing renovations. They didn't mention this when I made the reservation. The experience wasn't good.

The staff were well trained and careful, the room was cleaned and cleaned, the kitchen was not available during the night period. 

The room is very cramped, but the facilities are complete. There is no bath gel or shampoo, so you need to prepare it yourself. The bath and toilet are separated. The hot water is good, but there is no handrail in the bathroom, and the floor is slippery. I don't recommend it for the elderly. The narrow bed is enough. The external environment is relatively good, with many restaurants, supermarkets, and bars around. There are not many homeless people, so it is relatively safe. There is a rich morning and the service staff is also very good.

The hotel is in a good location, next to a large shopping mall, very convenient.

Good accommodation despite the small room. Excellent location, right next to the metro. Only a few q staff left to desire in sympathy

O hotel está em reforma, muito barulho, sujeira na entrada, de obras, deixando a desejar.
Para nos comunicarmos com a recepção, o telefone fica no corredor e deveria ter nos quartos, achei o hotel muito caro, esperava que fosse bem melhor, o estacionamento tem que pagar a parte. Custo benefício bem abaixo do que esperávamos.
