First, let's talk about the location: it's absolutely fantastic and super convenient. The subway station is right next to the hotel; just turn right when you exit, and you'll find Heiwado, Changsha Spring, Wangfujing, IFS, and the Pedestrian Street. Behind the hotel is Jiefang West, so you'll never be short of great food options like Zhang Jiawen and Ben Luobo. If you want to buy local specialties, the famous Hunan braised duck can be found right downstairs.

As for hygiene, it was pretty good. I was quite worried after reading some negative reviews before checking in. The room air wasn't particularly fresh, which I think is probably due to the small window opening and insufficient ventilation. However, the cleanliness wasn't as bad as some reviews claimed. Many negative reviews mentioned the paid toiletries, which cost 59 RMB. Personally, I think it's your own fault if you didn't see the clearly marked price of 59.9 RMB. And 59.9 RMB isn't as expensive as some bad reviews make it out to be, because it's not just a simple toothbrush and toothpaste. It also includes a disposable four-piece set and a few disposable towels. For that standard, the price is really fair. I certainly can't buy a set of toiletries of the same quality for 59 RMB.

The hotel's bedding was very comfortable, quite similar to the Atour bedding I use at home, perhaps even more comfortable. The hairdryer was a Laifen brand, which is a big plus for women.

The value for money is also excellent. We came for a concert during the Dragon Boat Festival, so holiday prices were slightly higher than usual. On weekdays, it seems to be priced at around 300-400 RMB, which is definitely worth it for this location and price point.

Of course, there are some minor complaints: the breakfast was indeed a bit disappointing. It felt like it was only worth about 20 to 30 RMB.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how welcoming, clean, and well-organized everything was.

The staff were exceptional. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. They made the stay feel personal and comfortable, and their attention to detail really stood out. It was clear that they cared about making guests feel welcome.

The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything was well maintained, and the room had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I also really appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel, as it created a very relaxing and reassuring environment.

The hotel facilities were excellent and added to the overall experience! I liked the restaurant and bar, it really brought a lively experience. If I come back to Changsha, Im definitely coming back here.

This hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the city center, making it super convenient for getting around! Popular attractions like the Hunan Provincial Museum, Orange Isle, and Yuelu Mountain are all easily accessible. Before I even checked in, butler Xiao Yin called to warmly greet me and even proactively upgraded my room, which was such a pleasant surprise. The room was spotless, with attention to every detail, and they even offered a complimentary evening drink. I received a reminder for breakfast in the morning and was able to request a late checkout. The service throughout my stay was incredibly thoughtful and warm. My experience here was absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend it!

The rooms facing Furong Road are lively and bustling, but can be a bit noisy. There are also rooms facing the small alleys of Beibei Street, which have a less impressive view but are incredibly quiet – it just depends on your preference. I chose a quiet one. The breakfast is fantastic, especially the Changsha alkaline noodles and rice noodles, which have been my favorites for years. This is an old-school high-end hotel in Changsha, and like a Ferrari, even when it's old, it's still a Ferrari!

The room is very clean, comfortable and spacious. It is located next to the Longhua subway station, which makes travel very convenient. It is close to the airport but far from the city, but the subway is very convenient. The hotel provided fruit upon check-in, and the breakfast was very complete and good, with attentive service. The facilities are a bit old but not a big deal, the price/performance ratio is very high, I recommend staying here.

I chose Xiangjiang Huatian for my business trip, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Its central location makes commuting easy, and on-site parking is convenient. The in-room Wi-Fi is stable, perfect for both work and relaxation. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were smooth, and the housekeeping was meticulous. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the gym and pool were great for unwinding after work. The staff was professional and polite, handling all my meeting and accommodation needs perfectly. It's an excellent choice for business travelers.

Big thumbs up to this hotel! The environment is lovely. The lady at the front desk was so welcoming and provided excellent service, even upgrading our room. The hot springs were incredibly relaxing – even the kids want to go back! My daughter accidentally dropped her dinosaur toy during breakfast, and when we inquired at noon, it turns out the breakfast reception had kept it safe for us. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness really impressed us.

I have to complain about Huatian management. As an old and luxury hotel, there is no concierge staff at the door. Take the child to pull the stroller and the suitcase. No one helped reception. After checking in, the concierge staff was asked to help send the luggage to the room, and the attitude was also general. There is a front desk in the lobby for check-out procedures, and there is no concierge person to help push the suitcase out. A person similar to the lobby manager asked a big man about the experience evaluation. I am such a big person with two babies than a man next to me should be conspicuous. No one came forward to help with the handle. Even when I didn't see it in the past, I didn't care about the feelings of the male guest. At that time, there were two of our guests in the lobby. 2. Poor hygiene, old facilities and old decoration. It is written on the Internet that it will open in 2022. In fact, it is a small-scale renovation. The lights are dim. Except for the large area, there is no advantage. Huatian will not come again

The hotel has convenient transportation. There is a large shopping mall just a few minutes away. It is very close to the museum, Kaifu Temple and Orange Island. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. The front desk service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. Any needs can be handled and followed up in time. I am very lucky to choose Huayue Sunshine and have a pleasant trip in Changsha. Perfect thumbs up!

This Huatian Hotel boasts an excellent location. The view facing the river, especially at night, is beautiful. It's very close to the Tianmen Mountain cable car, just a few minutes' walk away, making getting around extremely convenient. The room itself is generally spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and decent soundproofing. Aside from being a bit dated, the hardware facilities are overall good. The staff were responsive, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The only downside was the breakfast experience, which was just average. There was a limited selection of dishes, and they weren't very appealing, with not much variety. Table clearing after meals was also not very prompt. Putting the breakfast aside, the overall stay was satisfactory, primarily due to its convenient location. It's a good choice for travelers mainly focused on visiting scenic spots, especially if you don't have high expectations for breakfast.

This was our first stop in Zhangjiajie, and the hotel's location is super convenient, right on Wuling Road, very close to the East Gate – just a few minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets behind and to the left of the hotel, offering a great selection of local specialties. Across the road is a river, perfect for a stroll along the bank in the mornings and evenings; the gentle breeze is really pleasant. At night, the lights along the river are beautiful, and sometimes there are drone shows, which you can even see from the hotel. All the rooms have balconies with plenty of hangers, so you can easily dry clothes or just relax and sit outside. The hotel staff are very service-oriented; if you call the front desk for water or towels, they respond really quickly. All the front desk staff are very friendly, especially a young man surnamed Li – he's very clever and has a great attitude. It's definitely worth coming back here again.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with superb facilities and a newly renovated environment. The overall experience was fantastic! 👍 Xiao Chen provided excellent service, arranging a comfortable and quiet room that was meticulously cleaned. The bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast was very generous. Parking is convenient, and there are many places to eat nearby. It's close to Songya Lake for a walk, and there are tea shops and a small supermarket on the first floor – very convenient.
