I stayed at the Huatian Select Hotel (Changsha Wuyi Square IFS Guojin Center store), and overall, it was a pretty good experience. The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by all sorts of food streets. You can find many local snacks within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. This is a huge plus for travelers who love to explore and try local cuisine.

The room was clean and tidy, with all the essential amenities, and the check-in process was smooth. The only minor issue was that my room faced the main road, so there was a bit of noise at night, but it was tolerable and didn't disrupt my sleep. If you're sensitive to outside noise, I'd recommend requesting an inner or higher-floor room in advance.

Overall, the hotel boasts a prime location and great accessibility to nearby conveniences, making it an ideal base in the Wuyi Square area of Changsha. If I visit Changsha again, especially for its food streets and shopping convenience, this hotel would still be a solid choice.

The front desk staff is good. Free breakfast is provided. There are welcome fruits when you check in. The breakfast is a buffet with rich variety. The environment is also very good. I will choose this hotel next time. It is very convenient to go out to the subway station Line 6.

這次入住體驗超驚喜！酒店環境太讚了，大堂裝修雅緻大氣，暖光燈光搭配綠植裝飾，讓人瞬間放鬆下來，房間窗外就是靜謐的園林景觀，推窗就能聞到草木清香，私密性也很好。服務更是無可挑剔，從入住時前台熱情高效的辦理，到途中遇到工作人員都會主動問好，有需求呼叫後幾分鐘就響應，還貼心準備了歡迎水果和驅蚊液。設施很齊全，床墊柔軟舒適，床頭USB充電口、高速Wi-Fi、智能馬桶等配置一應俱全，空調製冷效果好且無噪音。衞生方面絕對滿分，床單被褥潔白無異味，衞生間乾濕分離且一塵不染，角落沒有絲毫灰塵，連水杯都經過嚴格消毒，整體乾淨又安心，下次來還選這家！

This time, I drove with my family and the hotel parking was convenient, the lobby service staff was enthusiastic, and the room was very satisfactory! The only drawback is that the hotel's Chinese dishes are a little less. It would be better if this aspect could be strengthened! In short, I manually give a big thumbs up 👍👍👍

Facilities: After all, it is an old hotel, and the facilities are a bit old, but they are all intact and in normal use;
Hygiene: I went there for the old brand, and the hygiene is good, which makes people feel at ease;

One of the best hotel experiences I ever had. From front service to cleaning service, all are very professional, customer-friendly, and respectful. BTW, the breakfast was excellent and well worth the price!

Will definitely consider booking this hotel again if visiting Chang Sha next time.

In order to see Lin Yilian Changsha concert, I chose Wanmo Hotel. The location of the hotel is superb. It is a few hundred meters away from Houjiatang subway station. It takes ten minutes to walk. Helong Stadium is opposite the hotel. Go out and turn left and walk to the underground passage to the venue. It is too convenient. You can see the Ferris wheel in the room, and the lights are beautiful at night. The hotel combines modern and retro styles, there is free coffee to drink, Trip.com afternoon tea and nightingale coupons for reservations. The room is quite big, clean, comfortable bedding, intelligent voice control of the whole room, free drinking water and drinks are provided in the room. In particular, the shower water in the shower room is large and soft and comfortable, and the shopping bags provided are also very characteristic and durable. There is also a highlight, the buffet breakfast is rich, and I actually ate stinky tofu. The most important thing is that it is served until 13. It is not very friendly to young people who love to sleep late. Some small problems at check-in were also actively communicated and solved. It was a very good stay experience and worth recommending to friends.

I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from Housekeeping staff 张阿姨 and enjoying a comfortable room. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's convenient location and excellent facilities added to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend Jin Yuan Sunshine Hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Stayed many times, this hotel is in a good location, there is a Wanda Plaza 200 meters from the hotel, there is a self-operated restaurant on the 3rd floor of the hotel, and there are many chain restaurants around, you can choose different tastes of the store to eat, shopping is also convenient. The interior of the hotel is the kind of Chinese decoration, ancient style. The room is also very clean, the bedding is comfortable to sleep, the floor-to-ceiling windows, the view is good, and the area is suitable. The service staff is very enthusiastic and the overall price/performance ratio is quite high. Recommend everyone to come 1!

High cost performance, good service, convenient transportation, 300 meters away is the subway entrance, and there are good restaurants around the hotel. It is very convenient to go to Juzizhou, Yuelu Mountain, Taiping Old Street, etc.

My stay in Zhangjiajie this time exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway A line, and it's super convenient for dining and shopping nearby. I stayed in a river view room, and at night, I could even see the beautifully lit Ancient City of Dayong, which was incredibly pleasant. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was great, so I slept really well. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; check-in was quick, and they even proactively recommended local specialties and gave us small gifts. The breakfast selection was rich, with both Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The lobby thoughtfully provided ginger tea and oolong tea, which was a nice touch! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Zhangjiajie. Highly recommend it to everyone!

We booked this hotel since it was closer to Tiamen mountain. Unfortunately the hotel is very far away from everything else and you don’t have any restaurants nearby except for the hotel restaurant. 

When we booked this hotel we got an offer to get: 

1 craftsman beer
100 yuan in didi tickets 
2 tickets to an exhibition. 

Even these we never received, the 100 yuan in didi (taxi) tickets we got when we asked for them and showed them the booking information and even though they saw the booking information in Chinese the didn’t get us the offer that we had paid for. 

When we arrived at the hotel which is very grand and look very nice upon arrival they greeted us at the car which is expected for a hotel that grand but that was only the first day they did that. All other times when we got to the hotel no one greeted us, they were all busy talking to each other instead. 

We were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids and even though we booked a family room where they know 4 people was staying they gave us only amenities such as towels etc for 2 people so every day we needed to wait and ask for 2 more towels before we took a shower. 

We also booked excursions through the hotel to visit Grand Canyon and also Tiamen mountain and paid over 1600 yuan for the whole family with everything included. When we came to Grand Canyon we couldn’t experience what we were there for (the zipline) because it had weight restrictions and when we contacted the sales person from the hotel she didn’t take any responsibility and just blamed everything else instead of saying that she was sorry. The day after we visited Tiamen mountain and here we had also booked a ticket that should have included everything and when we came there it was hidden fees that the sales person from the hotel hadn’t told us. When we contacted her again it was the same response that she blamed everything else instead of taking responsibility for that she hadn’t told us everything that she needed to tell us. 

No compensation was given by the hotel and no excuse. When we checked ut the staff said that they would be happy if we could give them a 5 star review and my response was that I will give you a review but it’s not going to be 5 star. When they asked us explain why we did and they blamed it on the language barrier which I don’t buy since all the messages and sales were done through translation app and also through WeChat were you can translate into your own language. It would have been so easy for the hotel to say I’m sorry and for example as a compensation from us you can go down to the buffé restaurant to eat dinner but instead they blamed everything else! 

We are world travelers and have been to different cities both in China and also in different country’s around the world and this is one of the hotel were we feel that they had the worst service we have experienced. When we’re coming back we will not stay here again! A fancy hotel that can not live up to the expectations.

Highly recommended! The Sunshine Courtyard Hotel in Experts Village is a beautiful courtyard-style property with an impressive lobby and many Instagrammable spots. It's a tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. Our housekeeper, Xiao Luo, provided exceptional and thoughtful service, patiently recommending local specialty snacks around the hotel. The self-service laundry room was a practical bonus, a real plus for tourists. The location is unbeatable, super close to the scenic area on foot. We were upgraded to a balcony room, offering expansive views, and the cleanliness was top-notch, making for a very comfortable stay! I'll definitely recommend this place to any friends visiting Zhangjiajie!

出來匆忙，沒有拍什麼照片，隨手拍了幾張。酒店設施配置，衞生程度，地理位置，服務態度，真的是沒話説，前台小姐姐服務態度都超好。還有打掃衞生的阿姨，服務也不錯。房間還送了水果和酸奶，都是免費提供的。早餐也不錯，湯麪味道很贊。最關鍵的還是酒店的衞生問題，房間可以説是一塵不染，空調也很給力。附近就是春園步行街，萬豪城市廣場，很方便，交通便捷。下次來婁底還選你們酒店。

This trip to Loudi chose Huatian Holiday Hotel, and the experience of staying for three days was excellent! The cleaning needs will also be asked in time. The service is very good and makes people feel comfortable. The overall environment of the hotel is clean and tidy, the price is very high, and I will continue to choose next time I return to Loudi!

The decoration style is still very like, simple and modern, the bedding is relatively clean, the daughter's favorite is the tent and slide, the small suggestion is that the air conditioner is still very loud and noisy, it will be hot if it is not turned on, and the others are quite good.
