I had a fantastic stay here in 2023, and it was just as great this time! The room was super spacious, over 50 square meters, and very clean and tidy. The service was warm and attentive, and they even had popular local snacks like Cha Yan Yue Se in the room. In the evenings, there were desserts, and breakfast was rich and delicious. The location is absolutely prime – right in the heart of everything. You step out, and you're on a pedestrian street and at the subway station. The stay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it! 👍 I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. 😘😘😘

Every aspect of my stay was excellent, definitely a five-star review! This is an established four-star hotel with understated luxury decor, yet the price isn't steep. The concierge called ahead to check on my arrival and even prepared a handwritten note and sesame soy tea. The front desk staff were patient and meticulous, and the housekeeping aunties were kind and friendly. Highly recommended!

Though small, it has all the essentials! This was our third stop on our road trip from Beijing to Sanya, and we chose to rest in Changsha. Finding pet-friendly hotels is always a challenge with our dogs, so Wanmo was an incredibly wise choice! The room isn't huge, but it's very thoughtfully decorated. The smart controls were perfect for my lazy self 😂, though the lack of a smart toilet was a minor drawback. Breakfast, while not extensive, was of excellent quality. The fact that breakfast runs until 1:30 PM means you can truly enjoy a leisurely brunch, which is a wonderful boost to travel happiness. The laundry room and gym facilities were clean and tidy – a huge plus! The reading room was brightly lit, and the book selection, though small, was excellent and exactly to my taste. Thanks to the rain, we got to stay an extra day and experience Wanmo a bit longer.

This trip was to attend the meeting and chose to stay at Huatian Hotel.
The room was very clean and snacks and drinks were also delivered. The bathroom is also comfortable.
In addition, Xiaowan at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, friendly and patient, efficient and meticulous, courteous, people feel very comfortable and intimate, professional and warm heart.
Overall it feels good, I hope the hotel will maintain this level.

I checked in at the hotel at 12 o'clock. Xiao Yu at the front desk was very enthusiastic. Seeing that I brought two children, she helped me upgrade the room for free and also helped me arrange the hot spring package and breakfast for three people. Very considerate. After all, it is an old five-star hotel. Although it is a bit old, the hygiene and service are in place.

The hotel has convenient transportation. There is a large shopping mall just a few minutes away. It is very close to the museum, Kaifu Temple and Orange Island. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. The front desk service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. Any needs can be handled and followed up in time. I am very lucky to choose Huayue Sunshine and have a pleasant trip in Changsha. Perfect thumbs up!

Ambiance: The location is incredibly convenient, close to both the high-speed train station and the airport.

Service: What truly impressed us the most was the service. All the staff demonstrated the strength, advantage, and thoughtful hospitality of the Huatian Group. We especially want to mention a kind-hearted auntie from the housekeeping team—we didn't catch her name, but her warm and attentive spirit is truly commendable. She went above and beyond for our small requests, treating us like family. We hope the Huatian Group rewards her generously! We will definitely be back next time. This well-established brand comes highly recommended.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. I especially want to commend Ms. Qu Xianlin, a server in the restaurant, for her exceptionally thoughtful and enthusiastic service. She personally brought us coffee and fruit, which I found very touching. Thank you, staff of Sunshine Hotel! The bedding was comfortable, and the room was spacious and very clean. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

The hotel is large and has a great ambiance, which is why we came. Everything started off well.

1. I woke up at 5:30 AM to get to Wulingyuan by 6:30 AM. Breakfast wasn't ready until 6:30 AM. It seems no matter how many guests complain, they won't open any earlier.

2. Check-out is at 2 PM. We came back from Wulingyuan at 1 PM, and arrived at the hotel at 1:25 PM, tired and desperate for a rest. But then, our key card wouldn't open the door! We had to go back and forth with the front desk to sort it out. Oh well, it was already check-out time. My child had fallen asleep on me by then.

These are all hotel rules, and after all, guests are just ordinary people, not celebrities, so good service doesn't seem to matter much.

The room was very comfortable, and the receptionist, Xiao Hu, checked me in quickly and provided excellent service, even offering complimentary fruit. The hotel has a well-equipped gym. The breakfast was plentiful, and the parking lot was large and convenient. There's a river nearby, offering beautiful scenery; I recommend staying here.

This experience really exceeded expectations. 418 Huatian newly renovated a batch of smart voice rooms. The decoration style is exactly the modern style I like. The voice in the whole house is really too fragrant. Open the curtains when you shout. The air conditioner switches the lights. The room is clean and tidy for lazy people like me. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept until dawn. The front desk service was warm, the check-in and check-out were very fast, and the details were done in place (the invoice was carefully asked if the invoice message was correct, whether the remarks were required, the email address was received, etc.) and the price was high. I will choose here next time and I really recommend it to everyone.

The chess and card room of the Xinghuatian Holiday Hotel with friends, the equipment and facilities completely exceeded expectations, and must be given five-star praise!
The room is spacious and transparent, the layout is reasonable and not crowded at all, the automatic mahjong machine is brand new and smooth, the shuffle is quickly muted, no stuck, no noise, and the experience is full. The mahjong card feels delicate, clean and hygienic, the table and chairs are highly comfortable, sedentary and not tired, and the design is very intimate.
The room air conditioning is powerful, the temperature control is accurate and quiet; WiFi is high-speed and stable, and the charging socket is sufficient; the independent bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the hot water is very fast.

I like it very much, I will come back next time, the price is super high
