I booked this hotel online because my family member was receiving treatment at Renji Hospital. The hotel has a very elegant environment, especially the courtyard-style design, which really helped me relax. The service attitude and philosophy are excellent; as seniors, we're not very tech-savvy, but the front desk was incredibly patient and helpful, making us feel right at home. The hotel is also very close to the Lujiazui commercial area, making it an ideal choice for travel.

This hotel boasts an excellent location at the intersection of Wanping South Road and Zhaojiabang Road, directly across from Xujiahui Park. It's also conveniently located just 700 meters from the subway station and a 20-minute walk to Zhongshan Hospital. A major plus is the complimentary parking, which is great for those traveling by car. The service is attentive, and they even offered a free late check-out. I also enjoyed the Shun Feng Shun Shui milk tea at the hotel, and you get a 20% discount with your room card. The rooms are spacious, and the mattress and zero-pressure pillows are very comfortable. The only minor drawback was that our twin room was close to the road, so there was some noise, but it was perfectly acceptable once the windows were closed.

Attending the concert was incredibly convenient; I could walk straight back to the hotel afterward. Waiting for a ride after a concert is the worst part, so this short distance was a huge relief. The hotel itself seemed like a massive single-level building, with the entire second floor dedicated to guest rooms. There were clear signs at every corner, making it easy to find your room. It was a little confusing, but you'd get used to it after a few walks. The whole area was clean and tidy, and robots delivered meals to the rooms – the smart technology was really impressive.

2.  **Style:** The facilities are decent, and there's a strong Zen aesthetic throughout that I felt justified the price. The design is simple and elegant.
3.  **Cleanliness:** Overall, I was very disappointed. The moment I opened the room door upon check-in, several hygiene issues immediately stood out and frankly, quite angered me. The bathroom floor had obvious stains and dried marks from an unknown liquid. In three different corners, there were noticeable ***** hairs and strands of hair – not just one or two, but multiple. On the balcony, I found cigarette butts left by the previous guest. This level of cleaning is simply too rough; it either indicates a lack of proper training standards or lax management, as such obvious problems shouldn't exist.
4.  **Service:** Before any problems arose, the reception was quite ordinary. However, I must admit that once the cleanliness issues were reported, their handling was very proactive and swift. They offered a solution quickly. It was already past midnight when I checked in, and I was exhausted, so I didn't have the energy to keep fussing. They simply moved me to another room, and I settled in.

I was quite surprised by such blatant cleanliness issues. This review is intended to be objective, neither exaggerating the problems nor overlooking the positive aspects, and is offered purely for reference. I urge all hotels to prioritize cleanliness above all else in their management, as it is a fundamental requirement.

I was blown away by the attention to detail at this hotel! The hallway fragrance was so pleasant, and the room even had a USB charging port and a night light. They really understand travelers. The breakfast was varied, with both Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh, especially the freshly ground coffee and freshly made wontons, which were incredibly delicious. The soundproofing was also excellent; I couldn't hear any outside noise at all, and I slept soundly.

The location of the hotel is quite good, and there are many places to eat around. The service is warm, and there are souvenirs for check-out. The room is clean and sanitary, the facilities and environment are good, there is free laundry service, and the stay experience is not bad.

The hotel is right next to the subway, which is very convenient. It is very pleasant and friendly for people who are exhausted from walking all day. Moreover, the hotel has complete facilities, reasonable decoration layout, clean and hygienic, and has a smart toilet, which is high-end. The front desk clerk was also very polite and enthusiastic. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the environment is hygienic. The bed was also very comfortable. The laundry room is a bit far away, but I don't want to disturb the guests, so overall it's fine. I'll stay at your place next time I come.

The hotel facilities are excellent, and it's conveniently located, just a five-minute walk from the subway station. The room was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the promotional photos.
I was assigned a room closest to the elevator. However, perhaps because it's a newly built hotel, the soundproofing was surprisingly effective. Not only was the area outside quiet, but I wasn't disturbed by any noise from other guests walking by, which is a definite plus.
It's a short subway ride to West Lake, the Olympic Sports Center, and East Station, making it very convenient for returning late after a concert. A nice modern touch was the two small robots they use for food delivery.
Overall, it was a highly satisfactory stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hangzhou.

The environment here is excellent, the facilities are very complete, the rooms are spacious, and it's very close to the subway station, making transportation very convenient. Stayed many times, the hotel is very convenient, 5 minutes walk to the subway station, eating and shopping around is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, there were bright windows, and the view outside the window was very wide. The front desk staff was warm and patient, the check-in was super fast, and the local play route was recommended intimately. The breakfast is rich in variety, the ingredients are fresh and the taste is great. Next time I come to Hangzhou, I will choose this hotel.

-excellent location. Right next to the subway station and walking distance to Wangfujing pedestrian street, malls, street food, fast food, and local restaurants. There is a popular peking duck restaurant just a few walks away and we rested at the hotel while waiting for the hours long queue to move. Also close to the great wall tour meet up location, and just few subway stations to the Palace Museum, Tiananmen, Temple of Heaven, Qianmen, Nanluoguxiang, etc.
-very clean and nice interior. We were able to rest easy after a long day of traveling because the room is nice. Room is big enough for a family of three. 
-free laundry. There is a laundry at the basement 1 floor where you can wash and dry your clothes for free. Very helpful for travelers. There is also a gym right next to it if you want to exercise while waiting for your laundry to finish.
-no tobacco smell or loud noises outside our room
-big sidewalk right outside the hotel and accessible ramps for luggages, which is very much appreciated

A very satisfying stay. The hotel's location is excellent, close to Shuangjing Subway Station. Popular restaurants like Siji Minfu, Quanjude, and Donglaishun are all within walking distance, as well as a shopping mall. The Chinese-style decor is very comfortable on the eyes, and the room layout is great; the tatami style didn't cause any discomfort at all. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm. It would be even better if the breakfast offered a bit more variety each day.

Facilities: The unique courtyard-style structure is a welcome change from other ”Siheyuan” (traditional courtyard houses) in Beijing; the environment is tranquil and comfortable.

Cleanliness: The room was spotless and clean. Even as someone with mild OCD, I found it very clean and comfortable to use.

If you're driving to Beijing, this is the best choice.

PS: The receptionists were very nice and accommodating, meeting all my extra needs. Even the cleaning lady was gentle and polite.
