The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were very kind and gentle. It's also very close to the ancient city. I extended my stay for two more days. Highly recommended!

I booked via Trip.com — It was out of expectations!Close to Kashi Airport, feels like a 5-star stay at a lower price. The hotel is neat and clean with no cigarette smell. I highly recommend this hotel for international travelers, probably you may need translator app if you don't mind.

Service:
Outstanding. Polite and responsive staff. The most satisfying hotel service and best features I experienced while traveling in Xinjiang.

Location:
Free airport shuttle (with booking). Taxi to the city or Old Town costs under CNY 10. It is easy and cheap to move around.
A convenience store and Muslim restaurant with veggie dishes are just steps away.

Environment:
Spacious, quiet, with parking and a small garden.

Amenities:
All that a solo traveler needs.
Automatic heated toilet seat is an extra.
Voice control for the room (Chinese only) was impressive.
 I liked the bathroom layout, with anti-slip tiles idea and a separate basin area.
Free laundry (washer + dryer). 
Cozy lobby bar (working station) with coffee, milk tea, and soy milk provided. I saw a printer free to use too..

Personal downsides:
I can't find the hotel by the name ”Oriental hotel” (translated by trip.com). At the end, i figured out the name should be GreenTree Eastern Hotel
(Kashgar Airport Branch) as in Didi.  
No fridge in the room, I couldn’t store fruits and cold drinks during my 4-night summer stay.

Suggestions:
- Add labels to breakfast dishes to avoid waste
- English signs would be an extra help
- There was once the locals talk loudly at night near the rooms — a reminder sign could help.

The hotel has free parking, a large room, and is not far from the ancient city. It costs less than 10 yuan to take a taxi. It is very good for transit to Tashi County the next day. The breakfast is also very rich. You can see the mountains in the distance at the breakfast place, which is very spectacular. The free airport pick-up is very convenient. The airport security guard is very enthusiastic. He took our luggage as soon as he saw us. The service is superb.

The hotel environment is very good. From check-in to the room, I was very satisfied. The front desk check-in was very fast, professional, and patient. The security guard also provided tea during check-in, which really shows the hospitality of the people of Xinjiang. The room is spacious, with independent air conditioning, very clean, and the facilities are also good and intelligent. It is very good. The breakfast is also varied and light, which I really like. The parking lot is also large, with parking both above and below ground, which is very convenient. Therefore, I highly recommend this hotel. All aspects are good and satisfactory. I highly recommend the GreenTree Eastern Hotel; it's a solid five-star experience all around. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, and the overall decor is tastefully elegant. Housekeeping does an excellent job, no dust bunnies or missed spots, so you can really relax. The room amenities are complete, all the appliances work perfectly, and the bathroom plumbing is great. The bedding is just right – not too soft, not too firm – making for a fantastic night's sleep. The soundproofing is superb; you won't hear any noise from the hallway or traffic. The staff are down-to-earth and polite, and check-in/check-out is a breeze. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the public areas are clean and tidy. For its price point, the overall quality really stands out. It's perfect for business trips or extended stays, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! 👍 My friend and I stayed for four days and were extremely satisfied. I'll definitely recommend this place to any friends visiting in the future! The hotel breakfast was also excellent, and the staff in the breakfast area were very efficient in clearing tables. 👍 The accommodation itself was very clean and had no strange odors. As someone from the south, I was initially worried that a heated room would be too hot and dry, but the overall temperature was perfectly comfortable – just right, and I didn't wake up feeling overheated or anything. The windows were also sealed very well, so there was no draft or wind noise. The bed was soft but supportive. Overall, I absolutely loved it and found it very suitable. Although it's a bit of a walk from the subway station, it's a straight road and very manageable! Along the way, there are plenty of restaurants for breakfast or snacks, and there's a convenience store right next door, which was incredibly convenient! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The front desk service was exceptionally warm and thoughtful. Check-in was super quick, and the staff were incredibly nice. They even gave me a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a delightful surprise! 🥰

The room itself was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. All the toiletries were provided, hot water was plentiful, and the soundproofing was excellent – absolutely no noise disturbances. Facilities: The facilities are very comprehensive. I particularly liked the separate makeup mirror in the bathroom, which is very helpful for people with nearsightedness.
Cleanliness: The room was very clean, tidy, and odorless.
Environment: The room was very quiet.
Service: The front desk staff was very gentle and patient, leaving a very good impression.

This hotel is right next to Chongqing North Station, easily reachable within a ten-minute walk. I chose it precisely for this advantageous location.

The lobby is on the first floor, and all rooms are on the fifth, making it relatively quiet. There's also a laundry room and a gym, though the equipment is quite limited.

The room size isn't particularly large, typical for a budget hotel – nothing special, but perfectly adequate.

There's a parking lot in front of the hotel, and parking is free for guests.

The only downside is that for some reason, there's quite a bit of noise from the ventilation system, though it does disappear at night.

The room was much better than expected. We chose a hotel nearby the airport as we only touched down after 1am. The hotel was great and arranged for free taxi to the hotel. The room was big, clean and nicely decorated - perfect for a quick overnight. The area surrounding the hotel was nice &amp; quiet &amp; we had a good breakfast the next day morning opposite the hotel. Overall perfect as it was really reasonably priced too.

I went to Vientiane City for a buffet appointment with my friends in Fuling and booked a temporary hotel to rest. I was very lucky and made the right choice. Whether the hotel is a building is the first thing we consider when choosing a hotel. The selling point of the hotel is that it is a single-family building, so we chose this hotel. We went to the store to pay extra and asked the front desk to upgrade to a room with a larger space. It was worth the extra money. , the scenery of the overpass and light rail outside the window looks good, the room is clean, the decoration is simple, and it looks relatively refreshing. The book is good but I haven’t finished it yet, so I must take it home and continue reading. I took the initiative to pay for it, haha. When I woke up to check out in the morning, the front desk asked me if I wanted milk bread. It really warmed my heart! I will choose this hotel again when I come to Chongqing later! Finally, I would like to say that the beef offal hot pot recommended by the front desk is good.
