The hotel's location is excellent, just 50 meters from the west gate entrance of Kashgar Old City. The rooms are spacious and bright, well-equipped, and very clean. The bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom and shower room are designed scientifically and reasonably, with a separate washbasin area. The floor staff are warm and attentive, and the front desk receptionists are meticulous, always greeting with a smile. It's highly recommended!! The only minor drawback is a manager, who I believe was a manager based on their attire and demeanor, lacked hotel service awareness and smiled throughout, appearing a bit aloof!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. They even provided a convenient pick-up and drop-off service from the airport, which made my travel experience much easier. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long journey. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and thoughtful amenities.

The hotel has free parking, a large room, and is not far from the ancient city. It costs less than 10 yuan to take a taxi. It is very good for transit to Tashi County the next day. The breakfast is also very rich. You can see the mountains in the distance at the breakfast place, which is very spectacular. The free airport pick-up is very convenient. The airport security guard is very enthusiastic. He took our luggage as soon as he saw us. The service is superb.

The security guard also provided tea during check-in, which really shows the hospitality of the people of Xinjiang. The room is spacious, with independent air conditioning, very clean, and the facilities are also good and intelligent. It is very good. The breakfast is also varied and light, which I really like. The parking lot is also large, with parking both above and below ground, which is very convenient. Therefore, I highly recommend this hotel. All aspects are good and satisfactory. This stay truly exceeded my expectations! I must give a shout-out to Xiao Re at the front desk; her service was so excellent it made me feel warm and at ease throughout the entire trip!

Upon arriving at the hotel and checking in, Xiao Re was incredibly welcoming and proactive, always smiling and friendly. She processed the check-in efficiently and meticulously, patiently explaining the hotel facilities, directions to the surrounding area, and even clearly outlining breakfast times and floor information – she never skimped on anything. During my stay, I encountered a minor issue, and after contacting the front desk, Xiao Re responded immediately and handled it incredibly quickly, maintaining a consistently gentle and patient attitude. She considered every detail meticulously, making me feel truly valued.

Whether it was asking questions, requesting assistance, or offering thoughtful reminders at check-out, Xiao Re consistently maintained a professional and warm service attitude, proactively and enthusiastically responding to every request, truly putting guests first. Having such attentive front desk staff elevated the entire stay experience, making me feel exceptionally comfortable and at ease.

The hotel environment was clean and tidy, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, fully equipped, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to get a great rest. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around and dine, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. But what impressed me most and deserves my highest praise was the impeccable service from the front desk staff. The large, high-definition TV had a clear picture, and the internet speed was stable and smooth, perfect for both work and leisure. The bathroom featured a wet and dry separation, with smooth drainage and no standing water. The shower had ample water pressure and smooth flow, and the toiletries were of high quality and comfortable to use. The bed mattress was just right, offering good resilience and support, and combined with the skin-friendly bedding, I had a very restful and high-quality sleep. There was plenty of storage space in the room, and the lighting was soft, layered, and easy to control. The public areas were well-maintained, the elevators operated smoothly and quickly, and the overall soundproofing was outstanding, allowing for peace and quiet even in a bustling city. The transportation was very convenient, and the surrounding amenities were excellent, making it suitable for both business trips and short leisure stays. The value for money was exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The location is very convenient, being close to the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Temple of Heaven, the Museum of Ancient Architecture, and Bairong Shopping Mall. Even in traffic, a taxi ride to these spots takes only about 20 minutes; otherwise, it's just over ten minutes. I'll definitely be back!

This hotel offered a great experience. The location is super convenient, close to both the subway and bus stations, making it very easy to get around for tourists. The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The double lock on the door made me feel very secure, allowing for a peaceful rest. I was able to check in as early as 12 PM and check out as late as 2 PM, and they even extended my check-out time by an hour for free, which was very helpful for my onward journey. I booked this hotel on my way to Singapore. The hotel facilities are relatively new, the rooms are large, and the location is convenient. It is just a short walk from Exit 5 of Lushan Subway Station. It is also convenient for eating. There is a noodle stall of Mrs. Qin Yun nearby, which is delicious. Xiao Zhao's service is very enthusiastic. He helped to wake up the sleeping children in the room to catch the plane. I am very grateful. Recommended to stay.

This hotel is right next to Chongqing North Station, easily reachable within a ten-minute walk. I chose it precisely for this advantageous location.

The lobby is on the first floor, and all rooms are on the fifth, making it relatively quiet. There's also a laundry room and a gym, though the equipment is quite limited.

The room size isn't particularly large, typical for a budget hotel – nothing special, but perfectly adequate.

There's a parking lot in front of the hotel, and parking is free for guests.

The only downside is that for some reason, there's quite a bit of noise from the ventilation system, though it does disappear at night.
