Right in the ancient city, you step out and you're there. The value for money is excellent, and breakfast is good too. I'd definitely recommend it. For a place so close to the ancient city scenic area, this price is really great. Parking was a bit tricky, but overall it was a very good stay.

I booked via Trip.com — It was out of expectations!Close to Kashi Airport, feels like a 5-star stay at a lower price. The hotel is neat and clean with no cigarette smell. I highly recommend this hotel for international travelers, probably you may need translator app if you don't mind.

Service:
Outstanding. Polite and responsive staff. The most satisfying hotel service and best features I experienced while traveling in Xinjiang.

Location:
Free airport shuttle (with booking). Taxi to the city or Old Town costs under CNY 10. It is easy and cheap to move around.
A convenience store and Muslim restaurant with veggie dishes are just steps away.

Environment:
Spacious, quiet, with parking and a small garden.

Amenities:
All that a solo traveler needs.
Automatic heated toilet seat is an extra.
Voice control for the room (Chinese only) was impressive.
 I liked the bathroom layout, with anti-slip tiles idea and a separate basin area.
Free laundry (washer + dryer). 
Cozy lobby bar (working station) with coffee, milk tea, and soy milk provided. I saw a printer free to use too..

Personal downsides:
I can't find the hotel by the name ”Oriental hotel” (translated by trip.com). At the end, i figured out the name should be GreenTree Eastern Hotel
(Kashgar Airport Branch) as in Didi.  
No fridge in the room, I couldn’t store fruits and cold drinks during my 4-night summer stay.

Suggestions:
- Add labels to breakfast dishes to avoid waste
- English signs would be an extra help
- There was once the locals talk loudly at night near the rooms — a reminder sign could help.

The hotel has free parking, a large room, and is not far from the ancient city. It costs less than 10 yuan to take a taxi. It is very good for transit to Tashi County the next day. The breakfast is also very rich. You can see the mountains in the distance at the breakfast place, which is very spectacular. The free airport pick-up is very convenient. The airport security guard is very enthusiastic. He took our luggage as soon as he saw us. The service is superb.

The hotel environment is very good. From check-in to the room, I was very satisfied. The front desk check-in was very fast, professional, and patient. The security guard also provided tea during check-in, which really shows the hospitality of the people of Xinjiang. The room is spacious, with independent air conditioning, very clean, and the facilities are also good and intelligent. It is very good. The breakfast is also varied and light, which I really like. The parking lot is also large, with parking both above and below ground, which is very convenient. Therefore, I highly recommend this hotel. All aspects are good and satisfactory. The staff are also very professional. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

I stayed at the GreenTree Eastern Hotel for this business trip, and my overall experience deserves a full five stars. The hotel's location is superb, close to a subway station, with many surrounding supermarkets, shopping malls, and restaurants, making daily commutes and errands exceptionally convenient. The lobby's overall decor is simple yet elegant, and public areas are cleaned regularly daily, with floors and lounge areas tidy and free of clutter. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, with excellent natural light. Housekeeping is meticulous, with corners, bedside tables, and bathroom edges all spotlessly clean, and the indoor air is fresh with no odors. The bed mattress is just right in terms of firmness, and the bedding is fluffy and clean. The room's soundproofing at night is outstanding, effectively blocking out most noise from the hallway and outside. The in-room amenities are complete and in good working order, with the TV, lighting, and water heater all functioning smoothly. The bathroom's wet and dry separation design is reasonable, and hot water comes out quickly with stable pressure. Check-in and check-out at the front desk are highly efficient, and the staff are gentle and polite, ensuring smooth communication throughout. The overall value for money far exceeds hotels in the same price range, and I will definitely be returning for future business trips.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! 👍 My friend and I stayed for four days and were extremely satisfied. I'll definitely recommend this place to any friends visiting in the future! The hotel breakfast was also excellent, and the staff in the breakfast area were very efficient in clearing tables. 👍 The accommodation itself was very clean and had no strange odors. As someone from the south, I was initially worried that a heated room would be too hot and dry, but the overall temperature was perfectly comfortable – just right, and I didn't wake up feeling overheated or anything. The windows were also sealed very well, so there was no draft or wind noise. The bed was soft but supportive. Overall, I absolutely loved it and found it very suitable. Although it's a bit of a walk from the subway station, it's a straight road and very manageable! Along the way, there are plenty of restaurants for breakfast or snacks, and there's a convenience store right next door, which was incredibly convenient! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The front desk service was exceptionally warm and thoughtful. Check-in was super quick, and the staff were incredibly nice. They even gave me a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a delightful surprise! 🥰

The room itself was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. All the toiletries were provided, hot water was plentiful, and the soundproofing was excellent – absolutely no noise disturbances. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and even the smallest corners were spotless.

Cost-effective, it is recommended.

Come to listen to Deng Ziqi concert, very close to the performance gymnasium, walking is very convenient, there are many roadside stalls after the performance to solve the nightingale, so convenient. The restaurants around the hotel are a little less, you need to go a long way to IKEA to eat, usually no performance will not come here, a bit remote. During the performance stage, the hotel is playing Deng Ziqi's song, very immersive, praise

I am very satisfied. I am traveling with children and the service is very satisfactory. There are many considerate services (see pictures). We asked for nail clippers, and I forgot to bring contact lens solution. The hotel provided it for free, and specially gave us a child's toothbrush and slippers for our children. They were all delivered by robots, which was quite fun. The hotel also offers free laundry, but I didn’t use it. The hotel's breakfast doesn't have many varieties, but it has everything you need. Overall it's a good hotel and worth recommending.

The room is large, enough for a family of four. The room looks old, and the hygiene is satisfactory. It is two subway stations away from Qingxiu Mountain, and it only takes ten minutes to take a taxi to Fangte, so the transportation is convenient. After checking in, I discovered that the hotel may be near the financial district, and eating is not as convenient as Chaoyang Square. The front desk service is good, the overall hotel environment is good, and the price is reasonable during the Spring Festival, more than 400 per night. Last year's May Day, I stayed at Chongzuo Lao Ka Mian for more than 1,000 yuan a night. The facilities were not as good as Green's in all aspects, so I was screwed. The welcome fruits were fresh, the cookies were damp, and the children didn't want the puffs after one bite. The breakfast is quite rich, with many varieties that I like to eat. However, the chef prepared the round noodles and wide noodles in advance in the bowl, and we added the soup ourselves. The noodles prepared in advance were cold and stuck together, and the soup was not hot enough. A ball of noodles stuck together, and we had to use it when eating. Use chopsticks to separate the noodles... It is best to eat and cook them freshly. If the weather is cold, you will feel warm after eating a bowl of noodles.
