The hotel location is about 100m of walk from the ancient city entrance which is perfect. Room are perfectly clean, spacious and comfortable.clothes Washing service on demand. Breakfast is included, chinese food only. Love the hotel !

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. They even provided a convenient pick-up and drop-off service from the airport, which made my travel experience much easier. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long journey. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and thoughtful amenities.

The hotel has free parking, a large room, and is not far from the ancient city. It costs less than 10 yuan to take a taxi. It is very good for transit to Tashi County the next day. The breakfast is also very rich. You can see the mountains in the distance at the breakfast place, which is very spectacular. The free airport pick-up is very convenient. The airport security guard is very enthusiastic. He took our luggage as soon as he saw us. The service is superb.

剛到酒店辦理入住時，前台小熱就特別熱情主動，全程笑容親切，辦理手續高效又細緻，還耐心幫我介紹酒店設施、周邊出行路線，連早餐時間和樓層提醒都講得清清楚楚，完全沒有敷衍了事。入住過程中遇到一點小問題，聯繫前台後，小熱第一時間響應，處理速度超快，態度始終温和耐心，每一個細節都考慮得特別周到，讓人感覺被認真對待。
 
不管是諮詢問題、需求幫忙，還是退房時的貼心提醒，小熱始終保持着專業又暖心的服務態度，主動熱情、有求必應，真正做到了把客人放在心上。有這樣用心的前台工作人員，直接拉高了整個入住體驗，讓人覺得格外舒心踏實。
 
酒店整體環境乾淨整潔，房間寬敞舒適，設施齊全，隔音效果也很好，休息得特別好。地理位置便利，出行就餐都很方便，性價比超高。但最讓人印象深刻、最想點讚的，還是前台小熱無可挑剔的服務，專業、貼心、周到、熱情，每一次接觸都讓人如沐春風。

It's a real profit to stay in such a cost-effective hotel at this price. Whether it's the environmental sanitation or the service, I really can't say anything about it. I stayed with my children for 5 days. When I checked in, the front desk asked me if I needed children's slippers. What a surprise. They also enthusiastically upgraded my room for me. The room had good lighting. It’s also convenient to call a taxi downstairs, although I almost always take a taxi. And the time to get to the key attractions is relatively average, and it doesn't take more than 30 minutes by taxi without traffic jams. The laundry room is praised, and the gym next to it is also good. While waiting for the clothes to be washed and dried, it is also a good choice to exercise if you still have the energy. And eating is very convenient. There are many ethnic food restaurants next to it, and the noodle shop opposite is where children especially like to go in the morning. I have recommended it to many friends and will choose this hotel next time I go to Kashgar.

The hotel environment is comfortable, and the lobby on the first floor is beautifully decorated, creating a great festive atmosphere – perfect for photos! It's about a 10-minute walk to the subway, though the station itself can be a bit confusing to navigate. Parking, however, is very convenient. The room was spotlessly cleaned by the auntie, with items neatly arranged, and she was very enthusiastic. The front desk lady was lovely, very gentle and provided warm service; she even upgraded my room for free and patiently answered all my questions. The person in the black uniform working at noon today was also great. Deliveries can be sent directly to your room, and they arrive quite quickly. Five-star recommendation! I will definitely stay here again! (This is a genuine stay experience and can be used as a reference.)

I arrived an hour early for check-in, and since my room wasn't ready, they kindly upgraded me to a larger room free of charge. It was very clean and well-equipped, and the TV casting feature was super convenient. The decor felt very high-end. When ordering takeout, they'd call to notify me, and a robot would deliver it to the room. There was even an 'Xiaodu' smart assistant in the room! The hotel's location is great for transportation, with plenty of supermarkets nearby. I even overstayed by a few hours past check-out and they offered me a discounted rate to extend my stay. Overall, a fantastic travel experience – I'll definitely consider staying here again if I need a place in the future.

The facilities are quite modern, featuring smart amenities and even a little robot that navigates the elevator on its own. The rooms are spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything is tidy. The breakfast spread was impressively varied and plentiful. They offer ample free parking, which is a great bonus. The location is very convenient, being close to the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Temple of Heaven, the Museum of Ancient Architecture, and Bairong Shopping Mall. Even in traffic, a taxi ride to these spots takes only about 20 minutes; otherwise, it's just over ten minutes. I'll definitely be back!

This is a very new hotel, but there was no unpleasant smell from renovations. The rooms were clean, tidy, and spacious. There is parking available in front of the hotel, as well as underground parking. There are fast charging stations about 100 meters away. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful in answering any questions. The hotel was very quiet at night. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my 6 week stay in Green Oriental Hotel,  The staff was very friendly. Breakfast had very good variety.  Location was very suitable as it was walking distance to the subway and malls and coffee shops.  I stayed here in 2019 for 4 weeks and was very happy to say here agsin in 2024.

The hotel has a great environment and an excellent location, very close to the North High-Speed Rail Station. The staff are enthusiastic and patiently answered all my questions. The room was clean and hygienic, the service was great, and the facilities were complete.

I chose this hotel for its location, and it's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient. The environment and hygiene are also excellent; both the room and public areas are very clean. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and very patient. Overall, the experience was superb. I booked this hotel on my way to Singapore. The hotel facilities are relatively new, the rooms are large, and the location is convenient. It is just a short walk from Exit 5 of Lushan Subway Station. It is also convenient for eating. There is a noodle stall of Mrs. Qin Yun nearby, which is delicious. Xiao Zhao's service is very enthusiastic. He helped to wake up the sleeping children in the room to catch the plane. I am very grateful. Recommended to stay.
