This hotel's location is truly unbeatable. It's incredibly convenient for browsing in Huaqiangbei and for taking the subway. Even though it's an older hotel, the thoughtful service, cleanliness, comfort, and excellent value for money really stand out. There are parrots in the lobby and a pond with many fish swimming around, which my child absolutely loved. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. I especially want to commend the cleaning lady – seeing that we had a child, she proactively gave us extra bottles of mineral water for making milk, which was a really warm gesture. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shenzhen.

I chose this hotel for my business trip to Futian District this time, and overall, I'm very satisfied with the experience.

The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Futian. Shenzhen Avenue is just outside, making it easy to hail a cab quickly. It only takes about ten minutes to get to Huaqiangbei and the Exhibition Center. Sylvia was very efficient in helping me with the invoice. The hotel's aviation theme is unique; there are plane models displayed in the lobby, and the room key cards feature domestic aircraft designs, making for great photo opportunities. The front desk was also quick with invoicing. When I checked in, they proactively asked if I needed a special VAT invoice, and I could just pick it up when checking out, no waiting in line. The room's smart amenities are comprehensive, with smart room control and a smart toilet that were both handy. The free laundry room was a lifesaver for my multi-day business trip, solving the problem of where to wash clothes. The robot delivery for takeout was also very convenient; if I worked late, I could order a late-night snack and it would be delivered right to my room door. Overall, my stay was hassle-free and comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip to Futian.

The hotel is great and very convenient, just about 700-800 meters from Window of the World. It's really good, I'll definitely come again!

So far so good with the view, cleanliness. However the light is a little dark than expected in the toilet. Service counter is quick that can cope with my busy schedule. Breakfast has large variety of food though just a few people jn the cafe at around 730am. Food is acceptable so far. It’s a fair stay with this price.

My local friend booked this room for me. There's a great dim sum place nearby. I'd checked out about two hours ago when I suddenly realized I'd left my laptop charger behind. I immediately contacted Xiaohai from the hotel staff, who enthusiastically helped me search for it. Thankfully, it was found! Many thanks to her. The hotel restaurant is also very upscale. All in all, I recommend staying here!

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. We booked two superior king rooms with breakfast, as our child was taking the college entrance exam (Gaokao) and we were there to support him. The hotel's Cantonese dim sum restaurant on the third floor was a great convenience, and its location directly across from the school provided immense peace of mind during the exam period. The hotel manager was incredibly accommodating, even approving a late checkout for one of our rooms until 5 PM on June 9th. This was particularly helpful as his last exam started at 5:00 PM, allowing him precious extra rest. The rooms themselves were very quiet and comfortable.

The hotel stay was good, except for the arbitrary rule of requiring swim caps to use the swimming pool. We only ended up using it only one time on our first day during our whole stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious and priced reasonably.

The environment is clean and sanitary. It is very comfortable as soon as you enter the room. The details of hygiene are also very good. The cost performance is very high. I didn't expect the breakfast to be very rich and I was very full. I bothered the front desk service many times and the attitude was still very good!

I was in Beijing's Yizhuang area for a business trip and stayed at the Grand Skylight Hotel. I arrived quite late at the front desk that night, and I'd like to thank Zhang from the front desk for their warm and attentive service. The living environment was excellent, very spacious and clean.

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's a 10-minute walk straight to the Bird's Nest and Water Cube. The night views are stunning, making it super convenient for concerts. The room was spacious and bright, and from the scenic room, you get a panoramic view of the Bird's Nest right from your window. Natural light and soundproofing are both excellent. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options with attentive service. The hygiene was spot on, the bedding was comfortable, and commuting was a breeze. It offers incredible value for money, truly the top choice for anyone visiting the Bird's Nest area.

My stay here was a truly pleasant surprise! The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful; they spontaneously upgraded me to an executive suite for free. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view. They also provided courtesy vouchers, and the coffee and fruit arrangements were perfect. I felt genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The value for money is exceptional, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

I called the hotel the night before to ask if I could check in early. Xiaoyu at the front desk told me that I could. She also helped me upgrade the room. I called at night to get a welcome gift. After checking out, I told Xiaoyu that I needed an invoice. I received it within a few minutes of getting on the car. There is a rest area and laundry room on the second floor. I just rested for a while and my clothes were washed. The sofa is very comfortable

This stay was truly comfortable! The room had a bathtub, and a soak was incredibly stress-relieving. The pool was also heated, so after an evening swim, I slept exceptionally well. The G60 night view, with its dazzling lights, was especially atmospheric. 💫 The gym equipment was new too, and I had a great workout. Vincent at the front desk provided excellent service, patiently answering my questions and offering many extra suggestions that really helped me – he deserves a commendation! The overall experience was superb, and I'll definitely come back next time! 🏊‍♀️🧘‍♀️

The service was friendly and great. The gym is big. Location is beautiful to some nearby malls. The room is very spacious! Very new and clean. I even extended two more days as I really enjoyed the room. There is washing machine that can wash and dry in room! it feels like service apartment. The shoes and shirt is very comfy and fluffy! The house keeper is very caring and friendly to ensure room is nice for you. It feels like living in a new apartment. The view outside the room is beautiful too with lights and trees. The hairdryer and lamps are nice. The shower and sanitary ware is JOMOO which is nice too. There is a little table on the side with two chairs nice for midnight super.
