I was in Futian for a business trip, and it was great that the room could even be equipped with a Gongfu tea set. I just had to let Sylvia Lu know beforehand, and it would be delivered to my room. Brewing a pot of tea in the evening, relaxing after clearing my emails, felt much more comfortable than being in a coffee shop.

Other aspects were also hassle-free: there are self-service lockers in the lobby, so I could check out and store my luggage to go about my business. The self-service printer was always available, so I didn't need to find a print shop for contracts. Invoicing was quick too; the front desk service was excellent, patient, and enthusiastic, with a professional attitude. They proactively helped me send the e-invoice directly to my email after check-out.

The room facilities were new; the smart toilet and electric curtains were convenient to use. Overall, it's suitable for both business guests and personal stays. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

I also discovered a big plus for this hotel: the tea room upstairs. The environment is elegant and quiet, with green views of Central Park from the window, making it perfect for meeting clients over a cup of tea.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. They asked about my preferences even before check-in and arranged a higher floor for me. After I checked in, they thoughtfully followed up to see how I was settling in – truly excellent service! While the hotel facilities are a bit older, that also means the rooms are more spacious, which is a trade-off I appreciate. A special shout-out to the gym – it has a great selection of equipment and fantastic views. Being on the 35th floor, you can even catch a beautiful sunset! What impressed me the most were the small touches: complimentary bottled water was readily available by the elevators and in the gym. These thoughtful details really highlight their commitment to guest comfort.

Upon checking in, I immediately noticed how hot the lobby was 🥵. There was no air conditioning at all. When I asked the front desk staff, they said the AC was broken and hadn't been repaired. Also, the swimming pool had too many leaves and debris; the overall hygiene was just average. They didn't even open at night without any prior notice, so guests only found out when they went down to swim. The pool water was also murky. The only good thing was the breakfast, which was quite plentiful!

I had a great rest in the room, and the hotel's parking was convenient. Front desk staff member Bill (005) provided excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located, close to attractions, and very near Window of the World. The surrounding area and facilities are also very good. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and there's even a free laundry room.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and its location is quite convenient. The subway station is right outside, and it's next to Shenzhen Grand Joy City, which couldn't be more convenient. The front desk service was excellent, the room was very clean, and while the gym wasn't huge, it was sufficient. I was pleasantly surprised to find a laundry room right next to the gym – thumbs up! 👍

The room offered expansive views with floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony. The gym was well-equipped, and the buffet had a wide variety of dishes. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely return if I have the chance.

The hotel is located on a university campus. The environment is very quiet and the facilities are simple. It is suitable for academic exchange activities and is a good accommodation choice in Pingshan!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. What really stood out to us was the incredible hospitality; the management was kind enough to allow us a 4-hour late check-out, which gave us extra time to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool. The staff were incredibly understanding and attentive throughout our visit.
Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. While the breakfast buffet was a bit more limited than we expected, the hotel’s location more than made up for it. It is perfectly situated and very accessible, with a wide variety of restaurants and shopping malls just a short walk away. We truly appreciated the flexibility and the warm service!

The environment is clean and sanitary. It is very comfortable as soon as you enter the room. The details of hygiene are also very good. The cost performance is very high. I didn't expect the breakfast to be very rich and I was very full. I bothered the front desk service many times and the attitude was still very good!

Washing clothes, drying clothes, dyeing hair, packing luggage, preparing cat food, cleaning... 

I didn't want the hassle of a long commute after Jolin Tsai's concert, so I booked the closest hotel, Grand Skylight. It's incredibly close, just across the road, and less than a ten-minute walk to the green ticket entrance. My check-in experience was great! The front desk staff, Xiao Yang, was very warm and friendly. Although check-in is usually at 2 PM, I arrived around 9 AM, and she checked for an available room and let me check in early. She even gave me a Jolin Tsai postcard and drip coffee! Very grateful! Meals and drinks were delivered to the room by a robot. The room's decor is a bit dated, but the cleanliness was impeccable. I specifically checked the corners of the mirror frame and countertop – no dust at all! 👍 I also saw the cleaning staff meticulously wiping things down in other rooms. Plus, the soundproofing of this older hotel is excellent; absolutely no noise disturbance. After the concert, I had no worries about traffic or finding a taxi; I just leisurely headed back to the hotel to sleep. A smart choice! I'll definitely stay here again for future concerts.

Facilities: Although it's an older hotel, the facilities are very complete and fitting for the price.

Ambiance: The decor is beautiful; it's an old five-star hotel but doesn't look dated. 
Service: The staff are friendly. There was construction nearby, and the hotel thoughtfully placed a notice in the room apologizing for it. They even provided free charging cables by the bed. The attention to detail was exceptional.

The hotel's daily maintenance is meticulous and thorough; the rooms are clean with no strange odors, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it's quiet. The hot water and internet connection are stable. Check-in at the front desk is efficient, and the service is thoughtful and attentive, with prompt responses to any requests. Breakfast is clean and tasty, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables. Overall, the value for money is excellent. It's a worry-free and reassuring stay for business, with warm service and great attention to detail. As a long-term corporate guest, I find it very reliable and will definitely choose it again for my next business trip. Five-star recommendation!

This stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel maintains excellent hygiene; every corner was spotless. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Li at the front desk was very quick with check-in, and the staff patiently answered all our questions about getting around. The location is superb, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.
