As someone who travels for work extensively, staying in hotels at least ten days a month, I don't usually leave reviews. However, I hope my experience can help others, just as I rely on reviews when choosing a hotel. This hotel is located in Futian District, and I booked a double room for less than 700 RMB. Honestly, I think it offers great value for money.  Aside from the somewhat heavy doors and the slight noise from neighboring rooms opening and closing, everything else was excellent. For example, it was quiet and very clean. The only downside was that a strong smoky smell filled the hallway on the 8th floor, presumably from one of the rooms. I asked the front desk if the hotel wasn't non-smoking, wondering if they had smoking rooms. The front desk confirmed that the entire hotel is non-smoking, and I asked them to investigate.  On a positive note, the free and convenient ground-level parking was a big plus – a stark contrast to my stay at Orange Hotel in Overseas Chinese Town, where parking was 48 RMB per night and not reimbursed by the hotel.

The overall experience at AVI Grand Cloud Hotel was excellent. The location is superb, making it convenient for both getting around and shopping. The rooms were clean and tidy, spacious, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was good, ensuring a high quality of rest. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and professional, handling check-in and check-out efficiently, and responding promptly to any requests. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure stays, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Upon checking in, I immediately noticed how hot the lobby was 🥵. There was no air conditioning at all. When I asked the front desk staff, they said the AC was broken and hadn't been repaired. Also, the swimming pool had too many leaves and debris; the overall hygiene was just average. They didn't even open at night without any prior notice, so guests only found out when they went down to swim. The pool water was also murky. The only good thing was the breakfast, which was quite plentiful!

The service was great overall, definitely recommend it. It's really convenient to find places to eat nearby, there's a local night market/food street right next to the hotel. The subway entrance is right outside, and it's just one stop to the attractions, a few minutes' walk. It's worth recommending, the facilities are complete, and the front desk staff, Bill and Lina, were very enthusiastic.

I wanted to visit the Shenzhen Museum of Natural History this time, but didn't want to rush back and forth, so I stayed at the closest hotel to the museum. The hotel's location is excellent, less than a ten-minute walk to the museum. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was extensive. There are also many sports and entertainment options nearby, such as swimming, fitness, and go-karting. Also, Xiao Li and Xiao Ye provided excellent service, two thumbs up!

This hotel offers an excellent overall experience! The environment is quiet and elegant, with greenery that creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are well-equipped with modern, fully functional facilities. The front desk staff are warm, attentive, and patient. Cleanliness is outstanding—everything is spotless, and the bedding is fresh and odor-free, making the stay both comfortable and reassuring. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The hotel is located on a university campus. The environment is very quiet and the facilities are simple. It is suitable for academic exchange activities and is a good accommodation choice in Pingshan!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. What really stood out to us was the incredible hospitality; the management was kind enough to allow us a 4-hour late check-out, which gave us extra time to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool. The staff were incredibly understanding and attentive throughout our visit.
Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. While the breakfast buffet was a bit more limited than we expected, the hotel’s location more than made up for it. It is perfectly situated and very accessible, with a wide variety of restaurants and shopping malls just a short walk away. We truly appreciated the flexibility and the warm service!

The biggest highlights of this hotel are its 'value for money' and 'thoughtful details'. The price is affordable, yet the services and facilities are absolutely comparable to high-star hotels. The room comes with complimentary mini-bar drinks and a welcome fruit platter, plenty of bottled water, and USB charging ports conveniently located by the bed and desk. The mattress is just right, and there's a choice of pillows with different heights, truly showing their attentiveness. The bathroom amenities are from a well-known brand, and the toiletries have a pleasant, long-lasting scent. What impressed me the most was coming back in the evening to find that housekeeping had neatly organized my clothes, replenished the slippers, and even left a handwritten goodnight card. These small touches instantly made a huge positive impression. There are many dining options around the hotel, including a popular '网红餐厅' (internet-famous restaurant) just a three-minute walk away. At check-out, the front desk even proactively asked if I needed a late check-out. Overall, this was a 'flawless' stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

Struck gold with this find! I booked this place on a whim, and it far exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff proactively upgraded me to a higher floor and patiently explained the local transportation and dining options. The room was spotless with no odd smells, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and hot water came instantly. The bed was just the right firmness, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the soundproofing was excellent. While the breakfast wasn't a huge spread, the taste was spot on. For this price, the quality is incredible – such great value for money! I'll definitely be staying here again whenever I'm in town.

This is my go-to hotel for business trips to Daxing. The location is super convenient, with a mall right across the street, and parking is a breeze. The hotel's daily maintenance is meticulous and thorough; the rooms are clean with no strange odors, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it's quiet. The hot water and internet connection are stable. Check-in at the front desk is efficient, and the service is thoughtful and attentive, with prompt responses to any requests. Breakfast is clean and tasty, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables. Overall, the value for money is excellent. It's a worry-free and reassuring stay for business, with warm service and great attention to detail. As a long-term corporate guest, I find it very reliable and will definitely choose it again for my next business trip. Five-star recommendation!

I needed to do laundry late at night and asked the front desk if they had a laundry service. They told me there was a self-service laundromat on the 10th floor. I really wanted to get my clothes washed and dried quickly, and they said there was a dryer too. It was late, and I was ready to rest. In the end, I went back to the front desk to ask if they had a pick-up/drop-off laundry service. They said they offered it during the day, and if it was urgent, I could expedite it then. Even though there wasn't a pick-up/drop-off service late at night, Iris at the front desk still helped me by contacting a colleague to ask about it. The service was really good, and my stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

This stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel maintains excellent hygiene; every corner was spotless. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Li at the front desk was very quick with check-in, and the staff patiently answered all our questions about getting around. The location is superb, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Despite that, it was quiet and not noisy at all. It's definitely my top choice for future trips, and I've already recommended it to friends.
