The hotel is conveniently located right next to Shennan Avenue, making it easily accessible by both car and metro. The surrounding area has all the amenities you could ask for, with plenty of options for dining and shopping. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The front desk even upgraded my room upon check-in, and the housekeeping staff thoughtfully provided extra bottled water. Overall, a great experience! 👍

On a business trip to Shenzhen, the location was decent, making it easy to get around by taxi. After meetings, I enjoyed a walk in Central Park, and it was great for morning runs. I also went to Huaqiangbei Electronics Market to buy some things for a friend's client, which wasn't far. The staff were efficient, especially with things like issuing invoices. The service was excellent, the front desk staff were friendly, and my room was tidied up perfectly every day. They even thoughtfully kept my charger safe when I left it behind. The Huawei TV in the room had a clear picture, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

The location is super convenient for getting around, and there are lots of great food options nearby. The front desk staff are really friendly and helpful, especially Leo and MG. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time, it's truly a great place.

So far so good with the view, cleanliness. However the light is a little dark than expected in the toilet. Service counter is quick that can cope with my busy schedule. Breakfast has large variety of food though just a few people jn the cafe at around 730am. Food is acceptable so far. It’s a fair stay with this price.

Great hotel with dedicated staff. At the reception Jin Wang and Wu Shuang, were very professional and very knowledgeable. They made us feel special from the first moment. They gave us a great room with an amazing lake view and complimentary afternoon tea coupons. The room is very large, the bed is very comfortable. The hotel has an excellent architecture it's modern but maintains the Chinese elements. The buffet dinner was excellent with a wide selection of very delicious dishes and desserts. Our overall experience was excellent and we will definitely come back. Thank to it's dedicated staff like Jin Wang and Wu Shuang, 赖加春 who made this stay even more unforgettable. The breakfast is also rich with nice baked goods like croissant, chocolate bread, danish pastries and so on. Cheese selection is also great. We enjoyed the indoor pool as well. I stayed at Grand Skylight Haoyue Hotel for three days during the Gaokao (National College Entrance Examination) period. Throughout my stay, I was deeply impressed by the hotel's thoughtful consideration for the students taking the exam! From the encouraging pins gifted upon check-in and the motivational posters in the elevator corridors, to the light, nutritious, and varied breakfast options – every detail showed their care. Highly commendable! 👍🏻

The location is convenient, and the service was excellent.

Suggestions: The design of the sink faucet could be improved, as water consistently splashes onto clothes when washing hands. Also, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak, almost non-existent.

I chose Grand Skylight Hotel for this trip and was very satisfied after checking in. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities and equipment, and the sound insulation was also good, so it was very quiet to sleep at night. The staff Xiao Guo had a very good service attitude and always had a smile on his face, which made people feel very friendly. There are shopping malls and parks around the hotel. There is also a river downstairs that is very suitable for walking. If you are also looking for a cost-effective hotel, you might as well consider this place.

While reception staff was not capable of any English, one management lady helped out very nicely. In total, clean room and bathroom, breakfast for such a hotel surprisingly tasty with good coffee (all self service). Gym equipment rather ”home use quality” than what you usually can expect in such a hotel (as the price is not cheap at all). Billiard room.

Generally: a business hotel far away from every city center / mall, etc.  Though for some customers or suppliers, if they are close, a good option avoiding Shenzhen standard every day traffic jam.

Check-in was seamless, and cc had a very pleasant smile. I was thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade to an executive suite. Late at night, my room key had a minor glitch with the elevator, but the front desk staff resolved it politely and swiftly. However, I was disappointed by two things: the executive suite lacked a full-length mirror, and the large bathroom mirror had numerous water stains, making it appear dirty.

Location - real close to the Stadium; Security - nice lock system; Receptionists - all nice, especially ”Wang, Fu Qiang” 王富强 （服务非常优秀，方案彻底又有效率） very attentive, professional and efficient - helped me to get takeout order as lunch after unavailability of room service of beef noodles; deduct one star for the breakfast buffet - bus boys clear tables fast, yet the waitress/waiter not friendly as to my inquires, e.g. unavailability of coffee spoon, absence of regular size coffee cup/mug, absence of breakfast tea bags, and unsolicited table sharing. The breakfast buffet is a convenient option for travellers, not a sampler representing local cuisine. The hotel use a cute robot to deliver items to the suite on demand - that was entertaining. The coffee and tea shop at the lobby is a bit pricy if you are only looking for non-branded beverage. View - I stayed at high floor and could see the entrance of the ”Nest” the stadium plus a corner of the famous Concrete Nest structure - very charming in the evening. The hotel is nice for travellers who can handle a bit of mandarin.

My friends and I chose the Grand Skylight Hotel for our trip. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and proactively upgraded our room type. The room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. The bathroom featured excellent wet/dry separation, which was really convenient. Despite its proximity to the Third Ring Road, the soundproofing was superb. Transportation was also very convenient. Five stars – I'll definitely be back!

First time staying here. The room is quiet, clean and spacious. Xiao Zhang at the front desk is very enthusiastic and the service is very thoughtful! The experience is good and recommended. The environment is super good and parking is very convenient. The hotel price is super affordable. Next time, my first choice hotel is still here. It's really a treasure.

When travelling, especially with a kid, cleanliness in a room is THE priority. Well, the room was NOT clean. The counter top in the bathroom was stained AND dirty, the room was dusty (you could see dust on the mirrors and other surfaces) and the floor was full of shoes footprints of different types. We asked for the room to be cleaned as we checked in, while we went for a walk, more than one our later we came back, the room was dirty as we left it. 
I’m sorry but for such a price, in a 5 star hotel, this is absolutely not acceptable. 
Besides, I seriously doubt that the measurements of the room are correct as it seemed waaaay smaller than what officially stated in the room info.
The view of course is breathtaking, that’s true.
Mind also that there is absolutely no separation between the wet room and the bedroom, no door, no curtains…so no privacy while taking a bath. And also that there is no fridge.
The lady at the reception was lovely, really kind, but it doesn’t make up for a dirty room.

I booked this hotel by chance, and it gave me a very good feeling! First of all, the location is very good, there is a free parking lot right under the Bayi Bridge. Secondly, the hotel facilities are very complete, and the view of the room we booked this time is also very very very good! You can see the river view across the street, the night view of Tengwang Pavilion and the Bayi Bridge! Needless to say, the service! The service staff at the door of the hotel greeted me very warmly, helped me with my luggage to check in, and the check-in at the front desk was also very fast and efficient, and the experience was very comfortable! The next day, I stored my luggage because I was going out to play. When I finally picked up my luggage, the front desk lady was also very enthusiastic and gave us a small gift. Thank you very much!
