I was in Futian for a business trip, and it was great that the room could even be equipped with a Gongfu tea set. I just had to let Sylvia Lu know beforehand, and it would be delivered to my room. Brewing a pot of tea in the evening, relaxing after clearing my emails, felt much more comfortable than being in a coffee shop.

Other aspects were also hassle-free: there are self-service lockers in the lobby, so I could check out and store my luggage to go about my business. The self-service printer was always available, so I didn't need to find a print shop for contracts. Invoicing was quick too; the front desk service was excellent, patient, and enthusiastic, with a professional attitude. They proactively helped me send the e-invoice directly to my email after check-out.

The room facilities were new; the smart toilet and electric curtains were convenient to use. Overall, it's suitable for both business guests and personal stays. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

I also discovered a big plus for this hotel: the tea room upstairs. The environment is elegant and quiet, with green views of Central Park from the window, making it perfect for meeting clients over a cup of tea.

The hotel was perfect from the warm welcome to the final farewell.
Since we were traveling with children, the staff kindly gave them gifts and treated us with great care. Even though we had not requested it, they prepared fruits and cookies in the room, which showed a very thoughtful attention to detail.
By coincidence, both our check-in and check-out were handled by a staff member named Nora Chen. She assisted us promptly and professionally, always with a bright smile that made the experience even more pleasant.
If I visit Shenzhen again in the future, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you very much.

Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately drawn in by the exquisite design and inviting atmosphere. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making check-in swift and efficient. My room was spotless and tidy, and the bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable – a perfect night's sleep was guaranteed! The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, with plenty of hot water and high-quality toiletries. Plus, the hotel offers [a gym/pool/free parking/laundry room, etc.], which is a thoughtful touch.

I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen, and I'll be sure to recommend it to friends and family.

The hotel is conveniently located right by Window of the World. There seemed to be a food street right outside, though I didn't get a chance to check it out. The front desk staff's service attitude was absolutely fantastic, truly commendable! There's a concierge service via WeChat, and they were incredibly quick to respond to any requests. They even gave me a welcome fruit basket, and when I was checking out, seeing that I had a lot of things in my hands, they proactively offered me a large bag. 👍

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and its location is quite convenient. The subway station is right outside, and it's next to Shenzhen Grand Joy City, which couldn't be more convenient. The front desk service was excellent, the room was very clean, and while the gym wasn't huge, it was sufficient. I was pleasantly surprised to find a laundry room right next to the gym – thumbs up! 👍

The hotel is located on a university campus. The environment is very quiet and the facilities are simple. It is suitable for academic exchange activities and is a good accommodation choice in Pingshan!

Air conditioning always works badly. In summer does not have cold air. In winter, temperature set as 28 ºC and it is not possible to set another temperature.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. We booked two superior king rooms with breakfast, as our child was taking the college entrance exam (Gaokao) and we were there to support him. The hotel's Cantonese dim sum restaurant on the third floor was a great convenience, and its location directly across from the school provided immense peace of mind during the exam period. The hotel manager was incredibly accommodating, even approving a late checkout for one of our rooms until 5 PM on June 9th. This was particularly helpful as his last exam started at 5:00 PM, allowing him precious extra rest. The rooms themselves were very quiet and comfortable.

The environment is clean and sanitary. It is very comfortable as soon as you enter the room. The details of hygiene are also very good. The cost performance is very high. I didn't expect the breakfast to be very rich and I was very full. I bothered the front desk service many times and the attitude was still very good!

The building's exterior is quite striking, making it a landmark. The interior facilities are a bit old, but still clean, as they were being cleaned. Breakfast is only complimentary for members, and it must be for the member themselves. There's a swimming pool and a gym. The rooms are quite spacious. There's construction happening across the street during the day. Service: They provided a bathtub liner, which was a thoughtful touch.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is perfect, right next to the Bird's Nest, which was incredibly convenient for attending a concert with my child. The room was sparkling clean, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that I slept like a baby. The front desk staff was super enthusiastic, making the check-in process quick and smooth. They even proactively upgraded our breakfast vouchers. The biggest surprise was how they had already prepared our room according to our booking requests, and the room service was incredibly thoughtful, promptly meeting our needs and making adjustments. Every detail was perfect! Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely stay here again!

The location is great, just a few hundred meters from several subway stations. There's a large market nearby, which is very convenient for buying food. The room is quite spacious, and both the cleanliness and service are excellent! The value for money, in particular, is amazing – 699 for two nights during the Qingming Festival is an absolute steal! The facilities are a bit old, but at this price point, it's totally acceptable.

This is my go-to hotel for business trips to Daxing. The location is super convenient, with a mall right across the street, and parking is a breeze. The hotel's daily maintenance is meticulous and thorough; the rooms are clean with no strange odors, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it's quiet. The hot water and internet connection are stable. Check-in at the front desk is efficient, and the service is thoughtful and attentive, with prompt responses to any requests. Breakfast is clean and tasty, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables. Overall, the value for money is excellent. It's a worry-free and reassuring stay for business, with warm service and great attention to detail. As a long-term corporate guest, I find it very reliable and will definitely choose it again for my next business trip. Five-star recommendation!

The service was friendly and great. The gym is big. Location is beautiful to some nearby malls. The room is very spacious! Very new and clean. I even extended two more days as I really enjoyed the room. There is washing machine that can wash and dry in room! it feels like service apartment. The shoes and shirt is very comfy and fluffy! The house keeper is very caring and friendly to ensure room is nice for you. It feels like living in a new apartment. The view outside the room is beautiful too with lights and trees. The hairdryer and lamps are nice. The shower and sanitary ware is JOMOO which is nice too. There is a little table on the side with two chairs nice for midnight super.
