To be honest, I am not satisfied with this hotel. I checked in at 9 am. The hotel said that there was a room, but I had to pay half a day's room rate because the normal check-in time was after 3 pm. I have to say that although the regulations are like this, it is the first time I have encountered a hotel that operates like this. After checking in, I found that the building opposite the room was under construction. Needless to say, the noise was very close. The key is that the distance between the buildings was very close, and the curtains could not be opened. Then we were going to go out to buy some bottled water. We went downstairs to ask the doorman which direction the nearest supermarket to buy water was. As a result, the doorman said that the nearest supermarket would take 15 minutes to walk. I will help you get a taxi. According to my own life experience, I didn't listen to him and went out to look for it myself. It turned out that it was only 100 meters away. Speechless 😓. In addition, there are few varieties of breakfast. Except for more fruits, there is nothing good. Regarding the location of the room, I later went to the front desk to adjust the room. The front desk said that changing to the other side would also face the construction site, so I had to give up. The only thing worth praising is that the check-out on the last day was that the front desk readily agreed to delay it to 2 pm, which was good.

Having just arrived in São Paulo, a city in the Southern Hemisphere, I happily checked into my hotel after arriving from the airport. Suddenly, I realized my small carry-on bag, which I usually use to store my belongings, was missing. I'd even left my phone in it when I got out of the car. I was so panicked! Fortunately, I never ask for receipts, but as if by some miracle, I asked the driver for one. I quickly told the lovely receptionist about my bag and handed her the receipt. The receptionist appeared unhurried and leisurely called the taxi company. They told me which car was waiting and would contact the driver. Although over half an hour had passed since I got off the car, I was worried, but surprisingly, I didn't despair. Just two or three minutes later, the front desk phone rang. They told me the driver was on his way to the hotel with my bag, but because of the morning rush hour, there might be a delay. I was stunned. I had never expected the people of São Paulo to be so kind and efficient! I was both surprised and touched! My bag was in the back seat. I bought coffee ☕️ and some food at the popular cafe in the lobby, slowly admiring the beautiful hotel surroundings while patiently waiting for the driver to arrive. After about 20 minutes, the driver arrived at the hotel door, carrying my bag and smiling broadly. He kept thanking me and offered me the money as a token of his gratitude. He was very polite and refused to take it. Without further ado, I shoved it into his pocket. I read an article a long time ago that said Brazilians 🇧🇷 are all like-minded people! This personal experience has truly struck me as spot-on! The hotel front desk service was also excellent; they had a room for me before 11:00 AM. I'm truly grateful to Brazil 🇧🇷 and São Paulo! Thank you to the driver and the hotel front desk staff 👩💼 for making my trip to São Paulo a safe, enjoyable, and complete experience. 💕

The girl who makes tapioca/waffle/omelet for breakfast is a sweetheart! The guy who was in the cafe coordinating too, very friendly and helpful.

Overall, it's pretty good. There are many restaurants nearby, and it's quite safe. I'll definitely come back again. Overall, it's great, hahaha!

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Gangnam. We didn't use the subway, so being close to a station wasn't a priority for us. The hotel occupies an entire building, which gives it a complete and self-contained feel. There's also a parking platform, which is very convenient. The hotel service was fantastic across the board – concierge, front desk, and housekeeping were all excellent. The rooms are also quite spacious. The biggest issue is that the rooms are a bit dated; the plain white walls and overall decor feel very old-fashioned, almost like a state-owned hotel from a smaller Chinese city. I hope you understand what I mean by that.

I recently stayed at Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel and Residences Seoul Yongsan and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel offers spacious, well-appointed rooms, excellent facilities, and a convenient location connected to Yongsan Station, making it an ideal choice for visitors to Seoul.

What truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by Amy from the Front Desk. As we were preparing to leave, we needed a vacuum cleaner to remove air from our airtight packing bags. Although this was an unusual request, Amy went above and beyond to assist us. She made an exceptional effort to locate a vacuum cleaner, checking with various departments until she was able to find one for us. Her dedication, resourcefulness, and willingness to help exceeded our expectations and reflected the hotel's strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

The rest of the staff were also professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the hotel's facilities were well maintained.

The only downside during our stay was the pillows, which we found to be a little too soft and flat for our preference. Some guests may enjoy them, but we would have appreciated firmer pillow options for better sleeping comfort.

Overall, this was an excellent stay, made even more memorable by Amy's exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel and Residences Seoul Yongsan and would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Seoul.

I stayed for 5 nights. It was clean and safe, and I had no unpleasant experiences at all. The air conditioning, shower, toilet, and bed were all good, as was the service at the lobby. The location isn't far from tourist attractions, but I did get a bit frustrated with Jakarta's traffic and the GRAB drivers (they often cancel on you). Still, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and I think it's a very good hotel. I'd love to stay here again next time.

The room was fantastic, and both the staff and front desk were very welcoming. The price was also very reasonable. The hotel's location is great, close to the city center and only 5 kilometers from Grand Indonesia mall. There are also many smaller malls and restaurants nearby.
