To be honest, I am not satisfied with this hotel. I checked in at 9 am. The hotel said that there was a room, but I had to pay half a day's room rate because the normal check-in time was after 3 pm. I have to say that although the regulations are like this, it is the first time I have encountered a hotel that operates like this. After checking in, I found that the building opposite the room was under construction. Needless to say, the noise was very close. The key is that the distance between the buildings was very close, and the curtains could not be opened. Then we were going to go out to buy some bottled water. We went downstairs to ask the doorman which direction the nearest supermarket to buy water was. As a result, the doorman said that the nearest supermarket would take 15 minutes to walk. I will help you get a taxi. According to my own life experience, I didn't listen to him and went out to look for it myself. It turned out that it was only 100 meters away. Speechless 😓. In addition, there are few varieties of breakfast. Except for more fruits, there is nothing good. Regarding the location of the room, I later went to the front desk to adjust the room. The front desk said that changing to the other side would also face the construction site, so I had to give up. The only thing worth praising is that the check-out on the last day was that the front desk readily agreed to delay it to 2 pm, which was good.

Having just arrived in São Paulo, a city in the Southern Hemisphere, I happily checked into my hotel after arriving from the airport. Suddenly, I realized my small carry-on bag, which I usually use to store my belongings, was missing. I'd even left my phone in it when I got out of the car. I was so panicked! Fortunately, I never ask for receipts, but as if by some miracle, I asked the driver for one. I quickly told the lovely receptionist about my bag and handed her the receipt. The receptionist appeared unhurried and leisurely called the taxi company. They told me which car was waiting and would contact the driver. Although over half an hour had passed since I got off the car, I was worried, but surprisingly, I didn't despair. Just two or three minutes later, the front desk phone rang. They told me the driver was on his way to the hotel with my bag, but because of the morning rush hour, there might be a delay. I was stunned. I had never expected the people of São Paulo to be so kind and efficient! I was both surprised and touched! My bag was in the back seat. I bought coffee ☕️ and some food at the popular cafe in the lobby, slowly admiring the beautiful hotel surroundings while patiently waiting for the driver to arrive. After about 20 minutes, the driver arrived at the hotel door, carrying my bag and smiling broadly. He kept thanking me and offered me the money as a token of his gratitude. He was very polite and refused to take it. Without further ado, I shoved it into his pocket. I read an article a long time ago that said Brazilians 🇧🇷 are all like-minded people! This personal experience has truly struck me as spot-on! The hotel front desk service was also excellent; they had a room for me before 11:00 AM. I'm truly grateful to Brazil 🇧🇷 and São Paulo! Thank you to the driver and the hotel front desk staff 👩💼 for making my trip to São Paulo a safe, enjoyable, and complete experience. 💕

Check-in delayed and bad, they didn't find confirmation of Tripp's reservation and I asked for the reservation in the app of Trip apartment adapted to my 83-year-old aunt with comorbidities, I had no request, we had to show the voucher several times, Only after I found the receipt in the application is that they confirmed!

I absolutely love this hotel! The lobby's atmosphere is fantastic the moment you walk in. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the environment was so nice and quiet, I slept perfectly soundly every night. The staff were also super attentive and thoughtful, making the experience absolutely top-notch!

But the biggest highlight has to be the buffet restaurant downstairs – it was truly perfect! Every single dish was exquisitely prepared and delicious, each one a masterpiece. The taste was out of this world!

This hotel completely won me over on my trip to Korea. I'd honestly be willing to come back to Korea just for this hotel. I'm already missing it since I got back home and can't wait to stay here again next time!

My daughter and her dog stayed here this time. She was very happy with how spacious and clean the room was! It seems like we even got an upgrade, thank you so much. Next time I visit Korea, I'll definitely be staying here with my dog too.

This hotel offers excellent value for money! It's especially generous for Accor members; I got an automatic upgrade to an executive suite for a three-night stay, and the first round of the minibar was complimentary. The breakfast spread is amazing, with freshly made pan-fried buns, omelets, and fresh juices. The room is spacious, offering a distant view of Pudong's 'three titans' (Lujiazui skyscrapers). Plus, there's an outdoor pool and a self-service laundry room, which is incredibly convenient for longer stays. The location is also handy, and the service is warm and welcoming. Definitely a five-star recommendation!

I frequently visit Shanghai, and lately, I've been exploring Japanese restaurants and shopping at Jin Hongqiao in the Gubei Tianshan area. So, each time, I try out a different hotel nearby. Honestly, I was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but I decided to experience it myself. My experience was actually great. It's a bit of a walk to the subway, but there's a bus stop right outside that takes you one stop to Loushanguan Road Station on Line 2, or you can just use a shared bike. The room was quite spacious, with a balcony and a washing machine. The front desk even provides laundry detergent, which is super convenient. The main selling point is the price, especially for someone like me who doesn't need breakfast; booking without it makes it even cheaper, which is perfect.
