Location: The hotel boasts an exceptional location, situated in the Jin Mao Tower, one of the 'Lujiazui Trio,' right next to the Shanghai Tower and the Shanghai World Financial Center.

The hotel's design seamlessly blends Eastern aesthetics with Western architectural beauty, exuding both old-money charm and luxurious style. All hotel staff are also bilingual in Chinese and English.

Experience: Our entire stay was fantastic. Since it was my birthday, Mia from Guest Services specially arranged a room upgrade for us. From the room, we could see the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, the Bund, and even the Magnolia Plaza across the river in North Bund. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the light show from here during the National Day holiday.

Mia and her colleagues also prepared a Tiramisu birthday cake and flowers for me, for which I am truly grateful.

Pool and Spa facilities: The indoor swimming pool's water quality was exceptionally clear, easily ranking among the top three of all the hotels I've visited. The sauna and cold plunge bath I experienced afterward were also excellent.

The only area for improvement is that there was no discount for in-house guests at the hotel's buffet lunch. Even so, we will still choose to stay at the Grand Hyatt Shanghai on our next visit to Shanghai.

Mia's professionalism and hospitality deserve commendation from the hotel and serve as an example for other service staff.

Many thanks to the Grand Hyatt Shanghai 🙏🏻

The hotel is located in the North外滩 (North Bund), with rooms facing the Huangpu River. On the left is the famous three-piece suit (skyscrapers), and on the right is the historic architecture of the Bund. Watching the ships sail back and forth on the river is just so relaxing. The hotel service also lives up to five-star standards—all requests were met promptly. The minibar is small but well-stocked, featuring eight different drinks, which is quite generous. Guest services were also top-notch; Lorna contacted us in advance to check our arrival time and room preferences, and even prepared a small surprise for us. The breakfast is highly recommended as well. A thoroughly satisfying hotel experience, and I will definitely choose the Hyatt on the Bund again next time I visit Shanghai.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Dubai! The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and very family-friendly. We especially enjoyed the water park — the kids had so much fun and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was great, and there were plenty of things to enjoy as a family. We had such a lovely time and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended for families with children!

There is a good solution for family. Clean enough. Good breakfast. Great environment with swimming pool and lobby ). Nearby subway.

Staying at the Grand Hyatt Jeju was a great experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff provides excellent service. There are many Chinese-speaking staff members, so communication was not an issue. The airport shuttle bus runs every half an hour with dedicated staff for pick-up and drop-off, making airport transfers very convenient. The rooms are equipped with service QR codes, allowing guests to order food, request towels and drinking water, and schedule room cleaning with ease. The hotel breakfast offers a good variety. There are also many restaurants nearby, providing a wide range of dining options. I tried local dishes like grilled meat and stone pot bibimbap, and the taste was generally good.
