The facilities are complete, and the service is good. Although the lobby is small, it's cozy. Getting around by subway and bus is super convenient, and shopping is great too, plus the Barclays Center is nearby.

🗽✨ My stay at the EVEN Hotel New York - Midtown East by IHG was, on the whole, really satisfying.

The biggest advantage was definitely the location 👍. Being right in the heart of Midtown East, it was incredibly convenient for using the subway and bus, making it the optimal spot for getting to major Manhattan attractions. I had a packed travel schedule, and having almost no stress about getting around really helped me manage my energy 🚶‍♂️🚇.

Even though the hotel shows its age a bit, the room condition was surprisingly clean ✨. The bedding was spotless, and I was impressed by how well-maintained the bathroom and general tidiness of the room were. Noise wasn't an issue, so I could rest comfortably at night. Overall, it strongly felt like a practical yet stable place to stay.

I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who prioritizes location, cleanliness, and comfort over luxury 😊. If I come back to New York, I would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel rooms, though small, were clean and tidy, well-maintained, and in a great location—quiet despite being in a bustling area. It was very close to the subway station, making transportation convenient. For New York, it was considered good value for money.

I chose this hotel because of its high reviews, but in reality, there was construction work going on next to the highway, so it was very noisy day and night. This price is in line with the location in New York. The staff were very friendly and considerate. However, I was a bit skeptical about the fact that it took four weeks to process the refund of my $200 deposit, which I wasn't informed of in advance.

This isn't my first stay at Even Hotel, and coming back, it still feels just like home. The staff are all incredibly warm and professional, and I hope they continue to maintain that high standard.

Pros:
1.  Parking is convenient and free. Just remember to register your license plate at the front desk before you leave.
2.  There's a complimentary mini-bar, and the lobby offers cold drinks, hot drinks, coffee, and smoothies. You can also grab water anytime, which is really generous.
3.  The room amenities are excellent: a laundry room, gym, breakfast restaurant, bar, dining room, mahjong/card room, robot room service, and fully equipped meeting rooms.
4.  The location is super convenient, just 200 meters from Jinqiao Station on Metro Line 9, and right in the heart of the Jinqiao Development Zone. On weekdays, they even offer a free shuttle bus to nearby office buildings.
5.  The room's air conditioning is powerful and keeps it nice and cool! 👍
6.  They provide yoga and other fitness equipment in the room, which was a pleasant surprise.

As an IHG brand, it definitely delivers. I'll choose Even Hotel again if I get the chance.

The hotel's location is ideal for those attending exhibitions at the Home Furnishings Exhibition Center, making it very convenient for event participants. The room facilities are new, with a trendy sports-themed design. The breakfast offers a rich variety of options, and the staff member, Sharon, was very enthusiastic.

I brought my child here for the Arknights concert event. The hotel is very close to the Mercedes-Benz Arena. In the evening, the lobby thoughtfully provided snacks and tremella soup. The restaurant also offers noodles. Staff and performers from Arknights were also staying at the hotel. The hotel is relatively new, clean, and tidy, and the rooms are quite bright. I booked an open-plan suite and was upgraded to a partitioned suite. Nearby, there's a riverside cycling path that goes all the way to the Oriental Pearl Tower. Along the way, there are ferries where you can cross the river for 2 yuan to the Bund and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street.

Stepping into the room yesterday, I was immediately struck by how bright and airy it was. A fresh spring breeze was wafting in through the partially open window, making the air feel wonderfully clean. The pillows offered great support, and I woke up without any neck pain. The whole atmosphere just makes you want to stay for several more days. From now on, whenever I'm in this area, this will definitely be my go-to place.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The reception team was exceptionally proactive and attentive, and I would especially like to commend Miss Yuan for her warm hospitality and outstanding service.

The location is outstanding, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, right next to Paradise Walk, and conveniently close to the subway, making it very easy to get around.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bedding was soft and of high quality, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Despite the lively atmosphere downstairs, the room was impressively quiet. I also appreciated the thoughtful sleep-focused amenities, especially the option to choose different types of pillows.

There is also a fitness area available, which is a nice bonus, and the laundry facilities are very convenient for longer stays.

Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were attentive and provided great service throughout.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers staying multiple days. I was truly impressed and would gladly stay here again.
