My stay at EVEN Hotel Brooklyn was generally comfortable, though there are a few things to note. The hotel is in a very convenient location with many eateries nearby, and several train lines within a short walk, making it easy to travel to any part of New York City. The neighbourhood felt safe overall, despite a shooting incident that took place nearby during our stay.

The room itself was not super clean, and it contained several exercise equipment items, which may not suit everyone. While the concept is unique, it made the room feel a bit cluttered.

That said, the hotel’s surroundings and accessibility remain its strongest points. It is a practical option if you value convenience and easy access to transport and food choices.

Excellent location! The UN, Times Square, and Empire State Building are all within easy walking distance. For Manhattan, the room size was quite generous, easily accommodating two large suitcases. The dining area is compact but impeccably clean and well-maintained. Breakfast selection is limited, but everything is beautifully prepared and delicious. They also have an outdoor terrace with comfortable sofas, perfect for enjoying the warm Manhattan sun. There's a car rental agency directly across the street, which also doubles as a Zuzuche pick-up point – a massive convenience!

The hotel rooms, though small, were clean and tidy, well-maintained, and in a great location—quiet despite being in a bustling area. It was very close to the subway station, making transportation convenient. For New York, it was considered good value for money.

I chose this hotel because of its high reviews, but in reality, there was construction work going on next to the highway, so it was very noisy day and night. This price is in line with the location in New York. The staff were very friendly and considerate. However, I was a bit skeptical about the fact that it took four weeks to process the refund of my $200 deposit, which I wasn't informed of in advance.

Five stars service. This hotel makes you feel like home. The room is clean and tidy. A great place to relax. 

The staff are caring and detail-minded. Their service is 100/100 !! 

They provide delicious breakfast and FREE late night snacks. Another impressive thing is that they provide unlimited supply of bottle water (warm and cold) !! 

They also provide wide range of pillows for you to choose, allowing you to have a very good night sleep.  I chose lavender pillow for my stay and it was great! 

I would definitely come back again !!

This hotel is an absolute gem! It's only a few hundred meters from the National Exhibition and Convention Center, and I, a solo female traveler with a suitcase, followed the directions provided in the room and got to the venue in about 10 minutes without any wrong turns. It's also very close to the North Entrance Hall (Gate 10), located between Halls 2, 3, and 4.

The service is superb, and it feels very safe with a 24-hour front desk!

It's incredibly clean, with spotless bedding and bathrooms, and everything feels brand new! There's also a 24-hour self-service laundry room with dryers, laundry pods, and an iron, which is very convenient.

The hotel's breakfast exceeded all expectations. It was even more extensive and refined than buffets I've had at hotels in Macau that cost 150 RMB. They offer both Chinese and Western options, and the quality and ingredients were visibly excellent. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, which is a lifesaver for early risers attending exhibitions! My only minor complaint is that the fried food and some dishes in the Chinese section weren't kept warm enough and were cold when I ate them. However, the freshly prepared wontons and noodles were delicious and customizable to individual taste, which I absolutely loved. The bread, desserts, and porridge are also highly recommended!

The service was excellent, and the environment was clean and tidy. The room was spacious and grand, and they even upgraded our room and gave us complimentary welcome fruit. Breakfast until 10:30 AM was also a thoughtful touch. Most importantly, it's just a 10-minute walk to the Mercedes-Benz Arena, which is incredibly convenient.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic, and I'd like to give a special shout-out to Xiaohuang and Xiaozhang at the front desk! They were efficient and professional during check-in, even proactively reminding us about the laundry service and breakfast times. Later that evening, we ran into a small issue and asked for their help; they responded quickly and were incredibly enthusiastic, showing no sign of impatience whatsoever. The service from these two staff members made our entire trip much more comfortable. Definitely a five-star review!

This time, I stayed at the InterContinental Hotels Group's Ease Hotel. The hotel boasts a great location, and the front desk staff were very welcoming upon check-in, recommending nearby amenities. The rooms were clean and tidy, equipped with smart devices and aromatherapy, and the bedding was comfortable. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly. Each room had fitness equipment. The second-floor breakfast restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes, including local specialties. There's also a gym and self-service laundry room on the second floor, catering to guests' fitness and laundry needs. Overall, this hotel is quite convenient for business trips and I would recommend it!

Opened in 2025, under the InterContinental Hotels Group, and seeing all 5-star reviews, I decided to check it out.

1. The front desk service was quite good. Arriving at 1:20 AM, I received an upgrade and complimentary breakfast. They asked if I was a member and told me to leave my phone number and email address so they could check my records – very thoughtful. However, there was no response regarding check-out.

2. I was woken up by loud construction noise upstairs around 8 AM. I called the front desk three times, and on the third call, they finally agreed to move me to a room on the 19th floor. Thank you! At 9:21 AM, I was in my new room when the receptionist knocked, thought no one was home, and came in. I was still standing at the door when she said she thought the room was empty.

3. The front desk gave me a small gift upon check-out, which I appreciated. However, a plush toy and a plastic cup really felt like this was the standard for service at InterContinental Hotels Group.
