It might have been the National Day holiday, which caused prices to generally increase, but I still felt it wasn't worth it. I booked a standard room for over 1600, and the room was only about 16-18 square meters. Everyone says Hong Kong is expensive per square inch, but I didn't expect space to be this precious.

Now, for the common question of how to get there quickly: From Wan Chai MTR Exit B1, walk along Hennessy Road, past Southorn Playground, to Shanghai Industrial Investment Building, cross the road, and you're there. However, the hotel doesn't have a prominent sign. We didn't even realize it was the hotel when we got to the entrance; Hong Kong shop signs are indeed quite discreet.

Near the hotel, there's a Hei Hei Roast Meat & Tea Restaurant that tastes pretty good. I saw many locals eating there, so I recommend it to everyone.

Great location, close to the subway station, with many famous restaurants just a few streets away. Had three meals nearby and all of them were delicious. I was mentally prepared for the small room size typical of Hong Kong hotels, but actually found it quite acceptable. First, the front desk graciously upgraded us to an 18-sq-m room for free, and second, the high ceiling made the space feel larger and not oppressive. The bedding and towels were very clean and smelled nice—no bed bug issues like many reviews mentioned—and they even provided two small bottles of complimentary water. (Stayed on the 12th floor for reference.)

The staff at the front desk and luggage storage were all very polite and helpful.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider returning if the price is right.

PS: The hotel's atrium area looks just like the Backrooms lol.

The hotel is conveniently located about an 8-minute walk from Tin Hau MTR station, right next to Victoria Park. The street downstairs has a good variety of shops, and the beef noodles and Japanese food nearby are delicious. The room size is relatively small compared to mainland China, only about 20 square meters, but that might be considered quite spacious for Hong Kong. You can even see the Ferris wheel in Central, so it might count as a room with a view. The hotel's service is excellent. All in all, it's a pretty good accommodation option in Hong Kong.

You can enjoy a beautiful night view of Victoria Harbour from the 30th floor of the hotel!
