Not bad. The room was a bit small and the entrance was a bit congested, with a large mosque right outside. Breakfast was pretty much the same every day; I hope they can offer more variety. They provided plenty of water daily. Recommended for business travelers.

Overall a lovely stay.
A lots of pros- Great breakfast, friendly staff, 24hr gym, free parking, very safe. Booked a one day tour to Troy, got picked up and drop off at the hotel, saved 2 trips to the Istanbul city,a present surprise.
Own experience - Location is far and not easily accessible from main tourist attractions. For self drive, the hotel is located next to a highway, if missed the turning, go around is 7 min. Baby pool was not open, swimming hat compulsory or can buy for 130TR from spa desk.

The hotel facilities were excellent, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The location is also outstanding, making this a highly recommended hotel.

The location is not very good, but the service is very satisfactory. I arrived early in the morning and was arranged to check in. The front desk guy helped with the luggage and sent it upstairs. The breakfast was rich and the surroundings were quiet and suitable for accommodation.

A lovely hotel - clean, friendly staff, lots of amenities, fab restaurant. The view from our window was fabulous! 
We would definitely stay again.

This is unique to Canada and where it can be very cold, so the hotel is located with direct connection to the airport terminal, what can one ask for when the outside temperature is freezing? The hotel is new and room is well maintained.

All around very clean! Bed and even pull out couch was very comfortable. I have no complaints at all. Would for sure stay again. :)

Excellent location, with CN tower just at the door step, and a short walk to the harbourfront and union station. Many restaurants nearby too! Take the UP express from the airport and it's just a short walk to the hotel connected via the link bridge. Don't bother with taxi or Uber, it's 4 times the price and you might get stuck in a jam like me.

Rooms are big and clean! My stay was perfect!

It’s near the airport, and they know it. As a result, the parking fare is quite high. Overall, the stay was average. One should be wary, however, that although the breakfast is complimentary, they expected a tip, which is absolutely ridiculous. How can one call it complimentary under such expectations?
