Facilities: Fully equipped with essential amenities, some rooms even have massage chairs. Practical facilities like a self-service laundry room and a restaurant are also available, meeting all travel needs.
Hygiene: Both guest rooms and public areas are spotlessly clean. Bedding and bathrooms are meticulously cleaned, ensuring a refreshing and worry-free stay.
Environment: Located right next to Nagoya Station, making travel and shopping incredibly convenient. It's a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, and easily accessible for trips to Inuyama and Legoland.
Service: The front desk offers efficient multilingual service with thoughtful attention to detail, promptly responding to guests' needs, resulting in an excellent experience.

My main reason for visiting Nagoya this time was due to bus travel (the Inotani Sugihara line breakdown affected the Hida Limited Express and Takayama Main Line, impacting my Toyama-Takayama-Nagoya itinerary). This led me to discover that Nagoya Station has two bus terminals.

One is the JR Nagoya Station (Shinkansen Exit) terminal, located on the plaza outside the Taiko-dori exit. It's very close to the hotel, easily visible, and I timed it at a 5-minute walk. It's very convenient for taking buses to and from Takayama. Although there was road construction, you just follow the barriers and cross the road to get there.

The other is the Meitetsu Bus Center (Nagoya). When we arrived via the Meitetsu line from the airport, we dropped off a suitcase at the hotel first, then came back to the Meitetsu Bus Center to catch our bus. This detour took about 40 minutes round trip. Specifically, you walk from 'Sakura-dori Exit' towards 'Taiko-dori Exit' and 'Shinkansen North Exit'. Once you see 'Shinkansen North Exit', walk a few more steps out the door, and that's the JR Nagoya Bus Station. Cross the road to get to the hotel. So, for those using the Meitetsu line, Meitetsu buses, subway, or Takashimaya, it's a bit of a distance.

The hotel allows early luggage storage, and check-in is at 2 PM. You can pick up toothbrushes, toothpaste, coffee, and tea from the lobby yourself, but there are no makeup removers or skincare products. You need to use your key card to access the elevators, and two bottles of water are provided daily. The room was new and spacious, allowing us to fully open two large suitcases at the same time. Staying here on our last day was great for organizing our luggage. There's a convenience store next to the hotel and a drugstore across the street.

Overall a very pleasant stay. Location is good, we just took buses to go Sakae and Nagoya Station - there is also a 7/11 across and beside is a Mega Donki. The hotel is too pretty, nice colors and adequately sized. Amenities also are provided, and staff were all accommodating. If was a great experience - too bad i didnt have the time to try the public bath. Highly recommended!

Being a corner room, the room is spacious, which allows to have 2 luggages open up in the room while still plenty of space to move around.  There is a massage chair in the room, which is a nice to have for relaxing at the end of the day.  The view from the room was nice, and it was not too noisy despite being close to the street.  There are Lawson, 7Eleven, Family Mart nearby within walking distance.  

The hotel is walkable distance to Nagoya station.  There is a lift nearby which can lead to the station via an underground street, which makes it convenient if you have to transport your luggages to the station, but it takes some time to navigate through it.

The only problem we have with the hotel was that there was no free parking even for people staying at the hotel, and the paid parking provided by the hotel does not allow entry/exit after 23:00, so we have to park our car at a paid parking around the corner instead after our late night out.

Location is good. Very near Fushimi Metro. Surrounded by eateries and convenience stores.
About 20 mins walk to Nagoya station and walkable distance to major shopping centers. 
Friendly and helpful hotel staff. We were able to send our luggage to another hotel at Matsumoto without any issue with the help of the hotel staff.
From Chubu Airport, just take the airport bus (Centrair Limousine). Alight at Nagoya Kanko Hotel Bus Stop and a walking distance of less than 5 mins will reach Diawa Roynet Hotel Fushimi.

This is by far the best value, safest, most comfortable, and best-serviced hotel in Osaka. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Shinsaibashi, with a subway station right outside. There were wonderful Chinese-speaking staff to help with check-in. I accidentally left something behind, and to my surprise, after contacting the hotel staff, I actually got my item back! A huge thank you to all the hotel staff for their warm service and patient help. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Osaka!

The single room was indeed very small. It had a 1-meter-wide bed with the TV mounted above my feet and a street-facing window above my head. On the wall beside the bed, there were several large, colorful decorative plates, so I was sleeping right under them. The window could be opened slightly, but the glass was opaque. The linens were clean. The soles of the slippers often picked up long hairs which would then get caught on the screw cap in the middle of the bathroom threshold, which felt a bit strange. Downstairs, there are three FamilyMart convenience stores. Turning right out of the hotel and walking about 30 meters, you'll find Exit 9 of the JR Tozai Line, which leads to Minamimorimachi Station, about a 6-7 minute walk.

good chain hotel. will stay this in this hotel chain again. washing machines available on 2 floors so there are sufficient for guests to use without waiting for loads. was served by various service staff and all are able to speak english well. through with check-in and hotel information.

After three uncomfortable nights elsewhere, this hotel was a 100 times better! I booked a Deluxe Double Room, and it looked exactly like the pictures. I was drawn to the massage chair and the generous floor space. Overall, it was very clean and spacious, with windows that could open. The layout was simple and refreshing. The front desk is on the third floor, and they offer a variety of amenities (drip coffee, razors, bath powder, toothbrushes, and a big plus - makeup remover oil). The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Housekeeping cleans the rooms daily, but you need to put the 'please clean' sign on your door before 10 AM. The nearest subway entrance, Kitahama Station, is just a few steps to the right when you exit the hotel on the first floor. Also, if you walk straight for about 8-10 minutes from the hotel's first floor exit, you'll find a large supermarket called Life, and there are many cafes nearby. The only downside is that Kitahama Station requires a transfer to reach some tourist spots, but that doesn't diminish my positive feelings about this hotel. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Osaka.

The place was quite clean, but the location is not very convenient. The staff’s attitude was extremely poor. I only requested a towel change, so I put my used towel in the provided towel change bag, hung it outside the door, and pasted the request sticker as instructed. The cleaner took the towel but didn’t provide a new one.

I went to the counter to ask for a new towel and questioned why the cleaner didn’t replace it. The staff asked me what time I put the sticker, and I replied ‘11 am’. He then said, ‘No sir, you have to put it before 10 am. Later than that, we won’t change it!’ I was shocked and pointed out that the card stated towel changes are between 10 am and 11:30 am. Instead of explaining politely, he raised his voice and insisted, ‘Sir, you don’t understand, you must put it before 10 am.’

He then said he would send me a towel to my room. Honestly, what kind of attitude and service is this?

This hotel is just a few hundred meters from the Gibo monorail station, or you can take a Didi taxi to Naha Airport for 1900 JPY. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, and across the street is a shopping district, making it super convenient for exploring the entire Shintoshin area. The room also has a washing machine and microwave, which is really handy.

We booked a 27-square-meter twin room, and it was very comfortable for a family of three. There was still plenty of space to move around even after opening our large suitcases. Since we have a one-year-old baby, the hotel thoughtfully pushed the twin beds together and against the wall beforehand, which was very considerate. The hand soap and shampoo provided by the hotel were of good quality and pleasant to use. There were also many free disposable toiletries available for self-service in the lobby, which was very convenient. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day as long as we put the blue sign outside our door before 10 AM. The hotel's location is close to the tram station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Taking a taxi from Naha Airport cost about 1000 yen. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even provided toiletries for the kids. We stayed in the new building, which was super convenient to get to: after checking in, you just turn right, then right again after you see Lawson, and it's a two or three-minute walk. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is very handy, and it's an easy walk to the mall and Kokusai-dori. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Okinawa.

I've stayed at the Roynet near the Prefectural Office station before, and this time, traveling solo, I decided to try the other Roynet in Omoromachi. It's about a 30-minute monorail ride from the airport, getting off at the 11th stop. The hotel is located across from Duty Free, and it's a leisurely 15-minute walk from the station. The room this time was quite spacious, and all toiletries could be picked up from the lobby. I'm very grateful for the comfortable environment and service this hotel provided during my 6-day, 5-night trip.
