I'm a solo traveler. This business hotel, while quite affordable, offers a very decent experience. They provide tons of amenities for free, and even free popsicles, tea, and drip coffee (also quite good). Everything inside is very clean and feels quite new. Everyday cleaning service is available on demand, or just a new set of towels and bottled waters with slippers.
The men's sento (public bath) isn't anything exceptional, but good to have.
The staff is nice and helpful, English is basically fine too. They also let me store my luggage after the checkout for several hours.
Overall, I couldn't find any notable flaws during my stay, perhaps it's just that it's not as close to any subway stations as I'd like it to be.

The window in the room couldn't be opened. I requested a quiet, high-floor room and got one (1901), but I could still hear the elevator going up and down.

The breakfast area shares a space with the front desk, separated only by a fence. It's not soundproof at all. In the morning, a tour group checking out made it incredibly noisy.

The location, however, is quite good.

The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, was larger than most hotel bathrooms. It's very close to Nagoya Station, with a 7-Eleven right downstairs. About 300 meters away, there's a 24-hour Aeon supermarket and a rather large drug store. There's also a street with many dining options within 300 meters. Plus, there's a shrine downstairs with several cats!

Being a corner room, the room is spacious, which allows to have 2 luggages open up in the room while still plenty of space to move around.  There is a massage chair in the room, which is a nice to have for relaxing at the end of the day.  The view from the room was nice, and it was not too noisy despite being close to the street.  There are Lawson, 7Eleven, Family Mart nearby within walking distance.  

The hotel is walkable distance to Nagoya station.  There is a lift nearby which can lead to the station via an underground street, which makes it convenient if you have to transport your luggages to the station, but it takes some time to navigate through it.

The only problem we have with the hotel was that there was no free parking even for people staying at the hotel, and the paid parking provided by the hotel does not allow entry/exit after 23:00, so we have to park our car at a paid parking around the corner instead after our late night out.

Location is good. Very near Fushimi Metro. Surrounded by eateries and convenience stores.
About 20 mins walk to Nagoya station and walkable distance to major shopping centers. 
Friendly and helpful hotel staff. We were able to send our luggage to another hotel at Matsumoto without any issue with the help of the hotel staff.
From Chubu Airport, just take the airport bus (Centrair Limousine). Alight at Nagoya Kanko Hotel Bus Stop and a walking distance of less than 5 mins will reach Diawa Roynet Hotel Fushimi.

I spent a long time choosing a hotel in Osaka and finally settled on this one. The location is excellent. It's right by Namba Takashimaya after getting off the train, and you only need to take one subway stop to Shinsaibashi, then a few minutes walk to reach the hotel. Transportation is very convenient. The room was extremely clean and tidy. While Japanese rooms tend to be a bit small, it was still very comfortable overall. The attention to detail was great and thoughtful; they even provided shopping bags, charging cables, and an air purifier in the drawer. The breakfast was a bit limited, so I only ate it once and skipped it afterward. Being right outside Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, and Namba was incredibly convenient. Walking around Shinsaibashi, you'll find all the major luxury brand stores, making shopping and sightseeing extremely easy. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time. Highly recommended! They also offer free luggage storage upon departure, and extending your room for an hour at 1000 yen is a great deal.

Conveniently located near the train station, and the large public bath is a huge plus – the bubble bath was incredibly relaxing! The room itself was quite spacious and very clean. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!

The room was noticeably larger  than other accommodations we'd experienced elsewhere in Japan, and very clean. The entire staff was attentive and genuinely helpful at every turn.
It sits a little away from the more touristy areas. It has every convenience you could need right at hand.  A very nice grocery store right around the corner and a mall across the street. Osaka Castle is just a straight shot down the road a few kilometers away. And to top it off, we discovered an fantastic restaurant on the second floor right next door which turned out to be one of the best meals of our trip.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a great base to explore Osaka!

After three uncomfortable nights elsewhere, this hotel was a 100 times better! I booked a Deluxe Double Room, and it looked exactly like the pictures. I was drawn to the massage chair and the generous floor space. Overall, it was very clean and spacious, with windows that could open. The layout was simple and refreshing. The front desk is on the third floor, and they offer a variety of amenities (drip coffee, razors, bath powder, toothbrushes, and a big plus - makeup remover oil). The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Housekeeping cleans the rooms daily, but you need to put the 'please clean' sign on your door before 10 AM. The nearest subway entrance, Kitahama Station, is just a few steps to the right when you exit the hotel on the first floor. Also, if you walk straight for about 8-10 minutes from the hotel's first floor exit, you'll find a large supermarket called Life, and there are many cafes nearby. The only downside is that Kitahama Station requires a transfer to reach some tourist spots, but that doesn't diminish my positive feelings about this hotel. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Osaka.

The place was quite clean, but the location is not very convenient. The staff’s attitude was extremely poor. I only requested a towel change, so I put my used towel in the provided towel change bag, hung it outside the door, and pasted the request sticker as instructed. The cleaner took the towel but didn’t provide a new one.

I went to the counter to ask for a new towel and questioned why the cleaner didn’t replace it. The staff asked me what time I put the sticker, and I replied ‘11 am’. He then said, ‘No sir, you have to put it before 10 am. Later than that, we won’t change it!’ I was shocked and pointed out that the card stated towel changes are between 10 am and 11:30 am. Instead of explaining politely, he raised his voice and insisted, ‘Sir, you don’t understand, you must put it before 10 am.’

He then said he would send me a towel to my room. Honestly, what kind of attitude and service is this?

There is a family mart on the ground floor so it made buying desserts very easy! 

The room appears to be well-maintained and you can adjust the intensity of lights by turning the buttons. Sometimes I just want a dim light before sleep so it feels really great to have that :)

Most importantly, the room was so spacious! I was able to fit my luggage and shopping bags in the room.

Overall, i have a really nice stay here!

We booked a 27-square-meter twin room, and it was very comfortable for a family of three. There was still plenty of space to move around even after opening our large suitcases. Since we have a one-year-old baby, the hotel thoughtfully pushed the twin beds together and against the wall beforehand, which was very considerate. The hand soap and shampoo provided by the hotel were of good quality and pleasant to use. There were also many free disposable toiletries available for self-service in the lobby, which was very convenient. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day as long as we put the blue sign outside our door before 10 AM. The hotel's location is close to the tram station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

This hotel offered a super hassle-free stay with excellent value for money! The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, featuring Okinawan local specialties like Okinawa soba noodles, Blue Seal purple sweet potato ice cream, Sata Andagi (Okinawan doughnuts), and jasmine tea, providing an immersive taste of local flavors. They also had classic Western breakfast options, including croissants, buttered bread, sausages, fried eggs, coffee, and juice, satisfying both Eastern and Western palates.

The room amenities were very thoughtful, equipped with pajamas, a magnifying mirror, deodorant spray, and a refrigerator – more than sufficient for a daily stay. At the front desk, you could pick up complimentary combs, body scrub towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste, face wash headbands, cotton swabs, mouthwash, and tea/coffee bags. Other toiletries needed to be brought by yourself.

The location was absolutely fantastic! Right next door were Lawson and 7-Eleven convenience stores, making daily shopping super convenient. Across the street from the hotel, there was a delicious izakaya, and within a few hundred meters, you'd find all sorts of food establishments, so you'll never run out of places to eat and explore. Getting around was also incredibly easy; the meeting point for day tours was just a 300-meter walk away. You could walk to Tomari Port in 20 minutes or take a 6-minute taxi ride, making it super convenient for planning Okinawa day trips – a top choice for independent travelers. It's a bit of a walk from the subway station. There's a pretty good shopping mall diagonally across from the hotel with a supermarket, restaurants, and department stores. I even managed to snag an outdoor hiking backpack at a great price there – really good!

Like many Japanese chain hotels, you can pick up essential amenities like toothbrushes, facial cleansers, and tea bags yourself at the front desk when checking in.

However, at this particular hotel, there was a small sign on the counter that read, ”＜For Women＞ essential amenities need to be requested from the front desk.” I only noticed this sign after looking around and not finding things like toner or makeup remover.

I'm not sure why they do this (maybe too many items went missing in the past?), but it honestly felt like a hassle, and I really didn't want to have to ask the front desk for them.
