Everything was great, service, room, room view and location. I loved my experience staying in this hotel, if I visit Bali next time probably gonna stay here again. Convenient to go everywhere located heart of Seminyak, staffs were incredibly polite and friendly. My room view was just amazing, 5 star directly. I have some recommendation on breakfast option, it would be better if breakfast had variety of options, felt a bit limited but still delicious. Thank u for my stay comfy

We stayed here as a family of four, with two children. Our family room on the top floor was very spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The microwave and electric kettle in the room made it convenient for us to eat and drink there.

The location was great, with easy access to the beach and a mall. However, because of this, the noise from outside at night was quite noticeable in the room. It might be fine for some, but as someone who is sensitive to noise, I found it hard to sleep.

The breakfast buffet had a limited selection, but it included fruits, bread, and Indonesian dishes, all of which were delicious.

This airport hotel is actually named D'prima Wellness Center. It sells sportswear for golf and provides room and accommodation for tourists and passengers on transit. It is located next to Pelita Air check-in counters at Cengkareng Terminal 3. 

To reach D'prima Wellness Center, enter Gate 4 to the Departure Hall after exiting the Arrival Hall, going up the external escalator and walking for less than a minute. Look for Yoshinoya Restaurant which is on the right of D'prima Wellness Center before arriving at the double-level airport hotel.

Toiletries are limited to toothpaste, toothbrush, towel, body wash and shampoo.

Breakfast starts at 6 am. Before that, breakfast packs are being prepared near the reception for guests who have paid for room packages with free breakfast. So, I eat breakfast at Bangi Cafe on the left of the hotel before I check-in for my Pelita Air flight back to Singapore by 5.20 am local time.

At a very affordable price, D'Prima Hotel 1 is highly worth it and recommended, especially for those looking to stay near the airport. Although it's not super close to the airport, the hotel offers a free shuttle service for pick-up and drop-off, which is very helpful, especially if you have a late-night or early-morning flight.

The location is also quite strategic as there are several dining options and minimarts around the hotel, making it easy to grab food or other necessities.

The room was clean, and I appreciated the flexibility with the room type. However, there aren't many good restaurants in the immediate vicinity, so finding food within walking distance might be a bit of a challenge.

Water was leaking from the air conditioner in the room. They checked it on the same day, but afterward, the airflow only went downwards, making the room a bit warm. Since it was the day before our last day, I didn't bother complaining to the front desk.

The air conditioner is old and has a bit of mold. It would be great if it could be updated.

I had a fantastic stay at d’primahotel Jakarta as a solo traveler. The location was very convenient, making it easy to get around the city and explore Jakarta without hassle. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — perfect for a solo trip.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions I had. I felt safe and well taken care of throughout my stay, which is very important when traveling alone.

Overall, d’primahotel offers great value for money with excellent service. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Jakarta!
