Getting there was super easy- I had to check in after midnight and it was great that I could do that without problem.  The guy at the desk was lovely and I was charged the city tax (which I expected) and 18 euros for my assistant dog (which I didn’t since they haven’t warned me about that when I asked on an email if I could travel with her.
The room was very comfortable- quite small but still comfortable. The shower super small- is good that I’m petite but be mindful of that tall or larger people- you might want to ask them for a better sized shower.
The room was clean and the temperature nice- I didn’t get my request to stay away from the elevator door so I did hear some guests but it didn’t bother me.
I would have preferred if the room had a fridge and maybe a kettle to make some tea/coffee?
Also, it didn’t have any small toilet towels, as well as no toothpaste or any silverware of anykind- in that sense, you only get showergel/shampoo and soap from a dispenser, a hair dryer and TV & closet with strong case.
But overall, it was very lovely- I definitely would recommend it for shorter stays and location convenience.
I didn’t have breakfast- the woman in charge of that was a bit more dry than the rest of the staff, which were lovely.
She told me I couldn’t enter with my dog- told her she was an assistant dog, then she kind of had to agree- but I preferred going in the neighborhood that has lots of cafes.

My friends and I overall enjoyed our stay. Though out of the way of the hustle and bustle of Paris, city center, it was just a short walk with easy access to the Metro.  The area around the hotel isn’t the greatest, so we made it a point not to meander after dark, though just a few blocks away was the Canal which offered some great restaurant choices and lots of people enjoying their evening walk and jog. Most of the front desk staff were helpful and met us with warm greetings. Our room was always clean, with fresh towels daily, thank you Leila.  However, watch out for the ever changing water temps in the shower, freezing cold to scolding hot!!  The restaurant on-site was decent, for a buffet, but you couldn’t sit in that area unless you were ordering food. There was a nice lounge area, but the cigarette smoke poured in from the front doors and filled the whole lobby, which made it hard to sit (breathe) in the lounge.  We stayed a total of 9 days here and it was comfortable enough to stay again, just not in this area.

I wouldn’t book this room if it wasn’t the case that   the ideal hotel was fully booked.
You will have to get hairdryer at the reception.
Breakfast ends at 9:30 and it’s way too early.
No man looking after your luggage at your early or late checking or out.
I have to stride over the toilet to the shower and it feels awful.
Quite noisy every morning because it’s right near the street.
The only highlights will be the distance between metro and bus.

Excellent location (in a residential area) with easy access to the city center (30-40 minutes' walk). Friendly staff, delicious breakfast. There was no toilet brush in the room and the soap wasn't replenished for three days, but that's not a big deal. I recommend it.

Really nice and clean hotel. Brand new. Very convenient for stay before/ after flight from Chopin Airport - located in 5 min by taxi. Beds are clean and comfortable. Cozy room. Tea pot, tea and instant coffee in the room. I will definitely stay here every time I have flight from Chopin. 
The only thing I would like to recommend to Hotel - add more hygiene items: slippers, dental kit, separate shampoo and conditioner, and also an ironing board + iron. For travellers it’s very important to have a possibility get fully ready next part of journey.

This hotel is super conveniently located! You can get to Warsaw Central Station and Nowy Świat with just one bus, which was great for nights out. Old Town is also only about a 30-minute bus ride away, making it perfect for sightseeing. Plus, there are plenty of shops like Żabka and Biedronka nearby, so grocery shopping was a breeze. The room cleaning during my stay was minimal, but it didn't cause any issues. Just a heads up, the provided shampoo doubles as body wash, so if you prefer separate products, you might want to bring your own.

It takes 30 minutes by tram to get to Warsaw city center, but there are direct trams, which is quite convenient. Across from the hotel is a hypermarket, making it easy to buy groceries. There's a water dispenser on every floor, offering sparkling water and various temperature options. The room is quite spacious.

Raphael at the front desk spoke to me in Japanese, which I really appreciated. He must be studying very hard. It made me incredibly happy. Even though it was scorching hot in Lyon, I was able to relax in a nicely air-conditioned room. Most importantly, the hotel is super close to Part-Dieu station, which was perfect for me as I wanted to leave early in the morning! The entrance is a bit hard to find, but it shows up correctly if you set walking directions on Google Maps.

All good. There were a lot of people drinking in the corner of the streets what make it a little insecure
